Mission: Mission 72: T'Would Ring the Bells of Heaven
Location: Various Locations - USS Courageous
Timeline: 1100Hrs - March 29th, 2392

Lt Colonel John Burgoyne regarded Captain Torilla Yamaguchi, he thought she was highly attractive but she wasn't his 'type' as he much prefered the company of his wife and he was too honorable to seek another woman while still married to his mate. He didn't know about Torilla and he left her business alone with things.

"You ready skipper?"

Yamauchi had squared her office away as the had left her dogs on the bridge with Commander Javier Morales looking after them, when Burgoyne had arrived earlier, Grey Wind had looked at him as if to say 'What do you want!'

Yamaguchi had followed him into the ready room. Smithson smiled as he had had one of his guards bring Private Fap Labrosse up from the brig to the ready room for this article fifteen which was scheduled for five minutes from now.

Yamaguchi was seated behind her desk while she made herself comfortable, next to her on her left was John Burgoyne. The door bell beeped at the two of them. "Enter."

The door opened and in walked Labrosse, flanked by Smithson who stopped at the door and a nameless Ensign that Yamaguchi for her part did not know. "Alright stand there Labrosse, this won't take long."

"I know my rights!"

"Good... Do you wish to proceed with an article fifteen as I am going to impose punishment upon you whether you like it... or not." Burgoyne responded with a smile.

"Yes.. I wish an article fifteen."

"Good. I do not wish to waste the resources of a court martial on you." Burgoyne responded bluntly. "Since you got about a month left before you're days in the corps are numbered, give or take.."

Fap Labrosse frowned but said nothing.

"Private Labrosse you are facing three separate charges, one of them is conduct unbecoming because you threatened my wife with rape to my face." Burgoyne explained. "I am uncertain if that was extremely bold of you... or extremely stupid of you."

Yamaguchi smiled. "I like sitting in on these Colonel's Masts... Because this was stupid of you... and have consulted the regs and the like... We are prepared to punish you." there was something in her tone. "You'll remain in the brig for a period of not longer then two weeks with your meals given to you at 9am, noon and six PM. they will be water and sandwiches. Ham and cheese... Personally its the minimum I can get you to eat without being abusive."

Fap Labrosse whimpered but otherwise said nothing whatsoever.

Burgoyne went on and detailed the rest of the punishments which when one looked at them,. they were considered with extra work rather then less. Bremer would be assisting in the kitchens with whatever the Chef needed doing.

Yamaguchi turned to Burgoyne. "Is that it?"

"Yep..." he turned to Smithson. "Thank you Lieutenant."

"Always a privilege Colonel." Smithson responded as he stepped forward but he stopped as Yamaguchi rose to her feet, she also raised a hand. "A word to the wise Mister Labrosse .... I would advise you not to threaten any of the ladies around here ever again... or what he does to you... will be nothing compared to what 'I' do to you... Is that clear enough for you 'MISTER' Labrosse ?"

"Sir. Yes sir." was the response she got.

Yamaguchi came over to him. "Because... if you ever do make that mistake again... I will rape you myself... I will also make you scream my name. Is that clear!" as she indicated the messenger bag nearby. "I come prepared... and in your case, I decided to plan ahead... Do not make me think on this again... Or so help me...I will rape you in the ass...Clear!" Yamaguchi barked at him.

"Yes sir!"

Smithson grinned as Yamaguchi nodded to him. "Thank you Lieutenant. You have been exemplary in your patience."

"Did you hear what she said to me!" Fap Labrosse asked him, with an incredulous tone in his voice. "That... woman threatened ME!"

"I didn't hear a thing... Stop protesting and lets go.." he turned to the Ensign. "If he starts shit, beat him like a cheap Orion slave girl."

"Yessir." and with that the massive man simply grabbed Labrosse and hauled him out of the office.

Burgoyne regarded Yamaguchi. "Remind me... to never... ever.. piss you off."

"It is so noted." Yamaguchi responded in a dry tone. "Still... go tell your wife that justice has been served.. Except.. I think he is out on his shots.." as she gave him a rather malicious smile. "I am sure Calliope can look after matters." as her grin widened.
