Its Hour come Round

Mission: Mission 57: The Northern Lights
Location: Various Locations - USS Tranquility
Timeline: 1000Hrs - Dec 31st, 2391

Warrant Officer Rachael Yamaguchi was a nervous wreak as she was a follower of tradition in terms of weddings so she and Ennis had spent the previous evening apart, the children had remained with their father where as Rachael had bunked with her sister and her husband over on the USS Dreamcrusher.

Kameron was busy putting on his dress uniform where as Elizabeth was wearing the maternity version of hers, Rachael meanwhile was zipping up her jacket.

"You good?" Elizabeth inquired.

"Yeah." Rachael paused. "I feel like crap... to be honest..."

"Well that means you're doing it right.." Elizabeth smile at her sibling. "slip your shoes on and lets go... Siaxx will be waiting for us."

Rachael tugged on a pair of her boots and out the door the three of them went, they headed down the hall and into a turbolift.

"You gonna be alright.?" Kameron inquired of his sister in law.

"I'll try.." Rachael admitted.

"All you're doing is formalizing what you two already have." Kameron smiled. "For Elizabeth and I... It was a spontaneous thing."

"I know, I missed it... You two didn't invite anyone to the wedding... but the party was a night to remember.." Rachael smiled.

The doors opened and out the three people came, they went into the transporter room before heading over to the Tranquility which was nearby.

Lieutenant Tressa Riken was waiting for them. "Welcome aboard... Are you the bridal wedding party?"

"I'm the one getting married... yes." Rachael answered.

"Excellent. Right this way.... we got you set up in the mess hall."

"Wait... I wanted the skippers ready room.."

"Well... It's being renovated so Siaxx decided to throw you a bigger party instead. She promises that she will atone for her misdeeds and will make amends to you at a future date." Riken explained.

"So long as she names one of her daughters after me, I will forgive her." Rachael responded.

"I will be sure to tell her of your request." Riken smiled as the four of them went into the messhall. Everyone else invited was already assembled.

Commander Siaxx Sullivan stood at a podium as Ennis was standing near her. "You ready for this?" Siaxx inquired. "Your days of being a bachelor, your days of freedom to see and play with others are over.." the small Bolian smiled widely. "It was fun cupcake." she added quietly, but she was referring to the pineapple incident as a wide grin appeared on her face as clearly she recalled the incident fondly.

"Errmm... I think I'm fine with being tied to my future wife," Ennis answered a tad uneasily, for he wanted to forget the incident in question.

Siaxx grinned. "Mmmm.." as she turned her attention to Rachael who approached. "Is everyone here?" the small Bolian inquired.

"I am.. I hope you are, Dear." Ennis glowed, he was so happy to see Rachael.

Rachael smiled as she regarded Ennis. "What happened to your best man?" she inquired as she stopped next to him.

Kameron slid his form into one of the chairs at the back row as Elizabeth stood next to Rachael, she smiled at Ennis.

"I believe he's right there," Ennis snickered to Kameron. "Ever the subtle one."

Kameron smiled softly as he nodded to Ennis as he came over. "Rachael." he smiled at his sister in law. "You look radiant."

Elizabeth meanwhile smiled as she watched her younger sister get married.

Rachael grinned up at Kameron. "I try to please."

"You ready Dear?" Ennis asked his beloved.

Rachael nodded. "I am. yes."

He kissed the back of her hand before Ennis turned to face the ceremony.

Commander Siaxx Dvald smiled. "You guys ready?" she inquired.

Rachael nodded her head. "I am... yes."

Siaxx regarded the taller woman, but then most people these days were taller then she herself was. "Should I recite the traditional vows or did you make your own?" she asked of Rachael and Ennis.

"I believe the standard vows would be just fine," Ennis told Siaxx while he stared into Rachael's eyes.

Siaxx smiled. "Fair enough.." she paused. "Lets see if I remember them." she paused as she thought about it.

Rachael smiled as she regarded Ennis, clearly she was in no rush whatsoever.

Siaxx Dvald regarded the two of them. "Dearly beloved, we be gathered here this day. Stand ye before the mast!" she said to the two people before her. "All Others stand and pay respects to the fine couple!" she added.

Rachael raised an eyebrow as she noticed Siaxx's change of accent. "Ennis... do you take me to be your wife?"

"Wholeheartedly so, My Love." Ennis squeezes her hand warmly.

"Good.."

"Will you take me as your husband?" Ennis asked Rachael sheepishly.

Siaxx smiled as a rather evil grin crossed her lips. "As Captain of this fine vessel... I now pronounce you... Husband and wife..." the small Bolian chuckled. "You may kiss the bride... then you may take her home and..... well you get the idea..."

Ennis did not need to be told twice as he leaned in and kissed his blushing bride.

Rachael smiled as she returned Ennis's kiss with one of her own.
