Resolutions - Part Nine

Mission: Mission 118: The Christmas from Hell
Location: Various Locations - Starbase Vanguard
Timeline: 1500Hrs - December 1st, 2393

Solusar-Yamaguchi regarded the massive woman before him. "Now what say we handle these other details. After you go sign out," he commented with a smile. "We do not need you getting into trouble because you were working overtime, jawing with us."

"Yes." Fordring suddenly grinned at the two people before her. "Okay. I'll be back in a couple of hours. I need to go check-in." she rose to her feet and departed in silence. Yamaguchi-Solusar regarded her husband with a questioning look. "You want her to sleep with your younger brother?"

"If that is what it'll take to ensure that Marcus and Kadian have a chance to discover a possible relationship. Then yes. I want Galiaan to take Jason to bed and teach him how Vrykul passion is actually done." he frowned as he considered it. "I know. It's not the greatest move but Jason will happily steal Kadian away from Marcus, just to piss us all off."

Yamaguchi-Solusar had never seen her husband draw the proverbial line in the sand. "Kadian wanted me for Christmas. Elizabeth. I can't give her that. I chose you over her but I want her to have something. So I'm going to give her Marcus. He's as close to me as she will get only without my Starfleet experience. She will find Marcus to be more laid back and much calmer than I am." he explained. "Marcus has asked me about women often over the last couple of years. Do you know why Beth?" he asked his spouse softly.

Yamaguchi-Solusar was suddenly uneasy on the matter. "Do I dare ask?"

"Sure," Solusar-Yamaguchi responded with a smile. "He and I have the same issue. Except Marcus has an interest in you. It's much the same as it is with Kadian and I." he commented with a smile. "He wants you in the way that Kadian wants me."

Yamaguchi-Solusar raised an eyebrow. She had no idea that Marcus had continued his interest in her. "I can see why you want to trade. Marcus gets a girl for himself and Kadian gets to be bedded whenever she wants. Now maybe that little pocket-rocket will sit down and relax."

Solusar-Yamaguchi snickered softly. "You think she needs a little love and attention?"

"Oh. I don't think. I know." Yamaguchi-Solusar answered softly. A wide smile on her lips. "She's what I could call badly deprived." but what Elizabeth was leaving unsaid was that all of her information out of the hospital was seriously out of date. She also knew she had angered some, because of her conduct regarding the recent events that had taken place in the Hospital. Even Elizabeth herself thought her conduct left much to be desired. "I wonder if Galiaan will be coming back?"

"The three of us need to discuss this party. You two still have to discuss mutual problems." Solusar-Yamaguchi answered. "I hope she comes back." as he gently rose to his feet, he gently gave his wife a hug. "She scared the crap out of you. Today before she decided to join the program rather than scream at you."

"I felt it." Yamaguchi-Solusar regarded her husband. Her lips trembled ever so slightly. "For that one split second, it was like being at the centre of a hurricane... No worse... A Hypercane. One of those smaller monsters you described. A cross between a Tornado and a Hurricane."

"Ahh. A storm so nasty that even Satan himself will need to purchase flood insurance." Solusar-Yamaguchi answered in a dry tone of voice.

Yamaguchi-Solusar snickered before she began to chuckle. Within moments she was laughing hysterically. Her husband was laughing right along with her. His more delicate peels of laughter were drowned out with her more bellicose chortling. Yamaguchi-Solusar spent the next five minutes or so enjoying a good laugh, letting the tension work its way out of her system.

Solusar-Yamaguchi slowly calmed down as his laughter slowly faded away. "It'll be okay. I know why she came across the way she did. Once she saw you wearing your new bikini. She decided to go change and then go for a swim to give you a few minutes to process the fact that she was in the room. The fact that she decided to wear a one-piece swimsuit was telling." Solusar-Yamaguchi paused. "Then there was her screaming."

"I thought she was in trouble," Yamaguchi-Solusar said softly. "The only reason I didn't charge over was that I'm pregnant." she let out a soft sigh.

"I know." Solusar-Yamaguchi answered. "I charged over and then I realized I couldn't stop." he let out a deep breath. "Then she caught me. I didn't expect things to go down like that. I wasn't expecting her breaking down like that."

"It was because she was determined to corner me. She wanted me to look her in the eye when she said her piece." Yamaguchi-Solusar regarded her husband. "This argument has not even started yet. She will be back. The question is, what will she bring with her?" as she gave her husband a look.
