Timeline: 1330Hrs - June 12th, 2393

Captain Harmon Rabb smiled as he looked up at the outdoor plaza, the area was clean and looked fresh and crisp, the gentle breeze felt refreshing to his troubled mind and while today had been demanding, it had also been rewarding as he had informed people that their careers had been unfairly tampered with and they had suffered through demotions and reassignments that they should not have had to deal with. Rabb, as a person, wanted to issue each person a commendation and the like for enduring the misery and crap that they had had to deal with and it had offended him on a very personal level that each of the fools who had taken these actions had been able to get away with it in the first place.

Rabb regarded the dozen or so Marines who were presently moving through the plaza as he noticed that he was the only one who was standing around, he smiled as Rabb began walking towards the main building about sixty foot away, he knew only that the quarry he sought this time would be hard to find if she chose to make herself hard to find.

Rabb walked into the building before he went through the security checkpoint, the check was quick and painless, the four security enlisted men all were quick about their work before Rabb went over to the admin desk. "Can I help you?" a young female inquired of him.

"I'm looking for the Engineer battalion's headquarters, do you know where I might find them?" Rabb inquired, getting right to the point.

"Ahh. Yes. Those guys are over in the nearby Tucker building before they are to be relocated to their new home which I am told is over two hundred miles due west."

Rabb recalled the geography of the planet. "That's in the middle of the Durin Mountain Range." he frowned. "Why there?"

"I have no idea. I'm sorry Captain... Is there anything else I can assist you with?" the inquired.

"No. thank you," Rabb answered before he turned away, a few minutes later, Rabb found himself inside another building and at another desk. "Hello. I am looking for Lieutenant Colonel Tienn Nerra, do you know where I might find her?" Rabb inquired.

The yeoman raised an eyebrow as he began tapping the display. "Colonel Tienn is in her office. Through that door, and six doors down to the left," he explained evenly.

"Thank you." Rabb turned and began moving towards his destination. Through the door indicated and down a long hallway with several doors, all marked with the names of senior officers and various others until he came to a door marked 'Lt Colonel Tienn Nerra'.

Rabb sighed as he tapped the doorbell. The response was prompt. "Its Open!" came a female voice from within. Rabb suddenly grinned as he realized that he had found his quarry as he tapped the door release. The doors slid open with a soft wooshing sound before he moved into the office where he found a tall Bajoran female wearing her undershirt tank top rather than her full uniform. She also looked big with child. "What can I do for you Captain Rabb?" she inquired of him.

"Colonel Nerra, I've been asked-" he stopped as the Bajoran female sighed before she facepalmed. "Is something amiss?" Rabb inquired in a gentle tone.

"The Bajoran naming custom," Tienn answered with a smile.

Rabb sighed, he had made a major cultural faux-pas within moments after meeting with someone. "Ahh. I'd forgotten about that, sorry Ms. Tienn."

"It's fine Captain. So, what can this fat Bajoran do for you?" Tienn inquired, a gentle smile on her lips before she went and sat down in her chair, she then indicated the chairs before her desk. "Take a load off and tell me what I can do for you."

Rabb raised an eyebrow but rather than verbally fence with the tall female before him, he decided to come to the point after sitting down as she had requested. "A year ago, a complaint was made against several officers, the accusation had proof that these officers had illegal actions taken against them for various reasons by various Admirals for their own reasons," Rabb explained. "We do not know the identity of the person making the claim, however, the evidence they provided was damning."

"Wait. I'm confused." Tienn answered as she frowned. "You make all this sound like its a bad thing alone."

"It's actually a good thing. For you anyway." Rabb answered with a smile.

"Okay, please explain." Tienn rotated her hand towards him as if indicating that he should proceed with what he was saying.

"Right. As I was saying, Starfleet JAG began looking into the matter several months ago with the evidence as a guide and what we found was that illegal actions had indeed taken place against yourself as well as several other officers and personnel in Starfleet, including your sibling." Rabb explained. "Your demotion has been removed your file and you have had four years of seniority added to your rank grade," Rabb commented. "General Solusar is very happy with how this investigation turned out, as is General Johnson, they both should be sending you their congratulations on this matter as well."

Tienn smiled despite her reservations. "Well, thank you, Captain. I appreciate you coming to inform me about the matter. I'd actually forgotten about the matter." she responded with a smile. "Most of my energy has been going to prepare for my son's impending arrival. He is due sometime in the next week or so," she explained. "Today was my last day of work before I went on maternity leave." the Bajoran added with a wide grin.

Rabb nodded his head. He suddenly found himself missing his wife and his own children as the Bajoran sighed softly before placing a hand on her enlarged belly. "Are you alright?." he asked in sudden concern.

"My son is demanding of his mother," Tienn answered with a gentle smile. "What can I say?." she added, in a moment of humor.

"Nothing at all Tienn. My wife would agree with you as she has had three children." Rabb answered. "In any event. I will take up no more of your time. I wish you good fortune with your children." Rabb commented with a smile.

"Thank you, Captain, for your efforts and for your time as well," Tienn answered before Rabb turned and took his leave. Tienn went to her desk with a rather wide smile on her lips. She had not been expecting this news and it was showing. "Full Colonel in as little as eighteen months. I'll catch Brianna quickly at this rate and in a few years it might even be General Tienn." the tall Bajoran smiled at the thought. The first of her family earning a flag officer made her smile and she found it exciting but that was a challenge for another time as she decided to relax. Her son was first and foremost on her mind as she needed to deal with him first before anything else.
