Engineering Shenanigans Round Three, Fight

Mission: Mission 24: Open Secrets
Location: Various Locations - USS Roanoke
Timeline: 0900Hrs - February 1st, 2391

Teval looked at Sokanon as she gave him a checkup," So am i good to be released from sickbay."

Sokanon smiled as she nodded her head. "You are indeed Commander." she responded as she gave him the quick once over with her tricorder. "You are back to normal in terms of health... you're still very malnourished." she explained. "but I can set you loose... try not to eat too much in one go.." as a smile graced the Caitian's lips.

"Thanks," Was all teval said, while Karryn, whom was beside him, commented," Well, I know I am due for another checkup."

Sokanon nodded. "Of course.. climb up and I'll poke and prod you." the Caitian explained.

Karryn plopped herself up on the biobed, her belly now having a significant bulge to it, while Teval and Hakaya just observed.

"When am I expected," Karryn asked.

Sokanon opened her tricorder as she began her scans. "You have about eighteen to twenty days or so before you're little ones are due.." she explained. "you are all in excellent health however... no thanks to that dammed virus.."

Karryn shrugged," Eh, I'm not too fussed over it." She then got off the biobed and left sickbay with Teval and Hakaya. Looking at Teval Karryn asked," So are you going to be on duty at all for the next few weeks."

Teval walked doesn't the hallway rather aimlessly, "Probably nothing more than light duty, if any at all. Though fortunately no command or flight deco oriented stuff is really needed, so aside from the occasional bridge watch, I don't think I will be doing much. Where is Aerin at though."

Karryn replied, "I think he is helping out engineering with the new computer core."

"Ah."

A few minutes later the trio entered engineering, only to find it an unholy mess. They found Ra'Vak, Aerin, and Uldyssian Davis fussing with the 'new' computer core trying to get it connected. Teval could tell that the computer core looked like a rebuilt piece of junk.

Davis raised an eyebrow. "Oh wow... where did we get this piece of crap from anyway?"

Ra'Vak put his finger to his lip," Sources."

"Oh wonderful..." Uldyssian shook his head.

Teval took another look at the computer core, saying, "Yeah that thing does look pretty bad."

Kashi, whom was under the core, connecting the power conduits, yelped loudly as sparks flew and the sound of electrical arcs could be heard. The smell of ozone filled the room, as Kashi stuck his hand with a thumbs up sign. "O.K. its connected."

Davis raised an eyebrow as a sigh escaped his lips. "This... should be interesting... Should I worry?"

Kashi crawled out from under the computer core, another burn mark adorning his already very shabby uniform. Ra'Vak nodded, saying, "Ok Uldyssian, go ahead and power it up."

Davis turned as he began running his hands over the display before him as he went to do just that. "Okay... computer.. lets see..." before the system beeped at him. "Okay.... and firing it up." As he said that, the core lit up like a Christmas tree..

Ra"vak started to get to work on the computer core, when Teval noticed a can of bugspray and a few dead wasps on the ground, "What the hell." Teval asked, pointing at the spray.

Kashi looked at him saying, "Oh right, yeah, there was a small nest in the core, it was sitting outside for a few weeks."

Teval raised an eyebrow, saying, "lovely."

Ra'Vak noticed a problem in the core, saying, "huh, looks like one of the processors is out, Crewman Weber, can you check it out?"

Crewman Pat Weber one of the new engineering crewman, opened up the blade containing the processor, and suddenly, several wasps flew out. Panicking, the crewman pulled out the spray, and shot a good 10 second stream at the nest, which was inside the blade. However, the stream went through an opening and hit a sparking wire, causing a large column of flame to shoot out and hit Hakaya in the crotch.

"YEEOOOWWWWW," Teval watched as his sibling seemed to hit the roof, as she hopped up and down, clutching her groin in pain.

The flames caused Weber to panicked as he fell down on his ass, still holding the bugs-pray, spraying Uldyssian Davis in the process, and catching his shirt on fire. Teval acted quickly, kicking the can clear out of Webers hand.

Karryn went for an extinguisher when a loud hissing sound and a growl can be heard as Hakaya quickly pounced on Weber, and began to claw the hell out of him.

Davis quickly yanked his uniform tunic off as he set his sights on his target, the he went to go for Pat Weber but then he saw the little officer presently attacking him, so he hauled off and belted the man across the face with his fist, laying Weber out.

Teval, after seeing Hakaya give him enough of a bloody face, decided to pull his sibling off the guy, before she ends up getting in serious trouble. He pulled his sister to the other side of the room, saying, "O.K. thats enough."

Hakaya's fur was quite ruffled as she was infuriated. After taking a minute to slow down her breathing and calm down a little, she managed to say, "that, fucking hurt."

Teval sighed, "Relax Sis, it was an accident."

Hakaya growled in annoyance, took one look at the guy, and hissed loudly at him." Meanwhile Teval looked at the damage. the fur on her crotch area was completely signed off, exposing her vagina, and the whole area looked rather red, though not too serious. Not really sure if the crew would like the idea of Hakaya parading around the ship with her lady part visible, He tapped his combadge, saying, "Teval to sickbay, can you send someone to the main computer core with a burn treatment kit."

Sokanon's response was quick. "I'm mmm on my way..."

Meanwhile, Kashi inspected the damaged computer blade, noticing that the wasps nest was burnt to a crisp. Kashi commented," Well, at least the thing ain't too bad off, but the wasps are definitely dead."

Uldyssian growled. "So.... we got us a second hand core.." he shook his head. "typical..."

Looks that way," Ra'Vak commented dryly. "Unfortunately, with the rest of Roanoke's systems being as old as they are, the ship cant take a new computer core without replacing all the computer consoles on the ship, so we are stuck with using older computer cores."

Teval succeeded in calming Hakaya down while Kashi sat Weber down on the other side of the room. Sokanon came in and Teval waved her over. Annoyed, Hakaya turned around and faced Sokanon.

"Okay..." Sokanon blinked her large eyes. "Do I even want to know what happened this time?" the Caitian asked.

Davis meanwhile was busy testing elements of the new computer core. "Mm... well...it could be worse I suppose.." he said to himself. "we have a few bug nests in there... nothing serious though.."

Teval commented with," um, idiot crewman, bugspray, and a spark."

Sokanon sighed. "Idiot." she shook her head. "Okay... who's got the burns?" before she looked at Hakaya. "Forget I asked... Have a seat and let me have a look."

Hakaya shook her head, "might be easier for you if I stay standing. Besides it hurts a little too much to sit down."

"Yeah... you got crisped alright." Sokanon responded. "Other then the lack of fur... I can see a few of the idiots on the crew giving you a hard time because your crotch will be visible, they'll want you to put on some clothing.." Sokanon then opened her medkit as she produced a dermal regenerator. "For the burn... you might feel a tingling sensation."

Hakaya rolled her eyes," Yeah, I'll put on clothing when hell reaches absolute zero and i see pigs flying in space."

"Not a surprising statement." Sokanon replied, her dry wit coming out.
"But there it is..." she shrugged as she finished her operation. "All good..." she paused. "I can stimulate the follicles to grow faster or you can let it grow on its own."

Hakaya looked at Sokanon, saying, "I'm not too worried about it, Besides I think Uldyssian needs to be looked at anyway."

"Alright.. then I'll leave you to it." and with that the Caitian turned and went over to Uldyssian. "Chief.. mind if I see your arm?"

"Mmm.." Davis regarded the black furred Caitian with a look of surprise as her wide green eyes beheld him. "Your arm?"

"What about it?" he looked down and noticed his arm had been burnt. "Oh.." he paused. "Wait.. how did that happen?" as he offered his arm to her.

Sokanon began to treat him. "Work that distracting hmm?"

"Something like that..."

At the same time, Kashi worked on the wiring in the damaged computer blade, and within minutes got it all fixed. Teval meanwhile managed to get Hakaya to calm down fully. "Hey hakaya," lets go get lunch or something, anything to get out of here.

Hakaya nodded, "Yeah I don't want to be in the same room as idiot."

Both of them left, with Karryn and Aerin following. Teval decided that this wasn't the time to go to the green dragon, though they rarely did anyway. Though he couldn't help but notice the stares. One guy started staring a little too noticeably and Hakaya hissed at him, causing him to cower. On their way to their quarters is when they ran into a Bajoran woman with a cane.

Gyce had to double-take at the sight of Hakaya's privates showing, before she stopped dead in her tracks and looked the feline in the face.

"You do know there is a dress code demanding that one's skin be covered, Commander?"

Hakaya glowered at Gyce while Teval stepped in before his sibling said something stupid, "We have a medical profile that says otherwise. Besides, this wasn't intentional."

"Be as it may, there are children on this ship." Gyce gestured widely with her arms to make that point. "At least cover up so as not to upset them."

Teval looked at Hakaya, who had her ears pointing backwards, Which Teval immediately knew was a bad sign, He then said to Gyce, "No offense, but I doubt many children are going to care. In my experience, its only the parents that fuss, the children will be to distracted trying to pet the kitty."

"The parents fuss because it is something they do not want their children exposed to it. So I suggest you cover up in the halls," Gyce pointed out as diplomatically as she could.

Teval was getting a little impatient, "Well blame the idiot whom shot my sister with a can of bug spray and setting it on fire. This only happened like 5 minutes ago."

"I understand that. So I am simply issuing a warning. She must cover up until that area's fur grows back," Gyce spoke firmly.

Hakaya gave Gyce an increasingly worsening look, and at that point, Aerin having lost his patience, simply grabbed Hakaya's arm and walked off, with Hakaya in tow, Teval and Karryn followed shortly after. Aerin muttered," Fucking humans being so Fucking afraid of a persons anatomy, really."

Meanwhile back in engineering Kashi and Ra'Vak got the computer core up and running. Kashi had a satisfied look, saying, "Well, I think we have gotten this working."

Ra'Vak nodded," How is the programming Kiya."

Kiya was at the control panel, saying, "It all checks out." She then noticed an erroneous file that she didn't recognized as an official file. "Whats this," she said to herself.

Suddenly, the control panel flashed a video of some kind. All the engineers looked at the video curiously, and they quickly realized it was a video of four fat, overweight Andorians all screwing each other. Kiya frantically tried to shut the video off, except that it didn't work.

Davis chuckled softly. "Kiya.... seriously... we don't need to see your porn stash dude... that's just.... oh nasty."

"Its not mine," Kiya replied flustered," I can't shut the stupid thing off." The sound of a cow mooing could be heard. Kiya tried to shut down the core itself, only to a forcefield to snap in place around the computer core. Then the video stopped, and a message came across the video feed, saying "I'm sorry Admiral John Walton, But I cant let you do that. this is what you get for being an Asshole, I am now going to play your entire porn stash to the whole ship."

All the monitors in engineering began playing the same message, then started playing various porn videos across all of engineering.

Up in the bridge, Zara was talking to Captain Olmos when suddenly the same message played across the viewscreen, where both captains could see it. Then it started playing various porn videos on both ships.

"I'm not amused, Captain Tane," Olmos spoke very sternly from the audio.

"I didn't do this!" Zara stood up and looked around the bridge. "I can't control the perversion of every fucking person on my ship, Captain. And for the record, we're getting this too."

"Get your shit fixed before I do, Captain. Olmos out," Olmos spoke in parting.

"Fuck me," Zara sighed as she plopped into her chair.

Meanwhile Sokanon watched the porn with an amused look in her eye as she watched a human woman getting it on with two Vulcan men, she blinked her large eyes as she watched in silence.

She winced as she saw the movie flip between a guy who looked like he was in his forties and the second was looking like she was very young.

Sokanon's eyes opened wide as she hissed. "What sort of sick shit is this!" the Caitian hissed.

Meanwhile in Engineering, Uldyssian Davis was watching the same movie when he spotted the same thing, rather then see the child, he saw his own granddaughters. "Whne I find the sick basterd who recorded this shit... I'm gonna tear his arms and fucking legs off... then kill him slowly with them!!"

Ra'Vak tried to get the system shut off, but it wasnt cooperating with him, when Kiya found something else horrifying. "Um, guys, we have a real problem."

"What," Ra'Vak asked, "frustrated."

Kiya looked at her computer terminal," This virus, its spreading to other ships that we are in contact with, any ship or station that we open up a communications with, it spreads to them."

The look on Ra'Vak's face was priceless," Um, how bad is it now."

Kiya nervously opened up the communications logs," Uh, USS Tranquility, USS Ashes of Winter, and Starbase twelve."

"Oh fuck."

Rachael smiled as she regarded her mother. "Hows dad-What the!!!"
as a second message began to play back. "I'm sorry Admiral John Walton, But I cant let you do that. this is what you get for being an Asshole, I am now going to play your entire porn stash to the whole ship."

Rachael blinked. "Mom?, you still there?"

"Yeah...you seeing this?" Torilla inquired. "Admiral Walton... I know that rat-basterd!

Rachael blinked as she watched the black Vulcan female getting it on with a Klingon male as she smiled, despite the fact that this was a virus. "Oh wow... thats a new rendition of the reverse cow-girl." she commented.

"Yeah... I'm finding this somewhat educational..." came the response that Rachael had not been expecting. "Wait... what?" Rachael asked. "Mom!"

"Yeah... I'm still here.." came Torilla's response. "Whats with the pornography?"

"I have no idea..."

Torilla smiled. "Well.... I should be angry but I do like this Klingon female with the two humans.."

"Oh dear god mom... I do not need to be..-" she watched as a ten year old child was getting it from one guy. "Mom?"

"I see it too."

Hakaya was still thoroughly infuriated, when Teval was on his computer when the message pops across his screen. "What the fuck."

All the kurokuri looked at the screen curiously when the porn videos started playing. After about a minute Aerin shook his head saying," Humans and their obsession with sex."

Teval was annoyed that this interrupted his work, but finding that he was unable to make the video go away, he simply pulled the power on the computer.

It was bad luck really, that the message blared in front of Gyce, in the middle of a conversation over subspace. What came next was the porn videos. And Gyce almost turned her computer off, if not for the fact she saw something so disturbing, that she instantly grabbed her cane and walked quickly out of the room.

She had a new case to solve, and once she solved it, the purp would pay dearly.

April meanwhile was sitting in her office as the report came in that the virus was propagating on all subspace channels going outwards from the Starbase. "Shit!" April growled as she found herself watching the porn.

She lifted her boot as she drove it into the monitor, once then twice and the third time succeeded in shutting it off by breaking it, she she rose to her feet, she stalked out into Operations. "Someone tell me where this Virus came from!?"

"It came from the Roanoke sir... it rippled from there."

"Roanoke." April answered with mirth in her voice. "But the message said it was from Fleet Admiral John Walton.... and Roanoke somehow ended up with his porn stash..."

"I'm already looking into it Admiral." Commander Pasha Chernenko responded.
