Mission: Mission 121: The Mobius Loop
Location: Various Locations - Starbase Vanguard
Timeline: 1610Hrs - November 1st, 2393

"Where is everyone else?" Siaxx asked aloud.

"Oh," Rhaenys responded, she had been expecting her twin to say something else. Before she smiled, "Turn around Siaxx..." as she gently ran a finger with sunscreen over her twin's nose. "Mmm... Now you look sexy." as she grinned at her twin.

Siaxx blinked as she regarded her twin in silence. Rhaenys looked back at her twin. "You okay?"

"I'm fine." Siaxx lied. She wasn't fine and anyone who knew her knew that they also knew of what had happened. Siaxx was a survivor and it cost her every day to get through the day. Rhaenys silently hugged her sibling. "I'm sorry... I didn't mean..." she tried to apologize.

"It'll be okay," Siaxx answered quietly.

"You two okay?" came the third female voice of their little group. Heris Dvald was wearing more of the usual bathing attire except hers had was a rash guards suit with long sleeves, she wanted something to work out in as she was going to be joining Theris at Starfleet Academy in the next few months.

Herar did not expect the third voice as he found himself admiring his aunt's physique. "Computer freeze program." as he couldn't resist admitting her bathing suit, which hid very little beneath it. "Oh wow... Aunt Heris, you were fucking hot as a teenager." he paused. "Computer, resume."

Rhaeny's nodded. "Yeah, we're just having a moment to ourselves." she smiled at her elder sibling who wore a rather concerned look as she looked at Siaxx. Siaxx nodded her head. "Don't worrying so much over me. I'm fine," she said in an unconvinced tone of voice.

Rhaenys looked at Heris and the look said she was anything but, as she gently shook her head, the motion was very slight and quick but Heris caught the motion and the intent behind it all the same. "I know Siaxx... But we worry about you." Heris gently placed her hands on her sibling's shoulders. "Besides. Maroon is so you, it brings out your eyes." Heris gently smiled down at the shorter sibling as she was the tallest of the Dvald ladies.

Rhaenys smiled. "Sit down Siaxx... Let me finish with your legs." she smiled. "We can use these chairs right here," she added.

Siaxx did so in silence as Rhaenys sat down next to her, Siaxx presented her left leg and Rhaenys went to work, handling the sunscreen.

Heris sat down on the other side of Siaxx, as she gently slid an arm around her sibling's shoulders as she embraced her younger sibling, Siaxx sighed. "What did I do wrong?" she asked softly, her misery was palpable to all who could see her.

Herar was suddenly realizing that he was glad his great-uncle was dead, serves the bastard right for what he had done to his own blood.

"Nothing. You did nothing wrong Siaxx... What happened wasn't your fault. It was him being an evil man... Taking what was never his, to begin with." Heris answered quietly, but firmly. "That rat bastard almost destroyed our family with what he did to you." as she gently rubbed her sibling's shoulders. "Its gonna be alright... I promise honey..."

Herar realized this his teenager who looked like him, this representation of his mother was a rape survivor. His anger increased but he did not give voice to his feelings on the matter.

"I can't help myself," Siaxx admitted. Thus, there it was, the issue that had dogged the young Bolian woman all morning.

"Don't do this to yourself. Siaxx..." Heris knew of the demons that plagued her sibling and she was seriously considering differing her admission to the academy to help Siaxx come to terms with what had happened to her. "I know you were denied your closure and your justice but space is vast and timeless... I know mom and dad are working a plan..." she commented as she gently held her sibling in her embrace, while Rhaenys gently massaged Siaxx's legs with sunscreen. "Siaxx... I wish I had your legs, you got curves girl... I'm all lines and angles.."

Heris gave her other sibling a rather annoyed glare. "Mom's working a plan... Dad is helping her along."

"They are?" Siaxx looked at her sibling, tears in her eyes. Heris gently ran her fingers over her sibling's face as she sought to comfort Siaxx. "I know they are... Mom didn't say but I know how she thinks... I also know she's up for reassignment to a ship of the line..." as Heris gently held her younger sibling in her arms when the program suddenly stopped. "Program complete." the computer commented.

Herar found himself staring into the eyes of the hologram of his mother, he was staring and he knew it. The young teenager was interrupted from his reverie a moment later with his mother's voice as she approached him, her pregnancy bump looking rather prominent. "Now do you understand?" she asked gently.

"I... I think I do," Herar answered softly. "How come you never said anything to us?" he asked his mother.

"Rape is a crime of passion son... and not all cultures have a rape taboo... Not all believe to the same level as others..." Dvald-Vaxx commented. "It took me a long time to come to terms with it, and it's my good fortune to meet your father... The man who ended two relationships because he wanted to have me alone to himself. I didn't mind... I still don't... But I also don't deny him if he seeks to bed another Bolian female... Same as he doesn't begrudge me when I seek companionship outside of our family... Hell, I was married to a human woman... a big mistake, if you ask me... But there was a time when I love her and she almost broke me for it." Dvald-Vaxx explained. "Hell, your youngest brother isn't your dad's son... He's someone else's kid... But Bolians aren't humans..." the pregnant Bolian explained. "Chen accepted him as his son regardless..."
