Mission: Mission 98: Building Our New Home
Location: Hospital Complex - Starbase Vanguard
Timeline: 0800Hrs - August 18th, 2393

Captain Nebris Yamaguchi nodded to the man behind the desk. "Hey, I'm here to see the Doctor for my surgery."

"Captain Nebris Yamaguchi right?" the man answered in a quiet tone of voice. Upon the young man's nod, the man behind the desk tapped his combadge. "Davis to Fordring, you asked to be notified when Nebris arrived Doctor. He's here," he commented while a female voice answered. "I'll be right up." came the response.

Doctor Galiaan Fordring smiled as she rose to her feet, she was an impressively sized Vrykul female in that everyone else around her was smaller then she herself was, she picked up the small PADD in her massive hands and she went out the door, her medical overcoat concealing the fact that she was female, she wore her duty uniform like everyone else. She moved down the hallway and into the main area as she moved to the desk. "Hey," Fordring announced herself with her gentle dulcet tones indicating much and nothing, both at the same time. "Nebris. Are you ready to head into the back?" she asked the man who was soon to become a woman before her. Fordring regarded him, compassion shining in her blue eyes.

Nebris Yamaguchi nodded. "I am prepared, let's do this." as he shifted his attention from the spot he had been staring at to regard Fordring. "I'm ready."

"Alright," she whispered. "Follow me then, my team is standing by and we're ready to start." the massive female turned and began moving into the hospital, Nebris Yamaguchi followed in silence.

"Did you read the literature I gave you?" Fordring inquired.

"I did." Nebris suddenly dropped the forced accent to his voice as he resumed speaking in his normal voice which sounded a lot like a female who was trying to adopt a really gruff and rough tone, it was distracting, to say the least. "Its good to speak with my normal voice again, if one could call this normal."

"Be assured that your body will suffer a major traumatic shock and it will take a while for you to adjust. Everything from your DNA on up will feel the effects of this." Fordring explained as they entered her office. "Alright, have a seat and I will go over the particulars of the surgery with you so you are not shocked, shaken or surprised by what I tell you."

Yamaguchi nodded his head in silence as he regarded the massive female before him with intent.

"Okay, you may stop me at any time to ask questions or if you need a moment to absorb what I'm going to tell you, its a lot to take in all at once. But we will get you through this." Fordring smiled. "When you are done, you'll have the figure that is to die for." she suddenly grinned at him. "What breast cup size do you wish to have?"

Yamaguchi paused a moment. "A Twenty-eight Cee cup please Doctor?" he knew what the massive female before him wanted to know so he decided to come out and tell her.

Fordring lifted a PADD as she jotted a note on it. "Thank you Nebris. I assume you wish to go by your old first name?" Fortdring inquired.

"Yes. Lassara was my original name and its still my name," he explained evenly.

"Alright, as I said, I have some information for you, feel free to stop me at any time." Fordring paused before she started. "First. I'm going to have you prepare with bathing and the like, so there are no unexpected surprises, due to the nature of the surgery and the fact that it is quite routine, I'm then going to sedate you." she paused a moment to breathe out and then back in again. "I'm also doing to administer several hormone removers which will remove all of your testosterone and then I'm going to replace it with a massive dose of estrogen. Your body will go from male to female almost at once. Then I'm going to operate. The operation itself will take about twelve hours, you will be carefully monitored by a team of nurses and doctors who will assist me with this effort." Fordring explained. "The operation will consist of adding female organs and removing the male ones, that will take up about three hours and then you'll be kept here for a couple of days to make sure you are healing nicely," Fordring explained evenly.

"Okay, all of that sounds good," Nebris answered.

Fordring regarded him with a soft smile on her lips. "Do you have any questions before I start?." she asked.

"No, let's get started Galiaan... I've been waiting for this for over a month..." Nebris sighed.

"Alright, this way then. The massive female rose to her feet and left her office. Nebris followed in silence.
