Captain T'Nae Duval came back a few minutes later, feeling refreshed as she had done what she needed to do. "Are you prepared?" she inquired of him.

"No. Lets get this over with," Duval answered quietly as he watched her kneel before him, he knelt in response before she gently placed her hand over his face, one finger at each of the katra points. "My mind, to your mind.." T'Nae spoke. "We are merging, we are.. one."

T'Nae opened her eyes as she found herself standing before a massive wall. It looked impassable and had nothing with which she could climb, she turned her head to the right and to the left, it carried on both sides until it was out of sight and behind her was a tempestuous ocean so she had nowhere to go.

"Ethan?" she shouted as loud as she could. "Where are you?"

The gentle breeze was her only response as T'Nae watched as the wall suddenly opened, a small doorway was revealed, the Vulcan female stepped forward through the door and through the defenses. T'Nae spent many long seconds in darkness before she reached the other side of the wall. She looked around as she found herself in an environment that looked like someone had glassed this place from orbit, nothing lived that she could see, the ground was worse than dead, it was nothing more than a dull, bright gray. "What in hells name, happened here?" T'Nae inquired aloud.

"You did this." a voice responded from behind her. T'Nae turned to find herself face to face with Ethan Duval, wearing all black clothing, a shirt, slacks and a pair of shoes completed the picture. "He tried to resist her. She simply overpowered him and took what she wanted. T'Nae you are guilty of what you see before you."

T'Nae held her silence as she regarded him. "What... Nothing to say? that's a real change." Duval taunted her.

"You would ignore my statement and blame me regardless," T'Nae answered softly.

"I would." the man standing before her responded, while he glared at her coldly. T'Nae knew her husband's mind intimately well and she had never known this sort of hatred from him. "Because it changes nothing, you are responsible for this," Duval added.

"I did not cause this. My counterpart in your home reality did." T'Nae responded in a quiet tone.

"I am not your husband woman," Duval added in a rather bitter tone of voice.

"That much is plain to see." the Vulcan responded. "Considering the levels of fortifications I see here and the fact the ground is dead, glassed-in some war I assume."

"Oh, you plead ignorance."

"Look into my own mind, you fool. You know I am not guilty of this atrocity." T'Nae snapped back at him. Duval growled before he punched her once in the chest, his fist impacted with a loud crunch.

T'Nae blinked as she felt something give way inside her chest, due to the force of the impact. "Well now.." she wheezed. "I didn't see that one coming." the Vulcan woman wheezed softly.

"This is my mind," Duval responded. "I control the thoughtscape."

"This is not how a mind meld works Ethan and you know that. You took over the meld and brought me here... You want me to see what she did to you." T'Nae responded. "It makes sense to me now." she paused. "Why you hated me, why you told my sister-in-law and my daughter. You knew it would draw me out."

"It does.. and yes, that is exactly why I brought you here," Duval answered before he grabbed her arm and almost pulled her along with him. "Come along now. Let's go." as T'Nae started walking, it was either that or be dragged behind Duval as he was fully in control of this setting and she was helpless against him.

The two began walking towards a ruined city in the distance that was completely covered in vegetation. Its once-mighty skyscrapers were now hollow steel skeletons with heavy vines snaking up to the very top of the structures. "Recognize this place?" Duval inquired of her.

T'Nae regarded the city when she wasn't looking down at her feet as the two of them moved through the endless fields of ashes and dust, their footfalls kicking up small clouds of the light gray material. "No," T'Nae answered. He had her suspicions as to where this city was located but she wasn't sure.

"Oh, but you should. This was once New Leningrad. My first home."

"From your original history?" T'Nae inquired.

"My, you are so dense." Duval sneered at her.

T'Nae sighed before she snapped his grip on her. "Two can play at this game. I offered my aid in defeating your demon except that demon is you." as she reached over and grabbed him before she pulled him to her.

Duval growled before he began to fight with her. T'Nae simply swatted his arms aside as she mentally seized control of the mind meld from him. "Your mental control is excellent, however, my offer was genuine," T'Nae said evenly. "You need to let go of your rage for me. I did nothing to you."

Then a third person appeared before them as T'Nae and Duval were forcibly separated with Duval being encased in a cage of pure shadows. Imprisoning him within a prison of his own mind.

"T'Nae. I wondered when you'd arrive.." explained the new arrival, a female Vulcan who honestly was overweight and not in a pleasing way. "T'Nae" Duval addressed the two women. "has always been here. Plataea did her best but she couldn't rid me completely of her presence."

"Ahh," T'Nae answered as she regarded her doppelganger. "You must leave this mind at once," she added a moment later

The evil T'Nae slowly smiled. "No. He is mine and that's how it will always be."

T'Nae gently clasped her hands together, as if she wished to pray before she separated them again, in her hands, two swords appeared, both of them were from Earth as she rotated her wrists. "Then. I will deal with you for the last time."

"Oh, that's a rich woman. You couldn't defeat him, how can you defeat me!?" the evil T'Nae laughed loudly. "Ah, Duval you foolish little man. You were always mine."

Duval growled. "T'Nae... I'm going to fucking kill you."

The evil T'Nae flicked her wrist at him, she was rewarded with a loud scream as Duval's prison suddenly enveloped him before she turned to face the other T'Nae, the intruder into her last refuge before she drew her own blade, a rather large broadsword.

The two prepared for battle as T'Nae rotated her blades before she lunged at her enemy, the evil T'Nae blocked with a simple swipe of her blade. "Pathetic."

The two women were locked in battle when suddenly. it started to rain, drop by drop, within seconds as the two women swing their blades at each other the storm raged around them, the tempest thundered as the lightning flashed across the havens.

T'Nae blocked the evil T'Nae's swing with both her blades, she smiled as she drove her off then she kicked the other woman before she stepped back, she then lunged at the evil T'Nae a second time.

The evil T'Nae was forced back again and again, towards the edge of the wall as the good T'Nae pushed her further and further back, the rainfall fell in torrents as the sea writhed and thrashed nearby, the waves displayed foam and massive white caps.

The good T'Nae parried the other T'Nae's swing with a parry before she bisected the woman's head from her shoulders, blood fountained from the gap in evil T'Nae's neck as the good T'Nae watched the dark presence that was T'Nae crumble into dust before the body and the blood was simply washed away by the rainfall that was sleeting down out of the angry skies.

T'Nae dropped her blades before they too turned to ash before vanishing completely when suddenly someone grabbed her by the throat. T'Nae grabbed her evil counterpart in response. "Hello. My reflection." T'Nae growled softly.

"Aww, I could take control of your mind and live in you."

"You will try." T'Nae smiled as she smashed her fist into the other woman's arm, the bones within breaking before she pried the evil reflection of her loose before she physically threw her away from her.

The evil T'Nae screamed in agony as she flew before she landed, skidding across the ground, using her good hand to stop her headlong motion. "You fight well." she painted in pain and exhaustion.

T'Nae smiled. "This is a thoughtscape, created by him." as she clenched her fist before she pointed at her evil reflection, what emerged was several bolts of lightning, all of which impacted on the evil T'Nae who screamed in agony as she felt the energy wash over her form.

T'Nae could feel Duval helping her, giving her what she needed to defeat this demon, once and for all, she watched as her evil counterpart moved to flee, she shifted her aim, keeping the evil T'Nae pinned and unable to do anything.

"You.. are beaten.," T'Nae growled softly as she slowly advanced on her enemy. "Let go and surrender.."

"I will not let go, I have the right to live." the evil T'Nae gasped.

"We all must meet our maker at some point," T'Nae responded quietly before she reached down and grabbed her foe by the throat. "It's time for you to go."

The evil T'Nae sighed softly. "No.," she responded, fear coloring her tone.

T'Nae simply gripped tighter. "Let go damn it!. You've caused enough suffering. Stop resisting me!"

The dark T'Nae resisted all the more. "No!. Let me be!. I have... a right.. to live.!"

"Not anymore. You downloaded your katra here to live on after your body's death. You were dislodged from controlling Ethan by Plataea and now I have come to finally end you, one final time!."

The evil T'Nae started to discorporate as she whimpered. "I'm afraid!" she paused. "No!" she screamed with what strength she had remaining.

"Let go T'Nae. You have long outlived yourself and caused untold misery and suffering to others." T'Nae said softly

The evil T'Nae finally faded with one soft scream, the rains finally eased up with their torrential downpour as the clouds began to part. Duval slowly appeared. "Thank you T'Nae.."

T'Nae sighed as she collapsed to her knees. "She was the most brutal opponent I ever faced. She was... Myself." she paused as she looked down. "Would I have done what she has done?" the Vulcan female asked aloud. "Could I inflict that sort of pain on others?" she added.

"No," Duval answered. "I was wrong about you. I am sorry.."

"The dark reflection of me is gone now. Gone forever." T'Nae responded as she noticed the sun overhead begin to wield its awesome power over the ground which had been washed clean of the ash that had covered it earlier, the ground turned from a dark brown to a lovely shade of green before her eyes as life appeared, grasses the like appeared first before trees sprung up from the earth.

Within minutes of the first grasses appearing before her eyes. T'Nae found herself standing at the edge of a forest of trees, everywhere she looked, the land was covered in trees and plant life. "So... I guess this is goodbye then," T'Nae commented. "My offer of aid was genuine. I had no idea you were besieged."

Duval nodded his head. "I thought I was free of her."

"Well. You are now." T'Nae responded gently. "She is gone."

"Good," Duval responded before he gently drew her into his arms, he gently gave her a kiss on the lips before he hugged her, suddenly the world went white as T'Nae inhaled, her eyes went wide as she realized the meld was over.

Duval sat back. "Oh god...wow," he commented quietly.

T'Nae paused. "I had no idea.."

"Neither did I," Duval answered softly. "That was.." he glanced at the clock. "Three hours long," he remarked in surprise.

"Yeah," T'Nae commented. "I need a shower. She made me feel dirty," she said in a quiet tone. "Now I understand the T'Nae you remembered..."

"I need a shower too... Come on. We can share one together" as he rose to his feet, he offered her his hand, he then hauled her up to her feet before she regarded him, she could see his offer was genuine. "As you wish," she answered with a smile. "I promise to be a good girl."

"Why?" Duval answered. "You've already done more for me than I could have ever asked. You freed me of her forever. The least I can do is wash your back."

T'Nae smiled as she began to shed her clothing. Duval gently touched her shoulder as he regarded the middle of her chest, between her breasts, he sighed softly as he noticed the skin looked unblemished. "I thought that after that blow..."

T'Nae regarded her skin as she looked down, she ran her fingers gently, between her breasts. "Mmmm..." she raised an eyebrow. "So... Rough or gentle?"

"Rough... Its been awhile since I had any... What of you?"

"I will let you have your way with me... Do not feel the need to be gentle... I want you to make me moan." as T'Nae grinned at him, before the two of them went into the bathroom together.
