Mission: Mission 33: Losing the Peace
Location: Various Locations - USS Roanoke
Timeline: 1330Hrs - May 20th, 2391

Saki Yamaguchi was walking down the hallway, wearing a pair of blue jeans, sneakers and a simple white blouse, her hair was down and tied back in a simple but elegant ponytail, she smiled as she held a PADD in hand, she was heading to school as she had managed to convince grandma Torilla that as she was a big girl, she could handle it.

She heard a loud scream as a large slob of a woman saw her and started running towards her, Saki was so surprised that she tripped over her own feet as she tried to get away.

Saki's fear radiated. "Don't hurt me!" she screamed.

"You should have thought about that before you hit my fighter you little bitch... you almost cost me my career... now I'm gonna make you pay for it." and with that she kicked Saki once.

Saki burst into tears as the pain hit her. "No!!" before she turned her head. "Froststorm!"

Froststorm had just paid a brief visit to a friend and was on her way back to the pod. Frosty's mouth dropped to the ground when she saw the two. She immediately ran into the two to break them apart.

"What are you doing?" she screamed at perwhore.

"I'm gonna fucking kill her." the slob turned her attention as she lashed out at the Andorian before she slapped the Andorian across the face. "This got nothing to do with you wench.."

Saki meanwhile had curled up into a ball as she cried in pain and terror.

Froststorm spit out the blood in her mouth. She tried to lock the other woman's arms but she was just to big.

Badbri growled as she threw a punch at the Andorian which she knew connected.

Saki heard the punch as she went from being scared to enraged as she climbed to her feet. "I'm gonna make you bleed.." she hissed as only an eight year old could.

"Stay back Saki!" Froststorm yelled as she fought Badbri. Frost storm could feel blood coming from her nose. She wasn't sure if it was broken. Tired of trying to restrain the woman, Froststorm let loose a flurry of punches to Badbri's face and body.

Badpri wilted under the fury of the Andorian womans blows. "I'm gonna get you Andori-" as a fist came across as the other woman smacked her across the face before she finally gave up the ghost as she collapsed.

Saki watched the fight as she went to the side of the Andorian. "Froststorm.." she gently helped the larger woman to her feet. "Easy... Oh god.. this is my fault..." the child whimpered.

With Saki's help, Froststorm got to her feet. She leaned against the wall in the passageway. "Oh no honey, not at all." Frosty struggled to say. She tapped on her comm badge. "Amlari to security and sickbay: Saki Yamaguchi, Perwhore, and myself need medical attention. Have a security team there. Amalari out."

Saki regarded Froststorm as she gave the larger woman a hug. "Let me have a look at you.." she paused. "Siaxx taught me a couple of things...so did aunt Elizabeth.." as she winced.

The com system beeped at them. "Sheriden here. I'm on my way..."

"Benice to Sickbay? I need whoever does the medical treatment on the minor, to take holopictures of the injuries. I'll be there in two minutes. Benice out."

Siaxx Dvald meanwhile was in sickbay as the call came in, her heart skipped a beat. "Alright.. beam them in.." and with that she watched as a human child, an Andorian woman and a rather fat slob of a human were all beamed into sickbay, while this was going on,the door opened and in walked Sheridan walked in. "Whats goin' on here?" he inquired as he took in the scene.

"That..." Froststorm pointed towards the pile of flesh "Decided to attack an eight year old. I tried to restrain her and things got went bad from there."

Sheridan regarded the downed pilot as he tapped his combadge. "Sheriden to Security. We need to begin an investigation into an assault upon a minor." he paused. "location was deck ten, section nine, the hallway... Pull the tapes and see what they show..." he requested.

"We're on it sir." came the response.

"Thank you gentlemen." Sheridan regarded Froststorm. "How are you feeling warrant officer..?" he asked.

"A little better now that I have pain killers in me." She answered. "I'm sure I'll be very sore tomorrow."

Just then the door opened and in walked Lieutenant Bernice. "El Tee." Sheridan greeted her. "We have an accusation of Assault against a minor. I've already requested the records and tapes be looked at to corroborate the evidence, and I've started the ball rolling... by the time it gets to the bottom of the hill... it will be enough to crush this... person flat." he indicated the fat slob who was still lying in the middle of sickbay, nobody had yet tended to her.

"Good job Lieutenant," Gyce acknowledged and surveyed the room with her eyes until she found Saki. Frightened and angry.

Siaxx meanwhile went over to Froststorm. "Easy hun." she said quietly as she helped the Andorian to a nearby bed. "Let me have a look at you... " as she gave the downed human an evil scowl, Saki staying close to the Bolian and Andorian.

Elizabeth Yamaguchi came into sickbay as she regarded the scene at hand, she spotted her niece in the crowd and moved speedily to her side. "Hey sweetie. let me have a look at you...what happened?"

Saki sat near the Andorian woman as she explained what happened from her point of view.

Gunther Von Estling, along with two more Security guards also came into sickbay, Gunther knew what happened from the security camera's. Turning to Gyce, he said, "I say we skip any treatment for this woman and leave her to rot in the brig."

"Brig her for now. Stick a stimulant in her to keep her awake," Gyce ordered. She wanted that woman to pay for hurting Saki. "I'm going to talk to the victim. Someone needs to inform her mother, since I can't question the minor without her guardian or an advocate present."

Elizabeth was busy comforting her niece. "Its okay sweetie.." she paused as she watched one of the other medics proceed to inject a stimulant into the large slob of a woman before the security guards hauled her away.

Gunther wasted no time, as he and one other security guard proceeded to drag the moaning pilot to the brig by the feet.

Gyce walked over to Frost Storm first, mostly because she wanted to give time for Saki's mom to arrive. But also to compartmentalize a bit. The worst thing she could do in this case, was let her motherly instincts for Saki determine where the case went.

"How are you feeling, Master Warrant?" Gyce began.

"Very sore Lieutenant." Froststorm answered. "I hope you send that horrible women to a far flung colony were she cannot cause problems.

Saki let Elizabeth give her the once over. "I need to look sweetie.. may I?"

Saki nodded before she peeled her shirt off, to reveal a sizeable red mark across her chest as she took pictures. "Now sweetie. this camera can take rather special pictures, lets me see injuries that aren't always there." she regarded her niece. "Your mom is going to be so proud of you..." Elizabeth smiled warmly at the little girl. "I'm going to snap some pictures of your legs and arms alright... "

Saki nodded. "Sure."

"Your doing very well Saki." Froststorm smiled at her. "I'm proud of you and so will your Mom."

Saki remained motionless as Elizabeth snapped her pictures, before she finished, then she gently tended to the child's wounds, she felt her anger begin to boil.

Saki gently touched her aunt on the arm. "Please... don't be angry..."

"She hurt you.." Elizabeth gently comforted the child as she gently soothed her. "You felt my emotional surge... didn't you?"

"I did... yes." Saki admitted.

Elizabeth slowly smiled. "Your mom is going to be overjoyed."

"Who provoked the fight, Miss Amlari?" Gyce asked quietly to the Andorian.

"I don't know." Froststorm replied. "I heard yelling and when I turned the corner the Ensign had kicked Saki."

"Was it just a spat, or do you think the suspect meant to kill Miss Saki?" Gyce asked, her concerned eyes went over to Saki.

"That woman was crazy!" Froststorm explained. "She was very aggressive with Saki. I tried to pull them apart and she attacked me!"

Elizabeth gently soothed Saki. "It'll be alright sweetie."

"I wanna go home.."

Elizabeth turned to Gyce. "Rachael is presently planetside as part of a Boot Camp Class... She should be back tonight... is it okay if you see Saki later?"

"Sure... But it's best you not pester her much about the trauma for a few days," Gyce answered quietly. "She needs to process it. And I will want to see her informally so see if there are lasting effects."

Elizabeth could almost hear and feel the storm, as she felt the hairs on the back of her neck, stand on end, meanwhile the doors to sickbay opened and in came Commander Torilla Yamaguchi. "Hey guys." she greeted everyone as she moved to her granddaughter's side. "Hi sweetie... you okay?"

Saki nodded her head as she gave her grandmother a hug. "I'm ok." the small child said. "Froststorm saved me from the big scary blob monster."

"Hello Commander." Froststorm greeted Torilla. "Saki just needed a little help. I also agree to change the Ensign's name to 'Big scary blob monster'."

Torilla chuckled softly. "Consider it done... I will have the guys in Operations note the changes in her file." she smiled. "Thank you for your efforts in regards to my granddaughter." Torilla clasped both of her hands together before she bowed formally to Froststorm.

"That was very admirable of you," Gyce agreed, then lowered her voice so only Torilla and Froststorm could understand her. "I will have the detainee transferred every two hours from one cell to another for the next forty-eight hours. Along with pumping her with stimulants so she knows the pain you and Miss Saki went through."

Torilla Yamaguchi raised an eyebrow. "Ahh..." she said quietly as she gently rubbed her granddaughters arm. "Can I take Saki home?" Torilla inquired.

"Yes, you can." Gyce looked very worried when she glanced at the child. "I would suggest explaining to her what happened, only once. Let her know you're there for her, but don't crowd her right now. Kids her age need to process things like this."

Torilla nodded. "Alright." as she looked down at Saki before Torilla gently picked up her granddaughter. "Come on sweetie... lets get you home.."

Saki gently rested her head on her grandmothers shoulder as Torilla gently carried the child out of sickbay.

Elizabeth kept her silence as she processed the information she had obtained from her niece. "Lieutenant. A moment please... Who do I send this information to?"

"Me, if you like," Gyce agreed. "Why? What did she tell you?"

Elizabeth Yamaguchi had downloaded all of her information into the one PADD which she then handed to Gyce. "She told me that Blob woman scared her...she had done nothing wrong and she had gotten kicked for nothing.. Mom is... furious about it... I think she's blaming herself for it."

"I will prosecute her to the fullest extent of the law," Gyce promised. "I do not like it when innocents are harmed."

Elizabeth nodded her head. "Alright..." she responded quietly. "Thanks for your time El Tee."

"If you need anything, just com me," Gyce offered, though inwardly she was having a time controlling her rage over the matter.

Elizabeth Yamaguchi regarded the smaller Bajoran woman with compassion in her eyes as she could feel the other womans rage. "I will sir." she said quietly.

"Have a good day, Miss Yamaguchi," Gyce offered as she nodded and then moved slowly out of sickbay.

Elizabeth stood quietly as she watched the smaller woman limp out of sickbay, cane in hand as she kept her silence but she knew in her heart of hearts that she was not going to have a good day.
