Savannah Yamaguchi emerged from the bedroom, now wearing a tank top and a pair of jogging pants, no socks and no shoes. Gabriel Yamaguchi was just arriving home with the kids. "Kids, go greet your mother." He commented.

The three young children all moved toward their mother. Gideon reached her first. "Mommy!" as Savv knelt down to greet her children. She could tend to her own issues later. Now it was time for her to be a mother, and deal with the matter at hand.

Just then there was a knock at the door. Gabriel turned to find himself face to face with a Starfleet officer, who was wearing the uniform of someone from Starfleet Logistics. "Hello, Commander." he addressed Gabriel. "I'm looking for a Lieutenant Savannah Yamaguchi. I was told that this was her home, is she about?"

"Yeah. Come on in, she's just tending to the kids at present.." Gabe answered with a smile. The officer followed Yamaguchi into the home he shared with his spouse.

Savannah rose to her feet as she came over. "What's going on?" she asked quietly.

Gabriel stepped in and began herding the kids off to their rooms, in preparation for this evening's activities. Savv regarded the officer. "Are you Lieutenant Savannah Yamaguchi?" the officer asked of her.

Savv nodded, warily. "I am," she answered quietly. "What's going on?"

"I have several items for you." the man explained. "I'm Chief Petty Officer James Smith. Starfleet Logistics... I was asked to deliver a rather large consignment to you. I'm not sure what it is... But I only know that it's from Commodore Kimora Reeves. She placed it into storage when she shipped out on the Cassini." Smith paused. "I was picked to look after this package specifically by her, because of the fact that I have previously served with her." Smith paused a moment. "I was also specifically instructed on two points in regard to said package." he paused again. "The first was that I was not to give any of it to her ex-husband. He was not to know it existed."

"Wait, I don't understand," Savvanah responded. "Why is...Oh. It's everything she had and owned." she then sighed softly.

"I'm sorry ma'am," Smith answered. "I was also to see to it that it was to be delivered specifically to you, and only you. Nobody else was to see it or know that it existed," he added. "The Commodore was utterly paranoid about her ex-husband. Considering their state of affairs. Which I won't burden you about." Smith explained.

"Mom's life and legacy," Savv responded. "Where do I sign?" she inquired.

"Officially, you are signing for a small overdue Christmas present," Smith answered. "I will leave a copy of the paperwork for your records. But you are inheriting something else. I do not know of what it is." he commented. He opened his tricorder. "Can I place it somewhere?"

"Yeah," Savv answered. "Right here, in the middle of the living room, is fine." she then smiled.

The package was beamed in after a moment. "I will leave you to discover what's inside. Thank you, ma'am." With that, he took his leave in silence.

Savv regarded the four crates before her, they had been stacked, two on top of two. On top of them were two PADDs. Both contained a single file each. Savv picked up the first one, it was a list of everything that was included. The range was everything from clothing to items that Kimora had picked up as souvenirs from her travels. These items filled three of the four crates but the fourth was the one that contained everything she would need to know her mother. Her life, and her legacy.

"Gabe?" Savv commented softly into the silence that her home had become.

"I'm here, Savv... What's all this?" Gabe answered, before posing his question to his spouse.

"It's something from my mother," she paused. "My biological mother, I mean," Savv answered. "Do you think mom could look after the kids for a time.?" she inquired.

Gabe slowly grinned at his spouse when the doorbell rang a second time. "I think it's for you." Gabe grinned, like a Cheshire cat who was enjoying himself greatly.

Savannah answered the door, only to find herself facing the grinning face of Torilla Yamaguchi. "Savv. Is this a bad time honey?" she inquired of her daughter.

"No, mom. Come on in." Savv answered before she gave Torilla a gentle hug. Torilla gently hugged her back. "It's good to see you." she waved to her son while holding Savannah in her arms.

Gabriel smiled as he nodded to his mother, while Torilla gently released Savannah from her embrace. "You look tired and stressed honey. What's all that?"

"Thats the stuff from Kimora Reeves. It just arived not five minutes ago." Gabriel explained.
