T'Lyn just took another drink as she sat at the table where Saith was sitting at without even realizing anyone was sitting with her. She raised an eyebrow. "Hello Lieutenant," T'Lyn stated without emotion but was typical for a Vulcan female. She wasn't sure what this party was and what it really stood for. She wasn't familiar with human cultures very much.

Saith glanced at the woman who had sat at her table with her. She nodded back, “Major.” She sipped her Romulan ale and took in the room. The Q’s hadn’t escalated anything and everyone seemed okay for now. She turned her attention to T’Lyn. “I assume Vulcan weddings do not come with bachelorette parties, what do you make of this?” She asked in a curious, but calm voice.

"Vulcan weddings are a quiet custom, only a few family members from the bridge/groom are allowed." T'Lyn stated. "This is, Illogical." T'Lyn stated looking at Saith. "What about Romulan weddings?" She stated looking at her.

Saith shook her head, “I have no idea.” Her face flushed a little. “I have never seen a Romulan wedding, nor known anyone other than my parents who were married.” She paused a moment before deciding she needed to explain. “I was framed when I was very young for a heinous crime. I was locked away until I was an adolescent when a Riov (Captain) I did not know came and took me away from the facility.” She decided on the abbreviated version, “All hell broke loose, the Empire fell into ruin, I was on a planet that was in its last throws when a Starfleet ship broke protocols or orders and picked us up. The rest, as the humans say, is history.” She looked at T’Lyn and shrugged, “so, of weddings; I know nothing.”

She nodded, "I am T'Lyn," she stated looking at her. "Not very much of a social person but easy to get along with." T'Lyn stated with no show of emotion.

“Saith,” she smiled wryly and without humor, “not social; difficult to get along with. BUT I am working on it. Orders.” She raised her glass in a salute to her companion. “As strange as it might sound, you might be my best friend on base as of right now.” She nodded her head in Alex’s direction. “She is marrying my significant other’s best friend, but we have very little in common and don’t talk much. I find Lee Pike easy to deal with, like Maal. Everyone else I know is work only.” She briefly thought of Andy but squelched that thought before it got too far. She made her choice a long time ago.

"Indeed," T'Lyn said as she failed to understand the word friendship, but she would try anything. They continued to talk and drink.

M'Kota was enjoying herself drinking bloodwine and talking with others. She wasn't to sure of Phoenix as she never meet her personally but by the expressions of the others it couldn't be good.

Sasha was out on the dance floor dancing and watching the strippers as well as Q. She was more of a party girl and was enjoying this party more and more.

Meanwhile Siaxx stuck her choice on hold as she turned and made her way over to where the only Klingon woman she knew was drinking a bloodwine where she was chatting with a few other woman. "Ladies.. mind if I join you.... to distract me from the men over there..." the handsome Bolian smiled.

Sarah glanced at the chronometer on the wall and sighed, "Time to go to work." She said cheerily to the women near her. She emptied her glass and headed for the door. At least she was headed for sickbay; she would be able to see if the baby was here yet. She turned into the corridor and headed that way.

Siaxx Dvald smiled as she turned her attention back to Phoenix and a smile crossed her lips, she had heard the stories but she dismissed them as what she saw didn't match what she had heard as she lifted her drink to her lips as
she took a drink. "Well it could be worse... I should have worn a cocktail dress.. ah well."

Jewel made her way to Alex and pulled her up, "Come have a drink with me." Jewel said with a smile as she knew she was red in the face and needed to be saved from the strippers. "So, I hear your having a Klingon wedding as well." Jewel said with a smile. Jewel could tell that both Q's were lost for words as they stopped pestering him and still did there own thing.

Alex nodded, "Yes we are. It was either that or a Betazoid wedding and you know what that entails. I've already had that experience although it was brief thanks to Q. I'm not sure what my part is so I thought I'd read up on it."

She smiled, "Well you could always ask me as I...well am part Klingon," she laughed looking at her. "We should get together tomorrow sometime and I can tell you." She said looking at her.

"I'd like that." Alex grabbed a drink and started to drink it.

Back over by the Qs, Deela was mortified. There were two kids there that shouldn't be exposed to such a thing. Deela made her way to both of the Qs. She was livid, "This is so inappropriate. I have a couple of young ones here. Let's end this now." Q3 ignored her and this made her even madder. Q3 found out what Deela was capable of. He was shocked to see himself tossed like a rag doll and lying on the floor.

Q laughed. Q3 blinked twice as he couldn't believe it. He stood up, straightened his clothing and waved the dancers away. Thank goodness they hadn't stripped too far. There were a few moans and groans. "I do not understand. Earth customs shows that it is common to get strippers for the bride-to-be's bachelorette party. Your guests were enjoying themselves, were they not?"

"They were and although it is a custom to do so, I chose not to have them because children are present. Now, I will only ask this once. Please leave so I can fix this party."
