Mission: Mission 69: Tienn's Fall from Grace
Location: Courtroom Two - Watchman Station
Timeline: 0900Hrs - May 1st, 2392

Major Tienn Nerra knew what she was doing today, it was to answer for various charges as Corps General Masters was seated at the large table in the center of the room, on his right sat Loran, a Deltan male from JAG and on his left was Major Daisy Rohr-McKnight, the three deliberated about the matter.

"So.. Captain, talk to me. what would you press for in regards to your issues regarding the Major?"

Loran looked over his notes, "Well the Major did attack three people but only one is still pressing charges now. Her record is clean up until this point and apparently, she was having a lot of home life issues. I would say at the least, a suspension of rank and temporary reduction of pay as well as extra duties."

Masters nodded. "Okay.." he responded. "What about you Major?" he inquired of Daisy Rohr-McKnight.

Daisy nodded. "That all sounds good sir."

Loran then brought out another report. "Also here is the report from the Sergeant Major Kusekari Okino. It is quite scathing. But there is an issue I would like to discuss after the hearing."

Masters nodded to Loran. "Of course Captain," he commented.

Masters nodded his head. "Alright then... Have Tienn called in and we will proceed with this." as a guard opened the door and called in Major Tienn Nerra. "Alright, stand there Major. This won't take long... Now, do you wish to proceed or go for the court-martial?"

"No, sir. I wish to proceed with nonjudicial punishment." Tienn answered formally.

"Very well." Masters responded. "I am going to impose punishment on you Major for your actions. Three counts of assault but one of those three is actively pressing charges against you. You have already been relieved of your command...So.. I will proceed with the following... Your service record has been impeccable up to this point Major and I will be frank with you... The charges against you are serious so I would consider finding new outlets and hobbies to divert one's energies, also I am going to order you to attend counseling to confront your problems..."

Tienn stood in silence as Masters went on.

"So.. the punishment is that I am going to suspend your rank for three months, while you are undergoing the punishment, you will attend counseling sessions three times a week for as long as you are assigned here... I will ask him or her for regular updates on your progress so... please don't blow him off."

"Yessir."

"You will be remaining here in your present assignment, the Major here will look after things with you." he indicated Daisy Rohr-McKnight. "Your file will survive this as will your career... You had a moment of weakness by allowing a personal problem to become a public issue for all to see... " Masters explained to the Major standing before them.
"Do you have any questions?"

"No sir," Tienn answered.

"Very well. Today your assignment is unchanged, however, tomorrow morning you'll report to the Major for your new assignment going forward... Now the base Supply guys tell me that your work has been sensational... Other than the dispute with a Klingon officer... which seems to have been resolved without fighting.."

Tienn said nothing as Masters finished up and then he dismissed her. He turned to Rohr-McKnight. "Thank you for attending Major... We don't have a Marine CO assigned to the base so I am going to ask you to look after her for the time being... I am aware of your situation however so I will make special allowances for you while you are in your present posting."

Daisy smiled. "Thank you, sir."

"Alright... Dismissed then Major. Thank you for attending."

Rohr-McKnight rose to her feet and followed Tienn out the door as Masters turned to Loran. "Now Captain, what was it you wished to see me about?" He knew what was coming was going to be good, the man before him had a reputation for being a solid officer but he wasn't a headhunter and not out for skulls from his enemies, unlike some lawyers he could name.
