Goodbye Niven

Mission: Mission 57: The Northern Lights
Location: Various Locations - Roanoke Battlegroup
Timeline: 0930Hrs - January 30th, 2392

Commander Tom Lasky regarded Niven as the last two remaining ships from Roanoke's Squadron orbited the planet for the last time as he slowly smiled. "Well this has been a diverting assignment folks.."

Meanwhile over on the Spirit of Winter. Lieutenant Gabriel Yamaguchi smiled to himself as he regarded his console before him, his mother had departed ten days earlier with her element of ships, his father was also leaving soon to go back to Watchman Station but that was between his parents to sort out, his wife was seated at Operations near the front of the bridge and his children were being looked after in the ships daycare.

Meanwhile at the front of the bridge. Savannah Yamaguchi tapped her display. "Skipper. All personnel are aboard.." she addressed Akaris who was a third of her size and height but she really was not concerned with looks, it was one's abilities where Savannah was concerned.

Meanwhile in Engineering. Lieutenant Ajal tapped the display before she sat back in her chair. "Autumn?"

The human woman who was a foot shorter then Ajal herself was peered over the Klingon womans shoulder. "I have no idea whatsoever of what all that means..."

"Thats why you should stick with medicine dear." Ajal responded with a smile. "Leave the technical stuff to me and my guys..."

"I will do my best.." Autumn leaned in close. "What does that button do?"

Ajal could feel Autumn's breasts rubbing against her back. "Mmm..." she smiled. "Nothing good.."

"Mmm.. Press it then."

"Go away you pest... and stop that.." Ajal responded in a low tone of voice.

"Stop what?" Autumn inquired, an eager smile on her face.

"You know what... Go on and let me finish my work." Ajal smiled.

Autumn smiled. "I will be back to bother you... later." and with that the smaller woman turned and departed with a rather evil smile on her face.

Ajal sighed softly. "My girlfriend needs to get laid.." she shook her head as she tapped the com system. "Engineering to Bridge. We're ready to get underway."

Akaris acknowledged then waited for the signal from Roanoke.

Meanwhile over on the Roanoke. Lasky watched. "Status... All stations report?" he inquired

Nasao responded first. "All personnel are aboard skipper..."

Teval nodded. "then lets go."

Lasky nodded his head. "Helm, set course for B Kayor and break orbit. one half impulse." he turned to Rykar. "Inform our escort to do the same..." as the planet suddenly wheeled off of the viewscreen as the two ships reoriented onto their new headings. "So long Niven... and good luck to you." as the Roanoke and the Spirit of Winter both entered slipstream around the same time.
