Mission: Mission 52: The Astral Winds
Location: Various Locations - USS Courageous
Timeline: 1800Hrs - December 2nd, 2391

Rear Admiral Jake Yamaguchi was sitting on the floor in the main sitting area in the quarters that he shared with his wife. While he was happy to be working with her, he couldn't help but resent her because of what happened three weeks earlier. The Pineapple incident was costly for many and him in particular.

The twins were presently asleep, taking a nap as Nymeria was sleeping underneath the dinner table and Grey Wind was sleeping on the sofa.

Jake sighed softly as he had to resist the impulse to hit the dog or to slap the dog nearby but control stayed his hand. "I keep feeling... these feelings of.... endless rage and hate..." Jake sighed.

He recalled himself having memories he never remembered. "Did I do that?" he recalled one incident in which he raped his own wife which he was sure never happened. "Torilla Unal... What in fucks name did you do to me.." he muttered.

Jake's thoughts suddenly shifted to Nalla Furban as he sighed. "Mmm.." he shook his head but almost like a dog with a bone, his brain wouldn't let go of the small Deltan woman who'm he had actually bedded during the Pineapple incident.

Jake let his head loll backwards as he looked up at the ceiling. "Unbelievable..." he muttered softly as he rose to his feet. "Torilla... Why didn't you tell me what this was like." as he hauled himself to his feet. "I feel like shit... like I'm.... hung over." Jake stopped as his thoughts came back to Nalla Furban for the second time in less then ten minutes.

"Computer.." Jake moved over to sit down behind the work station that Torilla had installed in their quarters for when she needed to do paperwork at home. "Pull up some information about Deltan mating practices... Can humans get addicted to sex with Deltans?"

"Affirmative, a human having sexual relations with a Deltan needs prior approval before the start of said relationship." the computer responded.

Jake sighed. "Lovely.... explain symptoms.?"

As the effect of the sexual encounter wear off, a human may experience symptoms such as: anxiety or jumpiness; shakiness or trembling; sweating, nausea and vomiting, insomnia, depression, irritability, fatigue or loss of appetite and headaches"

"Yeah..." Jake sighed softly. "And increase in sexual need." he added the last part. "Dammit.... Nalla... Could you have known...?" he asked the empty quarters.

The walls, floor, doors and everything else present did not answer Jake's statement but that was alright, he was not expecting an answer. "I think I'm going to take a cold shower... a long one... then I'm off to sickbay to get this looked at." Jake said aloud as he rose to his feet before moving into the bathroom. Once more thinking of Nalla Furban.
