Mission: Mission 15: Old Ghosts
Location: Various Locations - USS Roanoke
Timeline: 1200Hrs - December 4th, 2390

Daisy waited outside the Commander's office. She had been summoned to tell in her own words what happened to the XO, Commander Yamaguchi. This wasn't a conversation Daisy relished.

Commander Torilla Yamaguchi was sitting in the middle of her office, she was meditating or rather trying to meditate but she was failing rather dismally.

She opened her eyes as she regarded the door to her office, outside she knew the Klingon Marine Detachment Commander had just arrived. "Captain, you can come in!" Torilla raised her voice.

Daisy walked in an unassuming manner. "Hello Commander." Daisy said.

Torilla simply extended a hand, a PADD suddenly leapt off of her desk and into her hand. "Captain Rohr." Torilla looked at the taller woman but that was easy with Yamaguchi sitting down, cross legged.

Daisy stood there a little surprised. Nobody told her the XO was a telekinetic. "Thank you Commander." Daisy rather clumsily replied.

"Mmm... I've been reading Siaxx's report." Yamaguchi explained as she regarded the woman before her. "You wanna tell me your side of it?"

"I was escorting Private Werner to his quarters. He attempted to override the turbo lift. I stopped him and then he struck me twice. He continued to try and hit me and and I overpowered him." Daisy told Yamaguchi. "I may have..." Daisy paused to think of the correct phrase "been a little over zealous in my reaction."

Yamaguchi regarded the other woman while she remained sitting on the floor. "A little overzealous." the older woman responded quietly. "Lets see... A skull fracture, a broken arm and three broken ribs." Yamaguchi looked at the Klingon woman, looking rather bemused. "So... were you trying to disarm him.... or trying to kill him?"

Daisy bit her lower lip. "I..." Daisy swallowed hard "I sort of lost control of myself. All I wanted to do was keep fighting and hitting. I was enjoying it. It was all I could do to stop myself." Daisy confessed.

"When I did finally stop, I saw what I did to him. I feel awful." Daisy told Yamaguchi.

Yamaguchi slowly blinked her eyes. "You beat him half to death..." Yamaguchi commented softly as she climbed to her feet in one smooth motion. "Captain... I honestly am not sure of what to do with you in this situation...." she paused. "What is the Privates present status now?"

"Private Werner is in Medical under the care of Commander Siaxx." Daisy replied. "He's expected to recover."

"I'm going to give you a small piece of advice.." Yamaguchi's face beheld Daisy's. "Doctor Dvald's patience is fairly inelastic. Don't try to stretch it."

"She has been very professional. I wouldn't ask anything else of her or Medical." Daisy replied.

"Very well... as soon as he's finished healing, I'm going to have him tossed into the brig for awhile.." Yamaguchi commented. "The only question I should be asking is... how long should I have you tossed in the brig?" she inquired as she regarded the other woman

"For what? Defending myself?" Daisy asked, now defensive. "You have to bring up charges to do that. And as for Werner, I'm not pressing charges against him."

Yamaguchi regarded the other woman. "You nearly killed him.." she responded as she pointed to the replicator, a drink appeared and then it shot across the room to her. "Captain... put yourself in my position.. what would you do?"

"It was self defense Commander. This whole situation occurred because of his actions." Daisy explained. "Werner came out worse for what he did. Hopefully he learned something."

Yamaguchi glared darkly at the other woman. "A Skull fracture is not self defense Captain... I will ask him for his side of the story when he wakes up." she paused. "Now get out!"

Daisy grimaced. She stood there for a second to defend herself but decided better of it. She turned and left.
