Mission: Mission 92: O War! Thou Holy Son of Hell, Whom angry Heavens do Make their Minister,
Location: B kayor system
Timeline: June 26th 2392

TNevanzi was looking at a truly desperate situation. The Klingons had managed to destroy one of the planetary force field stations, leaving a hole in the planetary defense grid. and they exploited that hole ruthlessly, piling ships through as much as possible. Many of Nevanzi's cruisers and escorts were out of action, and while most of his capital ships were still operational, a few were out of commission. The Ryazar's shield was crippled, as well as a battleship, another battlecruiser, and three fleet carriers. Many of the Federation ships were out too, and legate Karav only had two of her four cruisers still operational. And the only reinforcements that Nevanzi had received so far, were scattered Federation ships, many of which were forced to retreat, and about a dozen Cardassian ships which took advantage of their long range cruise missiles to snipe key Klingon ships.

The Cardassians had decent tactics going. Karav's command would designate a target for the other ships. Those ships would warp in at the edge of the system, throw their entire volley of missiles at key targets, the retreat to a resupply ship they had hiding a light year away from the system. They had successfully accomplished this three times. Unfortunately, Karav reported that the resupply ship was almost out of missiles. Plus with so few Cardassian ships and so many Klingon ships, the Cardassians were throwing pebbles at a tsunami. All they managed was to annoy the Klingons.

Nevanzi studied the immediate situation. The Akurians had forced the Klingons to fall back, but only temporarily. He knew a renewed attack was only minutes away.

"Is there any word on Federation reinforcements," Nevanzi Asked Heather

Heather Yamaguchi-Johnson watched the display as the battle unfolded. She turned to look at the Akurian. "At least an hour and that's assuming they didn't hit the out-system relay, We might not have gotten that distress call out of the com center before the Klingons nuked it."

Nevanzi sighed, knowing that he was at the mercy of the Klingons. And the Federation still needed at least a day to assemble a force large enough to put a dent in the Klingon fleet. So it came to a total surprise to him when the comm system squawked, "Commodore Nevanzi, this is Admiral Yuvo, I'm on the noble heading to your position whats your status."

Nevanzi hurriedly grabbed the handmic, nearly dropping it in the process, "Yuvo, is that really you?."

"Yes it is, Yuvo replied, "I heard you were in trouble."

Nevanzi let off a sigh of relief, "Yeah, you could say that again, we're on our last legs over here, whats your ETA."

"Five minutes," Yuvo answered.

"Nevanzi nodded, and smiled, "Good, well, the Klingon ships are the main enemy right now, give these bastards hell."

"Oh, we will," Yuvo commented. Nevanzi then heard Yuvo talking to someone on the other side, then Yuvo said to Nevanzi, "Plus I have full permission from Klingon Chancellor Martok himself to give these upstarts the ass beating they deserve. It seems he is not too happy with the way his people have been misbehaving."

Nevanzi raised an eyebrow, "Yeah, you can say that."

Heather Yamaguchi-Johnson watched in silence. "Wait... Did he say Martok?" she inquired. "Also... Who or what.. is the Noble?" she inquired.

Nevanzi smiled, knowing what would be awaiting the Klingons. "The Noble is a Super heavy starship, with more firepower than a hundred battleships."

Nevanzi then hailed the Klingons, and surprisingly enough, Chancellor B'humkass responded. With an arrogant gloat, B'humkass sneered. "So... Little house cats, are you ready to surrender now."

Nevanzi smiled and replied. "Actually I have a different suggestion, I think you should surrender."

B'humkass let off a loud laugh, "Oh, really, Me, surrender to you, really, that pathetic force of yours is dying, you're the one who is losing."

Nevanzi shook his head and replied confidently. "Oh, that's about to change. Perhaps you should reconsider..."

B'humkass stopped laughing and frowned, wondering what the Akurian knew. However, he didn't have to wait very long to find out.

The Klingon fleet had a few older modified ships that had gravity well generators to try and interfere with FTL travel. One of these ships a converted Negh'var, failed to realize the one side effect of having this gravity well generator active. And that is, a ship pulled out of FTL tended to be attracted to the ship using the generator. The captain of the modified Negh'Var only had two seconds of warning when his collision alarm sounded. He didn't even have time to see the massive prow of the noble crush the Negh'Var like an eggshell. The shields of the massive super heavy were barely affected.

Meanwhile, Heather Yamaguchi-Johnson blinked as her eyes went wide. "What in fucking gods name?" she asked softly. "Umm. Who owns that massive ship?." she asked before she answered her own question. "Wait?, That's Noble!?" she paused. "Oh, I gotta get me one of those!"

Meanwhile on the USS Yankee Clipper. Captain Jones sighed softly as she picked herself up off of the deck, from where the last impact had thrown her. "Damage report?"

"We have one hull breach on deck six, it's sealed off, however." the response came from the Operations officer.

"Helm, keep those bastards away from the..." she stopped speaking as she watched a wormhole open and from it appeared a truly massive ship which smashed through a Negh'Var and crushed it to pieces. "Oh wow." the Captain said quietly.

Yuvo surveyed the situation, seeing well over a thousand Klingon ships attacking the system. However, he simply commanded to his tactical officer," All weapons, fire at will." as he smiled. "Make them come to us..."

A Bortasque class battleship had the misfortune of being the primary target of the Nobles main battery of sixty-four 800 cm guns. That many heavy caliber railgun shots slamming into the ship all at once blew it to pieces. Thousands of 80 cm and 38 cm railguns opened fire on any Klingon ships nearby, focusing on squashing the smaller ships, while the mid sized 150 cm and 400 cm batteries targeted cruiser sized vessels. Battleships and carriers found themselves victims of 800 cm gun fire.

Not moments later, Noble began mowing down Klingon ships left and right, her four escorting Supertitan's showed up, and they too, cut through the Klingon forces with ruthless efficiency.

As the Akurian super capital ships plowed their way through enemy vessels Martok made one request, "If you don't mind admiral, try not to destroy B'humkasses flagship, I would like a word with him, myself."

Yuvo pointed at one of the active Vo'Quv class carriers, "That one right.?"

Martok nodded. "Yeah, that one."

Yuvo gave out the relevant commands to his ships. They quickly knocked out the Carriers warp engines with lower caliber gunfire, then left the ship adrift to focus on the other ships.

Heather Yamaguchi-Johnson had her own ships focusing on recovery and helping each other out of the battle zone, many of her ships had been damaged to some degree or another and she knew her own list of people who wouldn't be going home again was likely going to be rather high. "I hope my losses were worth it," she muttered to herself.

At that moment the Klingons resolve broke. What ships were able too began to flee the system, knowing that the battle had become hopeless for them. They didn't even show any hesitation in abandoning their chancellor to his fate.

Heather Yamaguchi-Johnson sighed softly. "So that's all it cost us... Seventy Federations ships damaged or destroyed." she shook her head. "fuck."

Martok then mentioned to Yuvo, "I'm returning to my ship, I have a few choice words for this, Chancellor B'humkass." he coimmented.

Yuvo nodded and Martok left, returning to his ship. Worf fell into step following his Chancellor and house head in silence.

Shireen Yamaguchi regarded Martok. "May I go with you?" she inquired of him. "I'd like to see this.. coward, for myself. I want to see the fear in his eyes, then we'll know if he's telling the truth."

Martok nodded, more in amusement then anything else. "You may come."

"Thank you Chancellor." and with that, the small human female fell into step with the massive Klingon. Doran followed in silence as he was the Chancellors aide.

Nevanzi then decided to contact the Noble, saying. "Thanks, Yuvo, you really saved us here."

Yuvo nodded but was interrupted by Minske. "Hey Nevanzi, when you find Ryuukei tell him to get his fuzzy behind back on this ship, I'm tired of sitting in his chair."

Nevanzi looked at Ryuukei, who was standing nearby, then he mentioned. "Yeah, he heard you."
