Elizabeth Yamaguchi smiled softly her husband was camped out on the floor, she was sitting up as she heard the door beep as Elizabeth blinked. "Yeah?" she inquired softly.

The door opened as Toshnarr stuck his head in. "Morning Elizabeth, Phoenix would like to visit with you."

"Sure. send her in and... Toshnaar.... be nice to her."

"I am always nice.."

"You threatened to disembowel my father if he upset me.."

"Indeed... I take my duties most seriously."

"Alright..." Elizabeth sighed softly as she shifted her position.

"You don' look sick at all," Phoenix smiled as she sat on the edge of the bed. "Seriously though... How ya doin' kid?"

"I've.... been better Phoenix." Elizabeth admitted. "Mind the bump on the floor, Kameron is camping out in here.."

"So you guys made up?" Phoenix asked with curiousness.

Elizabeth grinned. "We did... in more ways then one..." she commented as she moved over so Phoenix could sit on her bed. "I'm just reading about the Third world War... my shadow err my husband won't leave my side." Elizabeth smiled. "Hows married life treating you?"

"Eh... Not really had time to soak it in, given I've spent most my time watch'n over Aryssa," Phoenix spoke dully.

"How is Aryssa doing?" Elizabeth inquired

"Still in a coma... Siaxx insisted rather stubbornly that I get out of that room a while," Phoenix noted worriedly. "I wish I'd a been able ta raise her all proper... Kid don' rightly know who she is now, cause all tha lies she grew up believe'n."

Elizabeth reached over as she gently gave the other woman a hug. "Don't do this to yourself Phoenix.." she said softly. "Mom loves you. So does Rachael...the twins consider you their mom, not mom." Beth smiled. "You are better then you believe yourself to be.."

"Sullivan clan don' turn away a kin in need," Phoenix spoke with a cracked voice. "I turned when I thought Aryssa wanted yer mom over me. So I gave up... An' I can' make 'at mistake with her again."

Elizabeth regarded the older woman. "We'll make it right... somehow." she paused. "Have you had lunch yet?"

"Nah. Don' think I wanna eat. More or less just wanted ta see how you were holdin' up," Phoenix admitted with concern.

Elizabeth smiled. "Better, now that you're here." she admitted to the smaller woman.

"You're gonna see 'er again," Phoenix pointed out with dark eyes and a haunted voice. "Ya got two choices too, when ya do... One, is ta go her route an' beat her senseless for revenge. Or ya forgive 'er an' take the moral high ground."

Kameron's eyes blinked open as he looked up. "Phoenix... Mmmm.." he sighed softly before he sat up.

Elizabeth nodded her head in a jerky fashion. "I know... I don't know which one I can do..." she admitted. "I thought about it... beating her, feeling her bones break, enjoying the howl of her screams... as she would beg me to stop.... but what would it get me?" she inquired of Phoenix.

Kameron meanwhile was busy and quickly getting dressed into a pair of jeans and a shirt from just his underwear before he went over to the replicator, tapping two buttons he made himself breakfast and began to eat it as he watched his wife and Phoenix interact in silence.

"It's an evil you'll regret doin' after a while," Phoenix admitted lowly. "An' it opens ya more easily to 'at dark road. An' it anit easy givin' it up once ya wanna."

Elizabeth looked down at her hands which were in her lap. "I dunno." she admitted. "I don't know if I could do to her... what she did to me..." she paused before she turned back to Phoenix. "I've seen what that did to others.." she paused. "I don't think I can forgive her either.."

Kameron regarded the two women. "Hey guys... I'm gonna go home and give you a little space to talk.."

"Sure Kam." as Elizabeth gently smiled at him. "You don't need to sleep here tonight..." she regarded him.

"You're my wife... where you go, I go." he responded. "Hey Phoenix." he greeted the older woman before he departed.

Elizabeth waited until the doors had closed. "He's feeling guilty because he's blaming himself for me getting my face smashed in." she explained. "he's not left my side since yesterday." she sighed. "My knee is the only reason I'm in here and... I feel so angry.." she admitted softly. "she broke me... now I want to hurt her... but I can't work up the energy to do it.."

"Maybe tha head docs can figure 'er out then," Phoenix spoke hopefully. "Cause if she tries it again, I'll protect ya. Cause you're part of my clan."

In response. Elizabeth gently gave Phoenix a hug. "Thank you." she whispered.

"Ya don' need ta thank me... You're family," Phoenix insisted as she returned the hug.
