Mission: Mission 12: Hitchhikers are Escaped Convicts
Location: Various Locations - USS Shadow
Timeline: 0840Hrs - February 16th, 2390

The shorter Thai woman smiled as she went to work. "Skipper, consider it done."

Yamaguchi went back to his command chair as he paused. "Helm, distance from USS Shadow.?"

"Sixty million klicks sir."

"Drop us to impulse and take us in, target any Orion's you see but... hold fire for now." he breathed in then out. "Get me the Shadow, I'd like to talk to her skipper."

"Sir the USS Courageous is hailing us sir," came the reply of her operations officer. "On screen," Yoshi replied as the screen was replaced by the Captain. "Ah, it's good to see you. As you can see we need help, we just got weapons online for the most part as well as 40% of our shields back. Still working on the rest. But everything else is...well were dead in the water." Yoshi stated as she looked at the Captain badly beaten up from the fight.

Jake Yamaguchi nodded. "Don't worry, Do you want prisoners or should we just kill them all?" it was a highly unusual question to ask as clearly Jake was not your average Starfleet Captain. "Or should I hail them first?"

She kinda chuckled a bit, "Hail them and if they put up a fight then defend yourself if it means destroying them then so be it. But would be nice to get the Captain as prisoner for some questioning if he goes willingly." Yoshi stated. "But most of all keep them busy long enough so I can send my Marines over to the Freighter to search for survivors and bring them back." Yoshi added.

Yamaguchi nodded. "Very well." he responded. "consider it handled. Yamaguchi out." and with that the com transmission was cut as the turbolift doors opened and out came Commander Celeste Yamaguchi, she had her med kit slung over her right shoulder. "Who needs help.?" she inquired, her attention was drawn to the view screen as she watched a Galaxy class starship swoop out from above as she lashed out with her phasers, finishing off the job of disabling the Orion ships.

Celeste smiled, despite her black mood. "Get em Jake!" she commented, for a moment she smiled as Jake Yamaguchi had dome just moments earlier.


Transporter Room

"So are we just going to sit here?" Private Amlari asked Captain Ruhr. Ryi winced as a nearby power conduit exploded and showered her with harmless sparks.

"For now." Ruhr answered. "We wait until somebody boards us or we get transported onto another ship." Of course, not all the Marine boarding parties were idle. One team was reassigned to damage control and another to a search party for casualties.

"Yoshi to Ruhr, stand by for transport. You are to go aboard the freighter find survivors and bring them back. Stay alert, will give you the green light for transportation once the Orion ship is occupied." Yoshi stated

"Understood Captain, boarding team ready." Daisy responded. She looked at the other marines and stated "Alright, this is it. Check your weapons and remember to identify your targets before shooting."

"Captain, with your permission I'd like to lead the rescue mission aboard the freighter," David stated hopeful to do something productive on this mission than sitting around and barking orders as needed. At her nod he stood and left the bridge.

David proceeded to the Marine Armory where he strapped on some combat gear. He grabbed an Assault Phaser Rifle and primed it for shooting before joining the Marines in the transporter room, "Alright Marines. Let's do this." He hopped onto the pad and when everyone looked ready he ordered to the Transporter Operator, "Energize when the green light is given."
