Mission: Mission 98: Building Our New Home
Location: Holodeck Nineteen - Starbase Vanguard
Timeline: 1835Hrs - June 21st, 2393

Elizabeth Yamaguchi, her eldest and her own husband were busy checking over the drinks they had brought with them to the holodeck, she smiled softly to herself as she opened the large crate she had helped bring here, the scent of raw and uncooked meat filled her sense of smell. Elizabeth also smiled as she regarded her mother who was at the large barbeque, presently cooking the food for the feast to follow. Torilla flipped another burger, the meat made a loud sizzling noise as the burger landed on the grill.

Elizabeth smiled as she was wearing a simple dark red one-piece bathing suit and a pair of shorts as she counted the bottles of liquids, none of them were booze as neither she or anyone else wanted to be carried home from this family get-together. "We have twenty-four bottles of juice." Elizabeth smiled at her husband.

"That should be enough for even the most thirsty among us." Kameron agreed. "Anyone wanting booze is outta luck at this gathering." he then smiled.

"Tell me about it," Elizabeth answered. "The only one I can really see wanting any booze would be Rachael." the tall female explained as she regarded her husband with a smile before it faded with the last of her statement

"Well, in all fairness to her, her spouse and kids are all gone. They are deployed with USS Heart of the Tiger and will be gone for months yet." Kameron sighed softly. "That's if they come back to the Starbase after they finish their tour, which there is a decent chance they won't," Kameron explained. "Which means Rachael may not see her children for a very long time, maybe even years."

"I don't think Saki will like that," Elizabeth answered in a gentle tone. "She was very close to her mother."

"I know. I doubt Saki will get the option, however." Kameron added in a quiet voice before the two went over to Torilla. "Hey mom, all drinks ready to be drunk and they are all accounted for."

Torilla regarded Kameron with an easy smile. "You sound like a teacher who's taking attendance. So any booze or are the queen's ships still dry?"

"Nope, we're dry on this occasion." Elizabeth smiled. "Just like the last time."

Torilla eye'd her eldest child. "So. You are pregnant again, then?" she inquired, a wide smile on her lips.

"Don't have everyone else mob me, mom," Elizabeth answered. "But yes. I am," she explained. "I'm about six weeks along," she added.

Torilla smiled as she gently handed things over to Kameron before she gently hugged her daughter, she did not scream as she smiled. "Okay. I won't. I will let you share the news with others however you wish sweetie." she said with a smile on her lips. "Do you think it'll be a boy or a girl?"

"I'm honestly not sure. Kam and I are still working things out. Hopefully, this little one won't be colicky like Robert was... Gods that was exhausting." Elizabeth sighed softly.

Kameron flipped one of the burgers. "Yeah, every night, it was non-stop for weeks. Siaxx seemed to cure it, we still can't figure out what it was, " he added.

"I recall Siaxx saying something about the bed design being all wrong," Elizabeth responded. "I'll need to ask her when I tell her I'm pregnant."

Torilla suddenly grinned. "Siaxx will like that news. She has five kids to look after and raise. She has been busy don't you think?"

"Yeah. I would agree. That hot little Bolian sure knows how to make a splash. I know two of those children were with men other than her husband and the other three were with her spouse. Siaxx seems to prefer only having one husband."

"To Each their own Elizabeth. You know this better than most."

"Yup," Elizabeth answered as Torilla gently accepted the coking back from Kameron as she began clearing the burgers that were finished, she then began peeling burgers off from the greaseproof paper and the tall Halanan began placing them onto the red-hot grill, they landed with a loud sizzling sound as she began to cook them.

Kameron smiled as he began preparing the burgers for the feast to follow.
