Mission: Mission 12: Hitchhikers are Escaped Convicts
Location: Various Locations - USS Shadow
Timeline: 0830Hrs - February 16th, 2390

Yoshi waited for a response from someone for help, "Hurry up Maxwell I don't want the Orion ship to regain power before we do!" Yoshi ordered as she hated being a sitting duck.

"Yoshi to Sickbay whats your status? I am sure you are busy with patients but whats your status?" Yoshi asked

Yamaguchi's voice came back. "Clamp the bleeder dammit... before we loose him." came an angry snarl. "Yes Bridge.?"
her tone indicated she was either extremely angry, extremely busy or it was both.

"Understood, can you send a medical officer up to the bridge to repair a gash on my head please." Yoshi added.

Yamaguchi pause was deafening. "I'll send someone up shortly... I'm drowning in wounded here.."

"Sir, we have recieved a transmission from the New Hampshire who is responding to our distress call. They are in
the the area," Her operations Officer replied. She breathed a sigh of relief.

"Sir..." Yamaguchi's voice came back. "The USS Courageous is also in the area... is she responding?"

The Ops officer nodded. "We just got confirmation. She's also enroute too."

Send a message to the the New Hampshire and tell them that the courageous is closer to keep on there mission." Yoshi stated looking at the officer

"Aye sir, message sent." The operations officer replied.

Down in the sickbay Abrak was standing by one of the side's keeping his hand on the wall. Every fibre in his body wanted to rip the bandages from his head and try and do something to help. He could hear the wounded being brought in and despite his lack of medical knowledge he wanted to do something to help. There wouldn't be much use for a biologist at the moment after all.

Meanwhile Celeste looked around. "Blast it..." she muttered as she finished closing the body of one of her wounded. "send him to clean up, he's good to go." she commented to two of her nurses. "Did anyone check Abrak over?" she inquired.

"Nosir." was the answer she got as she mentally counted to five, not even her children were this useless at times. "Well go check him over, if he can, I want his boots on the line with the rest of us." the larger woman responded. "Now if you please" she felt at times like she was an overrated babysitter and now was one of those times.

Meanwhile on the Bridge of the USS Courageous.
Captain Jake Yamaguchi was ever inch the seasoned and experienced Starfleet Captain as he was presently standing near the back of his bridge, the ship was at battlestations with every man and woman at their post. The Captain of the USS Courageous was presently talking to his mission ops officer, one Lt Commander Elizabeth "Beth" Jones. "So the Shadow was operating alone.?"

"Yessir, she and the USS New Hampshire were answering separate distress calls."

"Separate distress calls... " he raised an eyebrow in a sardonic but knowing smile. "and Orion's jumped the Shadow... they certainly are getting bolder."
Yamaguchi commented with a soft sigh in his voice. "Idiots will never learn...." he turned his head. "Bear... Eta?"

Lt Commander J. Otis Kurleenbear, who answered to 'Bear' was a truly massive individual, he was the second most massive being on the ship, exceptionally large for a human, he topped out at six foot six inches tall and massed over four hundred pounds, mostly muscle, the only man who outmassed him was Commander Neban Hulur and he was Capellan. Bear at this moment was seated at the Conn station. "Four minutes skipper." he responded with the ease of having served with his present Captain for years.

"Nice.." Jake responded evenly as he turned to his Tactical officer, one Anita Renolds. "Anita, warm up the weapons and prepare to show the Orion's why they should play nice."
