Captain Siaxx Dvald-Vaxx was seated at her desk as she tapped the display before her once, letting out a soft sigh as she did so. She knew what was bothering her as she kept thinking about a chat that she and her husband had had before the two ended up having an hour of sex, he wanted another child and Siaxx wasn't sure if she wanted another child so soon after having Heraxx, he was demanding of both parents and apparently, he was demanding in daycare as well.

Dvald-Vaxx had to this point in her life, had five children and they were all boys and she admitted, having a little girl around would break up the testosterone levels in her household as she knew that when the boys became teenagers, Siaxx wouldn't just be living in it, she'd be swimming in it or she'd be drowning in it. "I need a vacation." the small Bolian woman stood up and went over to the replicator which was deliberately placed far away from her desk and still within the office space, Siaxx did this because she wanted to be able to think while she did her work.

"Orange punch, extra large." the small Bolian then lifted the glass and drank a mouthful before she began moving back to her desk when suddenly, the doorbell rang at her.

"Come in!" Dvald-Vaxx sat down in her overly stuffed chair as the door opened. Captain Harmon Rabb regarded her as he entered. "Captain Dvald-Vaxx." he addressed her formally. "I have some information for you and you won't like it."

"There are many things in this galaxy I do not like Captain, Whats on your mind?" Dvald-Vaxx answered. "What can I do for you.?" as she indicated he was to have a seat before her."

"Well, Starfleet JAG has been looking into you. Your service record and your history. Apparently, someone made a complaint in your favor, we're still trying to track that person down so he or she might explain matters to us. You wouldn't happen to know anything about that, would you?" Rabb inquired of her as he slid his body into the chair indicated.

"Harm. Nobody tells me anything and no, I don't know what you are talking about, this is honestly the first I am hearing of the said matter." Dvaldf-Vaxx responded in a light tone of voice, but the look on her face said she was not liking this in the least. "Who complained?" Dvald-Vaxx frowned. "When did all of this happen?"

"We don't know, its been in text format but the story it told about you in particular, was quite lurid and detailed," Rabb explained as he regarded her with his brown eyes. "Only someone with intimate access to your life could possibly know these details," he added.

"Well, It certainly wasn't me," Dvald-Vaxx answered. "I doubt it would have been my husband, he would have told me," Dvald-Vaxx answered in a quiet tone of voice.

Rabb nodded in agreement. "I went to see him before I came to see you, this complaint was submitted last year by the way. We still don't who made the complaint but whoever did it, they kicked over one hell of an ant colony, they were very sneaky about it too." he then smiled.

Dvald-Vaxx looked confused. "I don't know anyone who's angry with Starfleet who knows computers who could have done it. Anyone close to me would have told me to my face." she paused. "You could have called me from my office to tell me this Harm, it's not like you to come delivering news such as this." the small Bolian commented evenly. "Why are you here?" she almost whispered it. "I mean-" she started before he cut her off. He could see the small Bolian female before him was starting to panic and he knew he needed to calm her quickly.

"I'm here to tell you about the results of the investigation," Rabb explained. "Admiral Chegwidden asked me to handle it since I'm based here. For you and several other people," he added. "You were the first person I am to see regarding this matter," Rabb explained.

"What was the result?" Dvald-Vaxx explained in a soft tone of voice. She was dreading the answer but she knew she had to ask.

"Well." Rabb smiled. "For a start, you can rest easy, your service record, as it turns out was illegally tampered with. Your demotion from Commander to Lieutenant was illegal, the Admiral who issued you said demotion did not have the authority to do so, he has been dismissed from Starfleet for the crime against yourself and anyone else who was present at that barfight on the Starbase in question, in twenty-three eighty-eight."

"Wait... Then means.?" Dvald-Vaxx paused. "That my demotion was removed from my file.. and my time in grade?" she asked in a soft voice.

"Yes, all restored to you. You will become eligible for flag rank, should you wish it, at about this time next year but may I recommend you hold off and get some experience as a Captain before you decide to chase a flag.?" Rabb responded. "Plus, your record has been expunged of all the garbage."

"Okay, I never expected you of all people, to walk in here and give me this news," Dvald-Vaxx responded in a gentle tone.

"Well, as I said, I got a lot of people to see about this matter and many are not assigned to the base so I will deal with those presently here first, I owe them that at least, to see them face to face and explain this." Rabb reminded her.

"Well, if you ever do find out who made this complaint in the first place, tell them I owe then a very special thank you," Dvald-Vaxx answered, sounding surprised, in truth she was astonished as she had never expected this.

"I will," Rabb answered with a smile. "Right, now that I have truly ruined your day. I will leave you to it." he rose to his feet. "I will leave you a copy of the report, for your reading pleasure." as he placed the PADD in his hands onto her desk. "I suspect that this will take a little time to sink in."

Dvald-Vaxx nodded. "Yeah. I almost don't want to believe it," she admitted.

"Beleive it mon Cherie, I bid you adieu." and with that, Rabb departed her office in silence, leaving Dvald-Vaxx to pick up the pieces. Dvald-Vaxx sat in her chair as she lifted the PADD he had left her and she strated reading, a gentle smile growing across her face a she did so.
