Timeline: 0800Hrs - January 23rd, 2391

Gunny Duval regarded the Pilot before him. "So... you want to join us for todays drills Lieutenant, I hope you know what you're in for as I won't treat you any differently then anyone else here.."

"Sounds good to me Gunny.." Kam Solusar replied

"Alright, you understand... good, set you're boots on the line..." he turned as he addressed the dozen or so marines. "Alright.. lets get Tactical Marines.." he commented or he growled at them, depending on who one asked.

Daisy entered with a Padd in her hands.

"Daisy, the troops are prepared for you." he addressed the human Klingon hybrid who was half his age.

"Thanks Gunny." Daisy told the old salt. "We are going to go over squad level drills. A Jem'Hadar boarding party is attacking our hangar bay. You will neutralize them in a hasty manner. Gunny and I will evaluate your performance and offer advise. Any questions before we start?"

Kam looked left and then looked right as he regarded the troops before him, they looked like quite the collection but he kept his thoughts to himself.

"No questions then?" Daisy asked rhetorically. "Good. Gunny, are the squads organized to your satisfaction?" She asked him.

Duval almost shook his head and said no, however he nodded. "They are." he knew his old friend was in the crowd and that Chalan had his own opinions.

Kam smiled as he slowly drew the two warblade's he sometimes carried with her as his thoughts turned to Elizabeth Yamaguchi. "Oh I see my father before me, I see my mother before me... for I am Viking and today is good enough to die..."

"Whats that your chanting?"

Kam turned his head to regard the Marine who asked him. "I'll see you in Valhalla." he then smiled.

Daisy Kept a giggle subdued. "Don't be concerned with meeting Valkyries Ragnar." She told Kam. "Pay attention because you'll be leading the second time around."

Kam smiled. "Of course.." she responded. "I am prepared to help the Jem'Hadar meet Valkyries." as he stepped forward after the Marines as they went to engage the Jem'Hadar
