Captain Heris Dvald rose to her feet. She was reminded of why she wore the skirt with the boots today rather than the pants. She wanted to wear something different for a change. Dvald was approaching middle age and yet, she still had many people around her who lusted after her figure. It was something that never got old. Dvald smiled as she emerged from her office. The Bolian woman turned her head as she regarded the Orion woman she was seeking. "Xaelah. You are not hard to find." the Bolian woman commented with a gentle smile.

Di'Tomasso regarded the other woman before her. "Anything?" she smiled

The Bolian woman nodded her head. "Yep. I was able to book the banquet hall. So go ahead and call in whoever you wish to make this happen." she commented while a massively framed woman came around the corner and approached the two women who were chatting. She stood in silence while she waited to be acknowledged. The changes in Galiaan Fordring's personality had been almost frightening for many who knew her. She had gone from a cheerful and happy woman to someone who had turned into a cold-hearted, cast iron spiteful woman who didn't care anymore. The almost permanent angry look on her face did not help matters.

Lt Commander Galiaan Fordring was not a happy woman on the best of days but recent events had darkened her mein and personality. She held a PADD in her hands. There was a lot that had made her angry over the last few weeks. The events of what happened with Elizabeth Yamaguchi-Solusar had been the main event responsible for the changes to Fordring's personality but it had not been the only one. She had very nearly suffered alcohol poisoning and she had spent a night in Vanguard's medical facilities for the event in question. It had been something of a close call and now she was heading on six weeks fully sober. She had been fully sober for over ten years prior to that moment but now she was fighting her way back to where she had been. Had it not been for Siaxx Dvald-Vaxx then Galiaan Fordring could have died.

Dvald turned her head as she regarded Fordring. "What can we do for you Doctor.?" she asked in a gentle tone of voice.

Fordring handed the tall Bolian female before her the PADD in her hands. "This is the duty roster I drew up for you. I just need your comments and your signatures, if you both approve," she commented quietly.

Di'Tomasso noticed the darkness in the other woman's tone of voice. But she wasn't being insubordinate to her or to Doctor Dvald. She waited for the PADD. Before she gave it the once over before she signed off on it. "Doctor. Are you alright?"

"No," Fordring answered softly. "I wasn't alright yesterday and it's more of the same today." the massively-framed woman answered. "I suspect it'll be more of the same tomorrow." Fordring then accepted the PADD back. "What can I say?. The issue is what it is." Fordring then shrugged her massive shoulders, more in resignation than anything else.

Di'Tomasso knew of the other woman's problems and concerns. "I was wondering if you wanted some input over the Christmas party I'm going to be planning for a little over three weeks from now," she commented. It was no secret that this woman had been raised in a human household. While she looked and sounded Orion. She also had some major human influences on her personality and mannerisms too.

"A Christmas party?" Fordring commented softly, in a tone that indicated she didn't believe what she was hearing. She sucked in a lungful of air. "Sure. I'll help you." Fordring paused as she decided to air the demon out of its little hovel; where it had been staying. "But in my present state. I don't know how much help I can be to you," she explained quietly.

"If and when I need anything heavy moved around. That's all I really need." Di'Tomasso responded. "I know you have a lot on your plate at the present time." the Orion added.

Fordring suspected that the Orion before her had no idea of what she was talking about but Fordring decided she would not say it aloud. She didn't need to consider the matter addressed in an open forum such as this.

Dvald regarded Fordring. "I do have an idea for you to consider... It might help you with your issues." she paused. "Then again. It might not."

"What's that?" Fordring inquired in a soft tone of voice.

"Go bang on Elizabeth's door and present this idea to her. Maybe you two can rebond over your mutual love of carolling and Christmas." The Bolian commented, a gentle smile playing at her lips.

"Yes." Fordring commented softly. "I will go and see her," she commented. "What are the details of this event that you have worked out already?"

"Mostly just that we have the main banquet hall for the evening of the twenty-fourth, our guys will set up and we will clean up afterwards. Also, we will self-police ourselves." Di'Tomasso explained.

"Good. So nothing major has been decided. Leave this to me. I will deal with this myself." Fordring commented as she regarded the other two women before her. "If you'll excuse me. I need to pin Elizabeth up against a wall and have my way with her. I'm going to make her scream." and with that. The Vrykul woman turned and stormed off. The deck quite literally shook as she moved across the space. Vrykul had exceptionally dense muscles and bones so they massed in at several hundred pounds.

Dvald and Di'Tomasso shared a look. "Should we warn her?"

"Oh," Dvald growled softly. "Fuck no. Beth has had this coming. Now she will face the thunder then she'll ride the lightning." The tall Bolian smiled. "This was a storm that she created. Now she will face its tempest and I will not get in the way of Galiaan wanting to deal with matters." Dvald slowly grinned. "Come on. We got work to handle. Let Doctor Fordring handle this one."
