Mission: Mission 60: Atlas Falls
Location: High Orbit over B Kayor
Timeline: 1300Hrs, Local Time - April 8th, 2392

Captain Marie Yamaguchi was seated in her command chair on the USS Stalingrad as her operations officer turned. "Captain. I'm reading a Borg transwarp signature. Its sixty light years off... Just outside Federation space and holding."

"Recall all our personnel please. Number one." Marie Yamaguchi responded, while seated in her command chair. She did not get up or start panicking as she smiled and remained cool, calm and collected.

Ken Noros nodded. "I'm on it." as he turned to his console and began work, meanwhile over on the USS Courageous, much the same scene was unfolding on Torilla Yamaguchi's bridge. Yamaguchi for her part was seated in her command chair, her eyes closed as she rested her head on her closed fist as Jiao explained the Borg cube and its implications. "Very well. Recall our people Commander." Torilla kept her voice quiet and measured.

Javier Morales smiled. "Yessir." as Torilla recalled that Jiao was pregnant, she had never said who the father was. "Whats the status of our crew?" Morales asked of Anderson

"We have forty percent aboard." The Pregnant female responded.

"Merde!" Torilla sighed.

Meanwhile over on the bridge of the Dreamcrusher. McKnight regarded Jen Nettles as she explained more or less the same as what the other larger fleet ships all saw. "Borg Cube.. about sixty light years out..."

McKnight turned to Zuko. "So.. Skipper.. still happy to be back?" he inquired, a jovial smile on his face.

Zuko looked at the incoming sensor data before commenting. "I've been back over three weeks now. We'll form up the battlegroup, and contact the Akurians, see if they have any ships that they can spare, we may need them."

McKnight nodded. "I'm on it." he tapped the display next to him once. "Let's see... I have the Stalingrad, the Tranquility, the Courageous, the Alaska and us in decent shape... We all can be ready to depart quickly."

Nettles turned to regard McKnight and Zuko. "I'm reading a Federation distress call coming from that cube, Its aimed directly at us..."

McKnight paused. "That's very odd... The Borg never call for help... they assimilate.." he raised an eyebrow. "This... is new."

Meanwhile on the bridge of the Courageous. Yamaguchi turned as Morales announced. "All personnel safely aboard skipper... the last of our fighters are back in the barn." Morales explained.

"Alright. Let's finish the final preparations to get underway." Yamaguchi responded with a smile as the comm beeped. "Engineering to Bridge. The slipstream drive is hot, we're ready to rock and roll skipper."

"Fantastic." Torilla responded with a smile. "Find out who's the flagship.?"

Morales turned to his panel and went to work, a moment later he had his answer. "The Dreamcrusher."

"Oh happy day." Torilla responded. "I won't need to work with an asshole. Besides.. Zuko will keep an open mind regarding that distress call."

Meanwhile on the bridge of the USS Tranquility. Lt Commander Tressa Riken turned to her exec. "We're presently loading some medical gear and supplies."

"Very well... Hail... wait. who's the flagship for this?" Riken inquired.

"Checking now." The Exec responded evenly as she went to work on her console. "Dreamcrusher is."

"Excellent." Rikan grinned.

Nevanzi heard the call and mustered his immediately available capital ships, the only ones which could sortie on such short notice, the Battlecruiser Ryazar's Shield, Large Battlecruiser Ariveyo's Talon, Super Battleship Soul of Onazar, and the Large Battleship Light of Zikar. Since Ryuukei was the most experienced commander, Nevanzi put him in charge, despite Ryuukei commanding the smallest of the four capital ships. As a Precaution Nevanzi then ordered the rest of the fleet to recall its crew members and get ready to sortie.

Meanwhile back on the Dreamcrusher. McKnight turned to Zuko. "Courageous and the Tranquility, report ready in all aspects."

Ryuukei's voice then came over the comm. "My four ships are ready."

"Then take us out," Zuko ordered.

McKnight nodded. "Helm, take us out, one quarter impulse. Jen order all capable ships to do the same.."

The five Federation ships began to get underway before meeting up together. "All ships report ready." McKnight reported.

Kameron Yamaguchi commented from the helm. "Ready for slipstream flight skipper."

Zuko nodded," Take us out."

The various ships all formed up together then as one, they engaged their slipstream, drives and departed B Kayor to confront this Borg threat.
