Mission: Mission 107: Shades of Siaxx
Location: Various Locations - Utgarde Surface
Timeline: 1245Hrs - October 22nd, 2393

"Is it?" Dvald-Vaxx commented. "We should go call Rachael or Torilla on subspace and see what they have to say of this little affair... Since both were present... Or the fact that you blaming me made Elizabeth a mountain of work to deal with... Oh, I felt for her when you left and she was more or less handed your workload, that's why Cressa Stevens came along in the first place... Because Elizabeth was uncertified and she was doing your caseload, and quite the caseload it was."

"Starfleet should-" Brislan started before Dvald-Vaxx cut her off.

"It no longer matters Tressa," Dvald-Vaxx answered. "What's done... is done."

"I see... Okay then..." Brislan paused. "I assume you hate me for leaving?"

"Hate... No, that would imply that I carry a grudge, which I don't... You left because you got a better offer." the small Bolian smiled. "Perfectly reasonable."
the small Bolian paused. "However, all that said... You didn't just think you could say what you said and do what you did and then leave... then come back into my life, without warning... Could you?"

"Siaxx... Please?" Vaxx asked of his spouse, he knew this was going to end badly.

Dvald-Vaxx regarded the human female, no remorse in her eyes, and no pity in her voice. "Tressa. I might have been able to forgive you but you lied to me and what's worse is that you lied to others about me. You assisted in gaslighting me... You allowed others to think I was crazy and you let me think it too... That's unforgivable and I want nothing to do with you for it, you don't deserve to wear the uniform or maintain your medical certification... If I had my way, I'd open proceedings against you for it. What's more, is that I'd win..."

Brislan couldn't argue the point and she had no energy to fight anymore. "I'm sorry Siaxx..." and with that, she heaved herself out of the pool as the small Bolian looked at her. "When I go back to the Starbase... I'm going to ask JAG to take out a restraining order against you..."

"How far and for how long?" Brislan answered.

"A hundred and fifty meters is the standard... and how long... forever," Dvald-Vaxx answered. "You are dangerous to me Tressa... I see you, not as a person but as a threat to me... My well being and to my safety." the Bolian regarded her with deep sorrow in her eyes. "I can't stand being around you... You allowed this matter to brew too long and you encouraged it... Hell, I nearly committed suicide over what happened on the Roanoke and you would have let me... You didn't offer any help... You babied Phoenix, even after she ruined the life of Lt Commander Kurzkai... I wanted the maximum sentence for Phoenix for that, you let her carry on and you blamed me for it... which is hilarious... Zara Tane assisted you in these efforts. She stood in my way, every step of the way..."

"That's not true," Brislan shouted. "I wanted what was best for you both."

Dvald-Vaxx's expression turned from pity to scorn. "Tressa, Tressa, Tressa... You forget that this is all in my medical logs... I got enough to not only strip you of your medical license but also to end your career in Starfleet... I might even have enough to send you to jail..." Dvald-Vaxx answered softly. "This is a conversation that never imagined, even in my deepest, darkest nightmares I'd ever have with you. Yet here we are..."

Vaxx knew that Siaxx had to say all of this, if she didn't say it now then she would never have the chance and he knew that her strength here was a facade, as Bolians tended to wilt like freshly fallen snow under a headlamp when pregnant. Tressa glared angrily at her. "Then do your worst Siaxx... You always-"

"Stop," Vaxx growled, in a tone that booked no argument. "Tressa, be civil... Or I will have you thrown out of the resort."

"For what?" Brislan answered.

"Tressa. I have a large brood of children and I have to do what I must to keep them safe. I will keep them safe, even from former friends and liars like you." Dvald-Vaxx paused. "You are dangerous to me... Therefore I consider you a threat to my children too." as she sighed. "I offer no forgiveness, Tressa, a mother's sins passed to her sons." she paused. "It's time you left... Before I say something truly unkind... Don't try to resolve this issue Tressa because I will have nothing further to do with you. I do not wish to deal with you..." and with that, Dvald-Vxx turned her back and dove under the water, indicating that the conversation was terminated.

Brislan felt the shock and awe of what had just taken place wash over her. "Chen... It can't go like this." as she watched the small pregnant Bolian swim away from her.

"Your right, it can't... But it has. I read Siaxx's letters from the time period in question as well as many of the medical reports submitted by various persons." Vaxx commented as he stood up to face the small-framed human female. "I wasn't there and maybe if I had been, things would have been easier... But Siaxx has gotten paranoid about who she trusts and who she doesn't... I regret it has gone this way but... What she wants is irrelevant, what is taking place is at hand."

Brislan couldn't believe what she was hearing. "You're actually going to support her with this insanity?"

Vaxx's regarded Brislan with a gentle look in his eyes. "My spouse is the mother of my children... Of course, I'm going to support her in this... Siaxx had many enemies while assigned to that ship, she dealt with some but others were ignored and you did permit things to happen to her." he paused. "You'd best go, Tressa... Remaining here will only inflame tensions and passions are already high as it is..."

"Yeah... Your right... I'm sorry it had to be this way, Chen." Brislan sighed as she hauled herself out of the pool.

"So am I Tressa..." Vaxx answered as he watched the human woman turn and depart, in silence.
