Mission: Mission 114: Be All My Sins Remember'd
Location: Various Locations - USS Pembo / Planet Surface
Timeline: 1830Hrs - November 8th, 2393

Connor-Yamaguchi moved past Antilles and out of the woodland area.
She approached the single large building, while she ignored the smaller military buildings nearby.

Antilles smiled as he noticed the chaos of the loss of the sensor net had afforded them. He tapped his com badge. "Black King to White Rook, Authorization to fire," he commented with a wide smile on his face.

"Copy." came the response. "We need you to mark the targets for us. To cut down on the collateral damage." came the half-expected response.

Antilles simply lucked the tricorder from his belt, he opened it as he went to work while two of the marines proceeded to cover him. Both young men began picking off targets downrange in areas that Antilles, himself, could not see.

He moved to find some cover, as a shower of sparks suddenly exploded on the large wall supporting pillar nearby. Enemy projectiles that had the pillar not been there would have all found Antilles and probably ended his existence.

Antilles tapped the display several times. He quickly called up the program that the tricorder had within its core memory. It was only one function. To interface with a Federation starships weapons and provide coordinates for an orbital strike.

He located the five targets before calling them up in order of priority and then he tapped 'send'

The response came over the com system. "Be advised, all ground units. This is White Rook, initiating orbital path over the target area. Stand by. The Hammer's comin' down." came the response from Victoria Yamaguchi. Presently seated in her command chair on her ship.

Antilles smiled as he moved. The two marines went with him into the building. He noticed the dozen or so downed personel gathered in the lobby. He stepped around and over them as he made his way to the stairwells. These were located at the back of the lobby.

Antilles barged into the stairwells, as he began to run up the stairs. Two steps at a time. Within moments, he had reached his destination. The sixth floor where he could hear sounds of weapons fire.

He lifted his rifle before he kicked open the door. He then charged out as he proceeded to deal with the two Halanan guardsmen present. It was these two that were holding the advance of the Federation marines.

Antilles sighed softly. "Viper."

"Hornet!" came the response as 2nd Lieutenant Jasmine Connor-Yamaguchi approached him. "Nice. I heard you were good. I didn't think you were that good Master Chief."

"I try El-Tee. This is the place we're after." Antilles answered. "Let me establish the interface while your marines cover us and prepare for a counter-strike." he paused as he pulled his pack off of his back. "Just in case they decide to cut the power. I brought my own." and with that. He went into the room in question. A half dozen marines followed, all armed and ready for anything.

"Second squad. Form up and prepare for counter-strike." Conn-Yamaguchi ordered as she began to organize her defences.

Meanwhile. Up in orbit. The USS Pembo fired her phaser array once as she disabled the last shuttle that had come up to attack her. This last shuttle, one of twelve had all attacked and swarmed the Pembo. Mostly they were an irritating nuisance but their many missile attacks had done damage.

Yamaguchi regarded the Cardassian Engineer before her. "How bad is it?"

"Our shield strength is severely depleted." Dragon reported. "We have two new hull breaches, however. Both are quite small and I have two repair crews already en-route to handle matters." the large female added.
"The bad news is that one of them landed very close to sickbay so..." she paused as it was clear that Taselle Dragon was concerned.

"Don't worry about Kadian Paris. She'll be fine." Yamaguchi answered before she gently placed her hand onto the other woman's shoulder. "When all of this is done. If I may be so bold... "Yamaguchi looked left and then right, mostly to ensure that neither woman was being overheard. "Take her home, back to your place and show her what Cardassian passion truly means... As in, take her to bed and have your way with her. I don't think she'd mind much."

Taselle Dragon suddenly found herself turning a very deep shade of grey. "Well. I umm..." she paused. "Yessir." she finaly answered. "I'll do that."

"That's the spirit Taselle. If it means anything. I will happily serve with you again." she added. "Where are we with our overall repairs?"

"The warp drive still needs almost four months of work. It's a lost cause at this point... But the slipstream drive only needs an hour or so before we can bring it online. So... We technically do have an escape... But I need time to make it work."

Yamaguchi nodded. "Do it. Whatever it takes, regardless of the rules. Whatever you have to do. Do it. I guarantee I'll learn to love it."
