Mission: Mission 50: This Grey Spirit
Location: Various Locations - USS Roanoke
Timeline: 1800Hrs - November 28th. 2391

Saki Yamaguchi had planned this carefully and now after a week of searching, she had located the man she believed was her biological father and now she was contacting him. She hoped the call would go through.

Moments later the face of a man she didn't know appeared on the screen before her. "Hello... I'm still pack-" He stopped himself mid sentence. "I'm Cadet Paul Harrison.... Who are you?"

"Hello. My name is Saki... I'm... I'm your daughter."

Paul blinked as he tried not to laugh at her. "Umm... is this a prank call?" he inquired as he regarded the child before him. "How old are you sweetie?"

"I am eight," Saki answered.

"Impossible... I can't have a child that's eight..." Harrison responded. "Sweetie... You have to be pulling my lag.." he responded. "I can't even believe I'm entertaining this issue..." he paused. "Look... I got a lot of work to do as I'm up early tomorrow morning.. so... why don't you go on, run along and ...." he sighed.

"So you don't think you're my dad?" Saki paused, trying to fight back tears.

Harrison couldn't believe he was in this situation, to begin with. "No. I think you are pulling my leg... now get off this channel before I report this matter... to ummm security yes..." and with that, he hung up on her.

Before Saki even realized it, the tears were flowing freely down her face, she hopped off of the chair as she all but ran to the door, and she was gone before anyone even spotted her.

Saki got thirty yards down the hallway before she let out a loud ear piecing scream of an enraged, young child who had just had her dreams destroyed before her face. "I'm gonna fucking KILLL HIM!" Saki screamed at the top of her lungs before she started running down the hallway.

A couple of personnel heard it but only from a distance but they came running anyway, yet when they got there, there was no child to be found so they shrugged and continued on their merry way.
