Burning the Barn: The Screams of Rage

Mission: Mission 70: Children and the Workplace do Not Mix
Location: Admiral Sloane's office - Starfleet HQ, Earth, SOL
Timeline: 1100Hrs - April 5th, 2392

First Lieutenant Selendis stood outside the HQ front doors, while she waited for their contact on the other side, the rest of her personnel assigned to this effort were present here too, she let out a soft sigh, their goal to hand deliver this Iconian gateway to Admiral Rae Sloane who was apparently getting impatient for it. The door opened and out walked a female officer who was clearly part Klingon. "Hello. I am Lieutenant Samantha Yeager." she introduced herself.

Selendis introduced herself as the two women shook hands. "I'm here to see you to the Admiral."

Darktail didn't know how the hell he got volunteered for this detail, meeting flag officers was the last thing he liked to do. But he, Raggar Nask, and four enlisted marines from his battalion got assigned to the Iconian gate protection detail, even though the thing was basically little more than a lump of scrap metal. Along with them was a small Kurokuri, Kasana Rekevo, one of the Akurian science officers whom dealt with the gateway.

Yeager turned and went back through the entrance. Selendis followed in silence rather then pepper the other female with questions. Her detail assigned to this mission followed Selendis in silence. A short time later they reached their destination. "The Admiral will see you now." Yeager smiled. "I will remain out here.." she added.

Darktail gave her a suspicious look," And why is that."

Yeager simply smiled. "Because I was ordered to wait for you so I could escort you back out. Apparently thats all Lieutenant's are good for, is holding the hands of others thinking they might get lost in here" she commented, there was something in her tone. "Gods. my request to leave can't be approved soon enough." she added under her breathe.

Selendis regarded her with a measured look. "You dislike this place?"

"Well and truly hate this place. The-" she stopped as she indicated the office door with her hand. "powers that be are little shits that behave worse then my young siblings." she added, a wide smile on her lips. "I get leave tonight... Soo.. I might actually end up heading to see my father soon.."

Yamaguchi raised an eyebrow. "Ahh.." as the aide lifted his head from his monitor that he was working on. "Ahem.. Lieutenant Yamaguchi?"

"Yes?" Selendis inquired.

"The Admiral will see you all now. Not you Lieutenant Yeager. You'll remain here." The man responded, in a rather arrogant tone of voice.

"Of course." Yeager responded in a rather snide tone. "I live to obey the whims of my superiors." she added, in an even more arrogant tone.

"Yes... You may enter now." the Lieutenant gave Selendis the once over with his eyes, making her feel filthy as there was no doubt what he was thinking about. The fact that Selendis could hear him thinking it was even more disgusting to her, she turned and led her detail into the Admirals office.

"Lieutenant. I hope you are not here to waste my time.. did you bring it?"

"Yep. We brought the gateway." Selendis responded.

"Good... Yes, very good.." Sloane responded. "So... where is it?"

"In the room next door," Darktail replied in a flat tone.

"Good." Sloane responded. "Better late then never." she commented. Meanwhile outside in the anteroom. The aide regarded the party before him, he noticed the two Eeiaouan's and the Kurokuri. "Why are you nude...?" he inquired.

Selendis meanwhile heard the aide as she frowned, she could instantly see why Lieutenant Yeager hated this man.

Kasana gave him a look. "Because I have fur, so why do I need clothes."

Selendis stepped in. "She's a foreign digmi-"

The aide turned. "I didn't ask you so kindly get out of my face and go see the Admiral before I have you thrown out of here."

Selendis looked unimpressed and unamused but she didn't say anything further as the aide growled. "You will don clothing or you will not get to see the Admiral.."

Raggar Nask gave the Aide a look," Oh really, because with the way you were staring at Selendis, one would think you would love to be in the company of nude females, if not demand that they be nude in your company."

Yeager chuckled softly before the aide could interrupt. "Considering you spend enough time undressing me and the Lieutenant with your eyes." she indicated Yamaguchi as she spoke.

"Oh shut it Klink, you don't get to speak in my presence." he growled at Yeager who only smiled. "So you're also a sexist pig and hypocrite."

Yamaguchi decided to inquire. "So... I assume you want me to wear naught but my skin... But she's better looking then me... So what is she has Klingon ancestry..." she indicated Yeager. "I prefer Klingons... They are a bit more creative then most I know."

Kasana decided to get a little playful, so she turned around, lifted her tail up and waggled her furry butt at the aid, showing off all her bits in the process. "What, this is what you wanted right."

The door opened as Admiral Slone came out. "What is the meaning of all of this?" she snapped at everyone in the room.

Yeager regarded Sloane with a calm, practiced look of nonchalance. "Your aide is causing issues for the visitors."

Sloane sighed. "Is this true?"

"These three won't wear clothing."

Sloane rolled her eyes. "Do you know anything about Eeiaouan's and the Kurokuri?" she asked before she facepalmed. "Oh dear fucking god... I have no time for this stupidity." she turned and went back into her office. "All those who need to visit me, please step in here... All those who don't. remain there and. try to behave."

Raggar Nask and the four enlisted marines stayed out of the office while Darktail and Kasana followed Sloane and Selendis in.

Lieutenant Yeager remained outside as well, she mentally was counting down the days before she could leave this place and move onto her next posting. "So... Now we just have to wait.." before the Human/Klingon hybrid female took a seat. "What.. My legs are tired."

"You should work out more." The aide growled as he was simply being an asshole.

"I work out enough. Thank you jackass."

"How dare you speak to me like that..." he snarled back at her before he turned to Nask. "Muzzle this one, she is your dog after all."

Yeager sighed. "How did you make into Starfleet to begin with?"

Nask, didn't appreciate a comment like that, so he grabbed the man by his shirt and growled. "So you dare talk to a lady like that, I should re arrange your face for that."

"Why you!" The aide growled as he saw red before he got up. "I'm gonna beat your fucking face for that." and with that he went for Nask.
He landed only one punch in the center of the man's chest.

Nask grabbed the mans arm, then with one swift motion, he snapped the aids arm. Nask then landed one blow to the face, breaking his jaw.

Yeager simply stepped backwards, out of arms reach as she looked somewhat surprised, she simply sighed as she gently tapped the combadge affixed to her uniform just above her left breast. "Yeager to the Infirmary. Could you send a couple of medics to Admiral Sloane's office.. There has been a fight."

"Copy that, we're on our way."

The aide was on the ground, moaning and whimpering but otherwise he had curled into a ball, the door opened and Selendis Yamaguchi emerged with her two companions. "Oh... Hello... and what happened here?"

"The aide.. attacked the Sergeant Major here... He was defending himself." Lieutenant Yeager explained patiently. However she was taking some rather personal satisfaction in what the aide had been given in terms of this beating.

Sloane sighed. "Fuck me!" she turned to the Sergeant Major. "What happened?" she sighed.

Just then, the other doors opened and in came two medics and a security officer. "Alright... Let me process this scene quick.. and then I can take statements please." the officer was saying as the two medics checked over the man who had clearly been very badly beaten.

Darktail was the one whom answered. "Your aid kept trying to advance himself to where he wasn't wanted, the Sergeant Major called him on it, and well, it started a fight."

Sloane sighed softly as she indicated the aide who had quite honestly had his face smashed in. "A fight.. he looks like he's half past dead."

The medic moved in. "Excuse me." the man almost growled. "Guys please.. I need you all to step aside and let me work..." he rumbled.

The security officer began to take pictures as the medics worked, moments later the aide and the medics were gone as the security officer then began the questioning, taking notes as he did so and within a short time, he was likewise finished. "Thank you for your help... I'll be in touch." and with that he likewise departed.

Selendis Yamaguchi smiled breezily. "So... all's well that ends well then?" she in quired.

"Well except for him... but he doesn't count." Yeager responded slightly to the other female. "Do you have anything further for us Admiral?"

"No..." Sloane let out a deep sigh. "Carry on everyone.. I will need my other aide to come in a few hours early. She also won't mind the extra work." she mused aloud.

Selendis smiled as she looked around. "Our job here is finished." she commented.

Yeager regarded her charges. "You guys all ready to depart then?" she inquired. "Alright... I'll walk you to the door." and with that the half human/klingon hybrid female turned and began walking away. Selendis and the others followed in silence.
