Mission: Mission 31: The Ashes of Eden
Location: Various Locations - USS Roanoke
Timeline: 1200Hrs - April 4th, 2391

Carl Mason smoothly bought the runabout into Roanoke's Hangar bay, while Teval tapped his combadge, saying," Teval to Siaxx, can you have a couple of medical people standing by in sickbay, I have someone here whom needs treatment."

Dvald tapped her combadge. "Understood Teval. we'll be ready." she waved to gather the attention of her medics. "Okay guys, we have an incoming medical emergency... classification unknown and state unknown."

Tienn Iteela came over with her medkit in hand. "I will assist."

Siaxx Dvald regarded the larger Bajoran, she nodded her head. "Alright.."

Tienn nodded her head. "Doctor, our wounded is arriving now."

Siaxx went to work as she did a quick scan. "Can you hear me!?" she asked the small being. Tienn regarded her patient. "Doctor... look at these wounds... I'm reading evidence of Cardassians here... this guy was tortured.." she paused.

"You okay?" Siaxx asked gently.

Tienn nodded. "I'll be alright... I can continue."

"Alright.." Siaxx added gently, before she smiled at the Bajoran. "I hate them too... you're not alone.."

"Thank you Siaxx.." Tienn replied before taking a moment to pull herself back together. "Lets do this!"

Seykai looked at Siaxx with his one functional eye, saying quietly, " There species needs to be exterminated."

Tienn meanwhile was responding to her patient. "Oh you'll find no issues with that here.." she responded. "we will indeed exterminate them..."

Meanwhile, Teval and Hakaya walked into sickbay, with Teval commenting, "So how is he."

"She's in lousy shape.." Siaxx responded. "This guy is female."

Tienn meanwhile was doing a quick check in her tricorder. "My diagnostic checks show this tricorder works.."

Teval quickly facepalmed while Seykai relied to Siaxx in a venomous voice," Excuse me, I am a male thank you."

"Oh...." Siaxx paused. "Right... moving along.."

Tienn interrupted. "Well you have our apologies... but our medical equipment said you were female..." the Bajoran responded. "Again, our apologies.."

Before Seykai could say anything else, Teval interrupted, "Yeah, you should check his genetics, and you would find out that Seykai is genetically male, he just has rather malformed and non functional female reproductive organs."

Seykai just laid there and didn't say anything else, as he didn't really have the energy to argue the issue.

Tienn nodded. "My tricorder swears up and down.... he's female." she shook her head. "Kossted thing!"

Siaxx paused. "Right then... I assume he isn't here and this conversation didn't happen?" she paused as she waited for the expected answer.

Teval nodded," Yeah, we think that the Cardassians may try and go for him again if they figure out his location, so he cannot be on any of roanoke's official records."

Siaxx nodded. "Okay..." she turned to Tienn. "I think I'm suffering from a spot of amnesia." she slowly smiled. "How about you?"

"It might be epidemic Doctor." Tienn admitted as she smiled back.
"I'd best go and see to it the cure is distributed, after we finish what we're doing here... which... I forget." she then winked.

Teal gave off a small smile while Seykai just laid still while he was treated.

Over the next few minutes they finished treating his wounds. "Okay." Siaxx commented. "He's all patched up, I recommend a good nights sleep... but I am not going to keep him here." she paused. "Would you guys mind putting him up for the next while?" she inquired.

Teval nodded, saying, "Yeah, that's fine with us, We recently got put into much larger quarters to account for all of our children."

"Nice." Siaxx responded with a smile. "I'll see to it that any notice of this guy disappears.." she commented. "I will need to brief Zara and Torilla then inform then to keep this to themselves..."

Teval nodded, saying," Ok, well we might as well get that out of the way now."

Siaxx tapped her combadge. "Dvald to Tane and Commander Yamaguchi, would you two mind coming in here?, we have... a minor issue that must be addressed."

Torilla responded instantly. "On my way."

A few minutes later Torilla regarded the scene before her, a soft smile playing at her lips. "I assume that something is going on and... this guy is why you requested two days off Teval?"

"Who is that guy?" Zara asked rather pointedly as she entered behind her XO.

Teval looked at seykai, then looked back at Zara and Torilla saying," He is Commander Seykai Ferian, whom as far as any ships records are concerned, and as far as anyone outside the ship is concerned, he is not here and not onboard the ship. Now while I cannot tell you the details of what I was doing over the past couple of days, needless to say, the obsidian order is alive and well, and while minus a few members, they are after him, and for now we need them to think that we don't have him here. And since it is highly unlikely that the order would waste an agent on the Roanoke, this seems like the best place to keep him for the next few months."

Yamaguchi regarded Tane with a look. "Well... seems life just got interesting for us.." she paused before turning back to Teval. "What's he got that they are after?"

Teval looked at Seykai, whom picked himself up from the biobed, then Teval looked back at Torilla saying, "Well, that aspect is classified, unfortunately."

"So we'll give him a false identity and let him stay here as long as he needs," Tane suggested.

Teval shook his head," All that really needs to be done, is any logs that may leave the ship, he cannot be on those records. While I highly doubt an Obsidian order is going to waste an agent on this ship, any information that leaves this ship cannot have his name or species on that record. Now what I can tell you is that Admiral Teska believes that there are moles in starfleet intelligence, which is why he couldn't use the usual safehouse."

"Which... explains why he's here." Yamaguchi regarded Zara with a measure of affection. "So.... should we piss off the Cardassians by keeping our man here, out of harms way?"

"I'm fine with it... Would like to know what he found out though," Zara added with a shrug.

Seykai didn't say anything as he stood by Teval, when Teval responded with, "Well, that I don't know, but Seykai specializes in signals intelligence, and is extremely good at it."

"Sounds like he'd be good to have around, assuming he wants to help out ever now and then," Zara pointed out gently.

Teal nodded, saying," Yeah, well that's up to him, anyway, I'll take him to my quarters and show him around."

Teval didn't wait for either Zara or Torilla to respond before leaving sickbay with Hakaya and Seykai.

Yamaguchi raised an eyebrow as she felt the second intelligence. "Mmmm..." she paused while the facts hit her all at once. "Of course... Zara, we must keep this guy out of Cardassian hands... at any cost... because.. he's carrying an AI..." she reached over as she pulled Zara to her. "The Cardassians cannot gain access to this tech.. it would be bad, not only for us... but for everyone..."

"I don't mind harboring fugitives," Zara laughed playfully. "You do know I'm a master thief, yes?"

Yamaguchi regarded the woman who was a foot shorter then she herself was. "No... its more then that... the AI itself is alive... " Yamaguchi explained softly. "I could feel the presence of the the AI... I can talk to it too.." she paused to breathe out and then back in. "Zara... these AI's are not just some computer program, they are actual sentient beings."
