Mission: Mission 49: The Stars Look Down
Location: Various Locations - Roanoke Battlegroup
Timeline: 1200Hrs - November 17th, 2391

Captain Torilla Yamaguchi was seated in the center seat of the main bridge aboard the USS Courageous. "Alrighty... where are we folks?" she inquired.

Morales turned to Torilla. "We're ready skipper." he smiled.

"Alright." Yamaguchi rose to her feet. "Jiao. Check in with the rest of the battlegroup. Get their status?"

"Willdo." the smaller then average Asian woman responded.

Meanwhile aboard the USS Rawalpindi. Captain L'Ruan slowly blinked her almond looking eyes as she turned her head. "Whats our status?"

Commander Franklin Davis smiled. "We are good to go skipper."

"Very well... All stations, report?" as the Vulcan woman made herself comfortable, while her thoughts drifted to her husband who'm she was leaving behind again, except she was also leaving her son behind with him too. She would miss them both deeply, not that she would tell anyone.

Davis nodded as the last officer on the bridge checked in. "Sir... Request permission to get underway."

"Permission Granted." L'Ruan was many things but she knew why he was asking in such a dramatic fashion, it was almost a tradition. "Hail the flagship and let them know."

More of the same was being repeated on the bridge of the USS Prinz Eugen as Commander Telios Wintersnow and her crew finished the last minute checks. "Inform the Flagship that we're prepared and ready to soar."

"I will miss the Clydesdale." responded Lt Commander Kristen McKnight as she went to her task.

Back on the bridge of the USS Courageous. Lieutenant Jiao Anderson nodded her head as she looked over the information coming in. "The battlegroup has checked in... They are all ready to fly and request permission to yadda yadda yadda."

"Right then." Torilla responded. "Seal the airlock and release all moorings." she paused as several loud reverberations could be heard through the ships superstructure. "Aft thrusters at one quarter, port and starboard at station keeping."

"Aye Captain." the Conn officer responded.

"Jiao. Tell the group to get underway.." Yamaguchi smiled. "Also... Hail the Ryazar's Shield.. Ask them their status please Jiao?" Yamaguchi responded with a smile

"Willdo. hailing King adorable, first of his name now." as she tapped the display, hailing Ryuukei.

Ryuukei answered in his usual manner. "Yeah what is it."

Yamaguchi didn't beat around the bush in her question. "You guys prepped and ready to go?" she inquired.

Ryuukei nodded," As ready as we will ever be."

Yamaguchi smiled. "Alright then.." she exhaled softly and then inhaled. "Helm, take us out.. signal all our ships to do the same,, we'll enter warp once we clear the gravity wells of the system." Torilla said, in her soft husky accent.

Jiao Anderson nodded her head. "Willdo skipper. sending our orders now."

Torilla watched as the ships assigned to her mission started to get underway as the Courageous led the way, all of them slipping smoothly into formation as they gained distance from the starbase.

"We're clear ad free to navigate." Jaest reported from the conn.

"Engage." Yamaguchi watched as the stars seemed to stretch into starlines as the ships under her command all jumped into warp more or less en mass, the mission had begun
