Mission:
Mission 98: Building Our New Home
Location: Yamaguchi Quarters - USS Spirit of Winter
Timeline: 0700Hrs - June 16th, 2393
Lieutenant Gabriel Yamaguchi smiled as he watched his wife move into the bathroom, he knew what she was doing and why she was doing it. "Computer. activate the holonanny," he commented in a gentle tone. A Hologram of his mother appeared as a wide smile crossed Gabriel's face, the only real difference between his mother and this facsimile was the full head of grey hair. "Yes Gabe?" the hologram asked in his mother's voice. For the umpteenth time, Gabriel was reminded of the level of his wife's skill with computers in duplicating Captain Torilla Yamaguchi near perfectly. Even Torilla was impressed when she was showed the hologram for the first time, even after the tenth time she'd seen it, Torilla had still been impressed.
Torilla had even gotten a copy of the system and so had Elizabeth and Rachael. Savannah's intention had been to model this hologram and its programming from the best and only mother she had ever known, the woman who she had come to call mom. Torilla. The holoprogram was crafted to exacting detail, it was also the gift of a daughter's love.
Gabriel hadn't known about what his wife had planned but he had remembered when Savannah had finished her work, which had taken months of her life to make but she had taken her husband aside and she had told him her plans and intentions, he had been speechless with surprise before he commented. "Mom is going to love this."
"I hope so." Savannah had responded. Torilla had been presented with it and she had been astonished, even Jake hadn't known what to make of this holographic duplicate of his wife, it mirrored Torilla in every respect except the full head of grey hair. Savannah had added that so people wouldn't be confused with Torilla and holo-Torilla.
All of this had gone through Gabriel's mind as he regarded the holographic version of his mother who stood, waiting for her instructions.
"Look after the kids for me. I need to see to my wife." Gabriel said in a gentle tone.
"Of course." the hologram said in his mother's voice. "Your children are safe with me." and with that, the holo-Torilla turned and went to her task. While Gabriel walked into the bathroom as his wife had a towel wrapped around her neck and shoulders but she wore nothing else. "Gabe, what's up?" she inquired of her husband.
"Sav, you ever wonder if you'll look good with your natural hair color?" Gabriel inquired of his spouse.
Savannah smiled as she regarded her husband. "You're kidding me right. Gabe, I'm twenty-five and yet I look older then your mother does. I envy her with her looks."
"I happen to know that she envies you with your looks," Gabriel answered with a gentle smile. "Besides. You recall what happened the last time, you rocked the grey in your hair?" as he suddenly grinned at her.
"I remember walking funny for a week," Savannah responded, a gentle smile on her lips. "That was also how we ended up with the twins." she regarded him with a look. "You know we're on duty in about an hour right... So don't be starting something that you won't have time to finish mister," she added, mock scolding him as she poked him in the center of his chest with her index finger.
"Yes, well, you know me," Gabe answered, with a smile on his lips.
"I do know you, all too well, you can't behave for longer than five minutes," Savannah answered. "I recall you enjoyed my disciplining you," Savannah answered as she raised an eyebrow. "At least it started that way, it ended up with me on my back with you fucking me senseless," she added a moment later. "Still not sure how we ended up like that..." before she shrugged as if to say it did not matter.
"That's because you were not dull, you were quite the stallion," Gabe answered
"Well, what can I say?" Savannah answered with a soft sigh. "So, you think I should try going with my normal hair color.?"
"I do," Gabriel answered, now suddenly serious. "Grey is just a color, it doesn't really mean anything else. It's not a reflection on how old you are or how experienced you are, or... How good in bed you are." he added the last sentence, with a rather evil smile.
Savanah regarded her husband in silence. "Mister Yamaguchi. You, sir, have a filthy mind," she commented, in a playful tone of voice.
"But I have an honest heart." Gabriel smiled at his spouse.
"Yes, now get out of here and let me finish. Stop playing with my breasts." Savannah answered.
"But they are so nice and-" Gabe started as his wife interrupted a moment later. "Gabe?" Savannah answered. "Times a-wasting. Neither of us needs to piss off the skipper because we were late," she added.
"Oh very well then." and with that, he turned and walked out of the bathroom. Leaving his wife to handle her own needs in peace and quiet. Savannah smiled as she greatly cherished her time with Gabriel. He had given her something she didn't even know she was lacking, a family to call her own and children she could call her own. Even with all of his medical issues which were quite invasive in their efforts to have children. He wasn't willing to try for another child because of said issues but she was considering it. Savannah was not going to rush headlong into it, she wanted to enjoy the future pregnancy like she had her previous two pregnancies.
Savannah looked down at her left hand which held the bottle of hair dye in it, she gently set the bottle down. Savannah smiled as she went over to the shower, she activated the system before she slipped off the last of her clothing, she stepped into the shower and closed the door behind her.
