Mission: Mission 71: Orion's Hounds
Location: Various Locations - USS Alaska
Timeline: 1400Hrs, March 22nd, 2392

Commander John Sheridan let out a soft sigh as he held the PADD in his hands, he shifted his attention from the information on the PADD to the man presenting the PADD to him. "You are sure about this one El Tee?"

"Yes sir." Ensign Dimitry Valskyysev mentioned with a sigh of his own. "It seems Comrade Flight Commodore seems to 'ave azzaulted zee flight bozz and sent his two men out to defend motherland..."

Sheridan shook his head. "Unbelievable... Thank you comrade, you have been most helpful." and with that, he turned and departed the flight tower before he went down the hallway, less then five minutes later he was handing the report to Captain Teyo Kemoke. "Skipper... The word is in." he handed the PADD in his hand to the smaller Caitian before him.

Teyo took the padd, reviewed it, then contacted Myzar and April in the command center, both of whom were observing the two Akurian battlecruisers having a simulated gun duel in the middle of the simulation area. Teyo then said to the two officers. "Well, I have the report for you as to what happened with that Flyer."

Yamaguchi watched the gunnery duel with interest. Her left hand almost acted on its own as she had done this so often that she almost didn't process it anymore. "Understood Teyo. We'll be right along." she responded. "Well Myzar. This... should be interesting... Don't you think?"

Myzar read over the Padd, then decided to read it again, but slower, then he finally hailed K'Miras," K'Miras Snow River, "5th independent fighter brigade is now under your command, Congratulations flight Commodore."

K'Miras blinked in utter surprise, Sure he had managed to successfully rally his forces and take the fight to the other team. Yeah they lost, but they took more than half of their enemy with them, but he didn't expect this to happen so quickly. "Um, OK, what about Commodore Xiaxx."

Myzar let off a small growl," Technician Recruit Xiaxx, is not fit to be a clerk, don't worry about him, I will deal with him."

K'Miras nodded," OK then."

Fleet Admiral April Yamaguchi stood as she watched the event take place before her. "Congratulations Flight Commodore. You fought well," she said to K'Miras before she turned to Myzar. "So... What are you going to do with Xiaxx?... Mostly so I can tell my husband later tonight." the middle-aged human woman smiled.

"He is going to spend the rest of his days in a jail cell," Myzar replied as he contacted Alaska. "Alaska this is Myzar Zinov, Please arrest Xiaxx and have him sent to me."

Sheridan's response came back. "Yessir. Right away." He didn't care that the man was from fighter command and thus couldn't' give him orders, he also wasn't about to question the fact that the accused here wasn't going to the brig either but this was not Sheridan's style. He picked up a pair of cuffs and went to track down his quarry.

About twenty minutes later, Sheridan located his target. "Xiaxx. I hereby place you under arrest from the orders of the head of Fighter Corps... Let's go." he said to the hapless Bolian who he had just cuffed. "You can either come in peace or in pieces. The choice is yours.."

Xiaxx naturally protected and whined, claiming his innocence. "I didn't do anything, I tried to warn Captain Strelk and Commander Ragit away from the Flyer but they wouldn't listen, they insisted it was fine."

"Tell it to the magistrate," Sheridan responded. "I'm ordered to bring you in so... please stop talking and walk steady... Otherwise, I'll stun you and have you beamed to the destination," he stated in a rather flat tone of voice.

Myzar waited patiently for Sheridan to bring Xiaxx to his office, and he did, by beaming Xiaxx's unconscious body into the command center. Myzar looked at Sheridan commenting. "He wasn't too cooperative was he."

"Alas, no." Sheridan responded. "I'm Sorry sir but he left me little choice on the matter."

Myzar nudged the unconscious Bolian and when he didn't stir he then called for a medic.

The response was quick, a female voice answered. "Aye, sir. I'm on my way."

A few minutes went by before the door opened and in walked a rather tall human-looking female wearing medical teal. "Hey.. who needs me"

"Right over here El Tee.." Sheridan responded as he smiled at Lieutenant Elizabeth Yamaguchi, someone he recalled from his time on the Roanoke. "How ya been?" he regarded the large female with something akin to affection.

Elizabeth Yamaguchi-Solusar smiled back as she regarded the Commander before her with a warm smile on her lips. "I'm good Commander, still settling into married life.." She responded with a smile as she approached the unconscious Bolian male. "I assume he needs me?"

"I need you to revive him. I stunned him because he wouldn't cooperate with me while I was arresting him." Sheridan explained to Yamaguchi.

"I see.." and with that, she produced a hypo. "This is a mild stimulant, it'll bring him around..." and with that, she administered it to the unconscious Bolian who woke instantly. "Welcome back... What happened to you?" Yamaguchi inquired of the now awake Xaixx.

Xiaxx rudely commented. "I don't have to explain anything to you."

Myzar stepped up and stared down the Bolian, "No, but you do have to answer to me, technician recruit Xaixx." As he said those words, Myzar calmly ripped Xiaxx's Flight commodore rank off his shirt. "Oh and I suggest you take a more respectful tone, because she does outrank you now."

Elizabeth Yamaguchi chose not to take offense at the way he addressed her, she simply shifted her attention to the Caitian as he spoke and as he did a gentle smile appeared on her face. "I asked not for my health but so I can update your medical records with whats happened... " she turned to Myzar. "That is assuming I should even bother.. sir?" she inquired.

Sheridan likewise smiled as he saw that Xaixx's punishment was fitting what he did and the death's of the two officers under his command, the midair between that Flyer and Ironhide and the assault on the deck boss were all being dealt with, here and now. "Sier... you sure that demotion is good enough?" he inquired if this was as far as Myzar was going with the punishment.

Yamaguchi turned her head to look at Sheridan, one eyebrow raised. "Someone please fill me in... What have I missed?"

Myzar looked over at Sheridan. "Oh no, he is going straight to prison for this, I just wanted to rip his rank off his uniform myself. In fact, if you can be so kind, fetch some prison garments for him, he is not fit to be wearing that uniform."

Xiaxx then started shouting and complaining. "You cant do this to me, have rights, This isn't fair, its not my fault."

Myzar gave the bolian a look. "Save it for the trial, take him away."

"Yessir..I'll see that he has the best cell in the house." Sheridan smiled. "Lets go technician recruit. Either you come with... Or I'll ask the Lieutenant to sedate you and then we can have you beamed to the brig..." Sheridan turned to Yamaguchi. "At your convenience El Tee.. I'm going to need a full medical workup on him.."

"No worries Commander. I'll accompany you so I can attend to it immediately." Yamaguchi smiled. "I assume he likes to squirm?"

"You could say that" Sheridan responded.

"Excellent... I like it when my prey struggles.." Yamaguchi's grin was getting wider and wider. "I might enjoy this."

Myzar turned back to April, commenting. "Well at least that one shithead taken care of, too bad we cant get rid of all the failures in the flag ranks this easily."

April Yamaguchi stood as silent as ever, she knew she had no authority here and she was fine with that. "Indeed. However, I've been looking at my flag ranked people and... Some of them are wanting removal... and others want out into the field... The commander of Starbase Twelve has requested to go back out into the field and various fleets assets are being moved around so I can accomodate her."
