Lasarra Unal sighed happily as she came to a stop, she looked out over the large parkland before her, she let a smile graced her lips as she brushed her hair back out of her eyes as she lifted both hands, before she quickly and efficiently pulled her hair back into a ponytail before she placed both hands onto the railing before her as it was a forty meter drop to the ground below.

Moments later a female officer whom she didn't know stopped next to her. "Ms Unal." she addressed her.

Lasarra wanted a moment between now and her next class which wasn't scheduled for another hour or so where she would be left alone and not bothered by anyone but now that hope had been scuttled, sunk by someone she didn't know who wanted to bother her. "Yes, you have found her." Lasarra responded quietly but she didn't turn her head to greet her new arrival. "Can I help you?. I'm afraid it'll have to be quick... my next class is in less then an hour."

"I know." responded the arrival. "This will take a few minutes.."

Lasarra sighed softly, nothing ever took a few minutes unless they wanted her body and that normally took ten to fifteen minutes and left her being the one to clean herself off and she was far from interested in a sexual tryst but she would give the other woman a few moments of her time.

"I'm Lt Lieutenant Colonel Eleanor Redpath.." the officer added as she turned to face Lasarra. "I've been going over your test scores and you would make an excellent fit for the Marines." she commented.

"May I ask... Why me?"

"Because your test scores indicate that you would make a fantastic marine pilot. Would you-"

"No. Thank you, Colonel... but No. I had a bellyful of the Marines on my last posting and I'm not about to go back into the Marines or Special Forces ever again..." Lasarra responded quietly, she still had yet to turn her head to even give the other woman the time of day.

"Are you sure... You would be turning down a great opportunity."

"I am sure Colonel. No thank you." Unal responded. "Mt last class is in an hour and I graduate tomorrow, before I heard for my assignment."

"I see.. Very well then." and with that the Colonel turned and marched away as Lassara almost wanted to turn and run away but her sense of control held her in place, she could almost feel the claws of her past career wanting to ensnare her again. "No... Not going to happen.."

"Whats not gonna happen?" a male officer this time asked her, he stopped as clearly she had said her comment aloud.

"Nothing... Its fine."

"Alright... It's a lovely view though.." the instructor mentioned. "May I recommend the seating area forty yards up the path. You'll be able to sit down and enjoy the view, that way you'll also be left in peace."

Lasarra turned. "Thank you Commander. I'll do that."

The man nodded. "Of course.. have a good day Ms Unal." and with that he departed, leaving the younger woman alone with her thoughts.

Unal pushed off from the rail before she moved down the pathway, she found the small seating area moments later, she went and took a seat as she let out a sigh. "Much better.." as she regarded the scudding of the clouds on the western horizon, this was the promise of snow that was rapidly coming her way.

A gentle smile graced the lips of the young woman as she admired the approaching storm.
