Mission: Mission 117: A Quality of Mercy
Location: Various Locations - Starbase Vanguard
Timeline: 0120Hrs - January 1st, 2394

Fordring turned her attention to the smaller woman walking beside her. "Tyrael's children are all children themselves. All of them are out for that reason," she explained. "Calis doesn't have children, so this leaves me with Tasmin and her children. All of whom are in Starfleet themselves," she explained. "Should I inconvenience them by asking... No, demanding that they look after three children? who isn't theirs? One of whom is a newborn." Fordring then shrugged. "So thats someone else's life I've just trashed. Probably bringing their career to a screeching halt in the process?" Fordring then gave Yamaguchi-Solusar a rather sardonic grin in the process.

Yamaguchi-Solusar sighed softly. "Your prospects are looking very thin," she answered as if stating the obvious would help the larger woman's case.

"Indeed. Shall we go over Maya's children and grandchildren too?" Fordring commented. "Let's make this complete since we are talking about it," she added.

Yamaguchi-Solusar noded. "If you think it'll help." She answered in a soft tone of voice.

Fordring then shrugged. "Elizabeth. It does not matter, either way." she then exhaled and then inhaled softly. "Let's see. Taelan has one son. But he's also assigned to the Enchantress. He won't be able to take them in as his assignment doesn't permit it." she explained. "B'Oraq has her hands full with the three that she has. She's already pregnant with one of her own and her spouse is also considering a pregnancy." Fordring paused. "So she's out. This leaves Kallo, her sister. She has a very full house already with several other children." Fordring paused. "I am loathed to add to her woes," she added. "She has two adult children who are available."

Yamaguchi-Solusar nodded her head slowly. "We're more or less gone through everyone and rejected everyone for one reason or another," she commented. She then sighed. "Is there anyone else after these two?"

"No. Fordring answered. "Ebeyov and Kalenna are all thats left. In addition to Calis herself." she paused. "If my children are removed from me, then I do have the final choice of Guardian. I will be able to see the children for as long as their guardian decides that it's appropriate," she explained. "Ebeyov is a single mother with one child. Marcus who's five years old but he has the looks of a human teen. Ebeyov and Kalenna are part Klingon. Like their mother and various other relations." Fordring then smiled. "Maya liked getting frisky with Klingon men." she suddenly grinned at Yamaguchi-Solusar. "What can I say? Maya and I, we like good, hard cock." She regarded Yamaguchi-Solusar with her eyes. "I know you do too."

"I do." Yamaguchi-Solusar smiled. "Kam takes good care of my issues. If and when I have them." she then paused a moment. "So what about these two women?" she asked.

Fordring then shrugged. "Kalenna is married to a trans-gendered human female. The two of them are looking to get their relationship to the next level. I know that they are planning for their own children. Which means that they are out." she paused. "Ebeyov has he hands full with her own child. I will talk to her and see what she says. But." Fordring then shrugged her shoulders. "I am not getting my hopes up, in either event. Nobody is available. Well not easily anyway." she then shrugged a second time. "Which means... Yeah. I'm right back where I started." she added.

"Fuck it." Yamaguchi-Solusar then made a decision, one that she knew would affect her for decades to come. "If worst comes to worst. Give them to me. I will look after them and raise them as best as I can." she paused. "Though I will want your time and input on the matters at hand." she added. "They would still be your children, you would still have a hand in raising them." she added.

Fordring skidded to a stop. "You would do this... For me?" she whispered as she regarded the other woman before her. "I do not believe you are aware of the honor you do me." she commented. "I sincearly hope your husband appreciates how fortunate he is. To have one such as you." Fordring regarded the other woman before her. "But make sure you discuss this with him."

Yamaguchi-Solusar nodded. "I will. Oh, I'm not gonna lie. the idea of raising six kids rather than three. It does scare me. Mom and dad made it look easy... Can I do it?"

"Talk about it with Kam. I will be available to answer whatever questions either of you has, at any time of the day... Or the night." Fordring paused. "I suspect that after this. You and Kam will become part of Clan Fordring. You will become kin to me and mine."

Yamaguchi-Solusar regarded the other woman. "You can explain how Vrykul families and clans work in the morning. After I've gotten some sleep, and after I've told Kam about what I have done tonight." Yamaguchi-Solusar replied in a dry tone of voice. "After I make Kam litteraly lose his mind with this." she added.

"Go get some sleep. Beth." Fordring answered softly. "We can discuss the matters in the morning. Bring Kam. He has a right to tell me what he feels about all of this, right to my face." she paused as she gently took the other woman in her arms before she hugged her. Fordring then gently kissed the other woman on the lips.

Yamaguchi-Solusar gently hugged the larger woman back before she returned Fordring's kiss with one of her own. The two ended up sharing several rather passionate kisses before they separated. Fordring slowly smiled. "You're a better kisser than I thought." she smiled at the smaller woman.

"Thanks. I think." Yamaguchi-Solusar answered softly.

"Goodnight Beth. I will see you in the morning." Fordring then turned, she went off down the hallway as she sashayed her hips from left to right.

Yamaguchi-Solusar smiled as she turned, her next stop was her home and her bed.
