Telios also has horns that come from the sides of her head with four head tentacles that curl forward from, behind her ears, she also has no pupils for her eyes. calling her unusual and exotic is a very serious understatement. |

| General Overview | Telios is generally easy-going and is able to work with just about anyone, however she won't tolerate pushy or needy people. She's very tactile but she also can be standoffish at times. She has a great deal of experience in regards to military affairs and the like, she also has a great deal of combat experience. |

| Strengths & Weaknesses | Strengths: She's something of a workaholic so she's comfortable with working long hours, her personality is a strength in that she's easy to get along with. She also is quite a computer programmer and she's also got access to some unusual technology unknown to Federation Science Weaknesses: She can be easily provoked and has a nasty temper as a result. She sometimes works too long and pushes herself too hard at times, also her mouth has gotten her into plenty of trouble which doesn't help any, also if she is attacked by another psionic, she will use lethal force. The Draenei weir form can be a serious weakness as it can be hard for Telios to control, when confronting her when she is in this state, use extreme caution. |

| Personal History | Telios was born the youngest of three girls, on the night of 14th of December in the earth year Twenty One Ninty as humans reckon time. The Draenei Confederation Starship Shattered Upbringing, which was a Thoran class Destroyer, was her first home among many. While growing up among the stars, Telios developed a very serious love for astronomy and seeking knowledge among the astral winds but she also developed an interest in operations as well. She followed her siblings and her parents into the Draenei military, she joined sometime around the earth year twenty two thirty and excelled. Earning the right to choose her first assignment, she chose the Supercarrier, Pierce the Heavens and she served here as an Operations assistant for eight years, then she was transferred over to the Majestic class battleship, Queen of Spades for another three years then she went over to the Heavy Carrier, Reach for the Skies for another Nine years. Telios served well across almost fifteen assignments before deciding she wanted to resolve the issue of her mother going missing so she requested a transfer to the Special Operations Command, located on the Colony world of Marrosh'gar, her request was granted and here she spent the next several years training before being deployed near where her mother went missing forty years earlier. Her secondary assignment was to find out as much as she could about the rising power that was the Federation so off she went with her gear and equipment, she arrived on Earth in the middle of the earth year of twenty three fifty one and applied to join their Earth Starfleet as a means of information gathering and the like, her secondary goal was finding her mother. Telios enlisted in Starfleet rather then try to join the academy, she enlisted as a Crewman recruit and was assigned to the USS Narvik, an older Miranda class ship which Telios thought 'How does this old joke still fly.' She sank her teeth into her assignments as they came and went, from the Narvik to the Trondheim, from the Goodson to the Chimera, from the tail end of the Cardassian boarder wars to the first encounters with the Borg and the return of the Romulans. Telios knew that life was about to get more complicated and complex but things got ugly with the first Borg attack and the loss of an entire fleet for no appreciable return at Wolf 359. Starfleet began to ramp up production of new ships and new ship classes. Telios had her assignment shot out from under her at Wolf 359 and she went to serve aboard the Enterprise until she was lost at Veridian III several years later, then she went off to serve at the academy for a year then she followed her comrades over to the newly commissioned Enterprise-E. Telios was promoted to Lieutenant Commander and would remain aboard the Enterprise for another year before going off to the USS Steadfast when the Nebula Class carrier was sent off to join the Seventh Fleet at Tyra, she would be one of a dozen ships that would escape from that slaughter, this would start a series of events that would leave a deep hatred of the Cardassians and the Dominion in the young Draenei that she would take centuries to get past. Here during the war, she went from the Montana to the Iowa, from the Courageous to the Daring, from the Pillar of Light to the Thunderchild, from the Charybdis to the Resolution. Telios ended her Dominion War service on the USS Rutledge but the ship was badly mauled during the last fight and she had to be towed home. Not two days later she transferred over to the USS Artemis, a new Sovereign Class ship, it was here that she was longer for more then several weeks to a couple of months, it was also here she was able to get some real work done other then fill an empty spot on someone's deck. She served for four years until she was offered a spot as Chief of Security on the USS Polaris, a new Pathfinder class starship, just in time for the Borg invasion and it was here she came face to face with her own destruction. She had her ship shot out from under her by one Borg torpedo while defending Deneva, she was able to save her crew by using her abilities to keep the energy released from the warheads detonation but in the end it overwhelmed her, the energy surge almost killed her. She woke up six weeks later in a Starfleet medical facility on Earth and she wept upon learning the invasion was over and the Borg were gone, so she decided to spend a few years teaching at the academy but after several years she went back out into space on the USS Shadow as she was offered the spot of Chief Operations Officer. After her first assignment which ended in disaster, she was offered a promotion to Executive Officer and a promotion to Commander, while a new Commanding Officer took over after Captain Baldwin-Webb walked away from her career. Telios Wintersnow served as Executive Officer for Captain Michael Hunt as he took over command of the USS Shadow for only a couple of months before a disagreement in the middle of a mission led Wintersnow to believe that she and Captain Hunt were just too different in their command styles. She being very open and very democratic on the bridge where as he was not, he wanted to lead. Wintersnow stuck in for reassignment and a week later it was granted as she was told to report for duty aboard the new USS Dreamcrusher. Happy at going from her equivalent of a Light Destroyer to a Light Cruiser was something she saw as a step up and she had heard only good things about her new skipper, at least he wasn't human which for her was a plus. Telios has been gaining a great deal of command experience while assigned to the USS Dreamcrusher, also she was reunited with one of her siblings who is now a Master Admiral with the Dranaei military. Also in late June she was present with her mother for a wedding which she found to be a great deal of fun. More recently she traded spots with Commander Torilla Yamaguchi so she became Roanoke's exec for a week or so while she clashed on almost everything with Zara Tane. Telios found Zara Tane to be just about everything she hated in a commanding officer so she found herself looking at Torilla Yamaguchi in a whole new light. In Late October of 2391. Telios was offered her own command of the USS Prinz Eugen, She accepted and since then she's been moving her crew across to her new posting. |
