Mission: Mission 99: The Dreams of Songs Gone Past
Location: Hospital Plaza - Starbase Vanguard (47)
Timeline: 0930Hrs - June 12th, 2393

Captain Harmon Rabb Junior walked into the massive hospital complex that housed several hundred patients at any one time along with several thousand medical personnel along with their nurses and physicians, also the equipment and gear for the same were also stored here too. Rabb went over to the front desk. "Hell. I'm Captain Harmon Rabb, I'm the sector JAG Officer and I'd like to see one of your patients as well as several of your medics and doctors if that's at all possible. Its official business I'm afraid."

"I understand Captain, let me page someone to come collect you to take you in, I apologize as the new protocol is rather strict." the human female behind the desk gave him a rather unhappy look.

"Chief, you need not apologize to me as I helped draft said protocol," Rabb answered, a wide grin on his face as clearly he did not mind waiting in the slightest. "You owe me no apology for doing your job, I will wait. Want me to take a seat?" he inquired with a cheery smile.

"Sure, this won't take long." the human female answered in a gentle tone as she quickly paged for any available Doctor to come to the front desk for a special case.

Captain Heris Dvald emerged from her office a moment later before she made her way to the front desk. "Hey, Svetlana, What's going on?" the tall Bolian female who looked like Siaxx Dvald-Vaaxx inquired with a gentle smile.

"Captain Rabb wishes to see one of our patients as well as several of our people."

"Ahh. I'll handle him. Thank you, Svetlana." the tall Bolian female explained with a smile before she went over to Rabb. "Captain Rabb.?" she inquired, she knew who he was but she had to ask because of the fact there were patients waiting to be seen.

Rabb rose quickly to his feet. "Captain Dvald. I apologize for the drama I am about to cause you."

"I sense there is more to this tale then you should be telling me here, let's go into my office so we can discuss this quietly." the Bolian answered before she turned away, Rabb followed her in silence, not speaking as he decided to save his breath until she asked him her questions.

The Bolian went into the office which was tastefully decorated with images of her family, her past assignments and a model of a Nebula-class starship. "So, what does JAG want with my people?" the large Bolian decided to come right out with it.

"Well," Rabb produced four PADD's. which he then slid across to her. "Someone made a complaint about these four officers service records and Starfleet JAG looked into the matter of said complaints, it turns out whoever this complainant was, Starfleet JAG found they had a mess to clean up and so we have. These three officers are under your direct command with the forth being a patient presently based here."

"Well now. This is a surprise." the tall female Bolian paused. "Okay. Tienn Iteela is presently not on watch, she doesn't come on watch for another six hours as she works swing." Dvald sighed. "Any chances I could get you to come back and talk to her then.?" Dvald explained.

Rabb nodded. "Sure, I don't mind waiting."

Dvald smiled. "Thank you, Captain. Lieutenant Yamaguchi-Solusar is presently assisting counseling with their load, then she'll be spending this afternoon with the veterinarians." the tall Bolian female explained. "Sokanon is presently deployed with the tower guys, I am considering sticking in for a promotion for her."

"Well, you won't need to as all of their service records have been cured of their issues and adjusted accordingly. Lt Yamaguchi-Solusar will have her rank of Lt Commander restored to her as she was illegally held back at Ensign for over four years. Tienn and Sokanon will have their rank restored or accelerated to the next grade."

"Excellent news Captain, you just made me a happy woman." Dvald grinned at him.

"The last one is the one I need to deal with directly. Captain Torilla Yamaguchi."

"She's up and about and she's wondering when she can get back to work," Dvald answered. "I suspect your news will help my guys in more than one way."

"I will do what I can. Do you mind if visit Captain Yamaguchi.?" Rabb answered, a smile on his face as he recalled Torilla Yamaguchi from others. She was a woman who wanted to work, who lived for her family and her children but she was a no-nonsense commander, hard but fair, she was demanding but reasonable at the same time.

"Of course, right this way," Dvald answered with a smile. "She's in the leisure center."

The two departed her office before they went into the massive sports and recreation facility where they found two medic's watching Torilla Yamaguchi wearing nothing more than a simple black one-piece bathing suit as she was doing lengths in the pool. "Torilla, take five." one of the medics called suddenly as he spotted Captain Dvald with a male human wearing security yellow that he didn't know.

Yamaguchi suddenly turned and hauled herself out of the pool, presenting quite a display of femaleness to everyone present, Torilla had an ample bust and wide hips, there was no hiding anything on her figure as she took a moment to adjust her suit before she sighed softly. "Oh come on guys, I was getting started."

"You've been at this for over two hours. One would think you were angry with the world." the lead medic commented easily as he handed her a water bottle.

Torilla smiled as she gently accepted the bottle with a nod of thanks. "Well I'm a Starfleet Captain that's presently feeling like a prisoner, one of my own making, I do have cause to be angry," Yamaguchi answered as she drew a long pull from her water bottle. "Mmm. that's good." she turned as she noticed Rabb and Dvald for the first time. "Well, this is new. What can I do for you, Captain Rabb." Yamaguchi inquired in a jovial tone as she made no move to grab a towel to wrap around her waist as some tended to do.

Rabb didn't mind the display of Yamaguchi's femaleness as some might, it was her telling him that she was here and she would not cover anything of her for others. Rabb smiled as he regarded her eyes. "Well, I'm told you are having a rough day so this news might cheer you up," Rabb answered. "Someone made a complaint to Starfleet JAG about several officers who have had illegal actions taken against them, a complaint of this nature had to be looked into as you know, we do not know who the complainant was, however." Rabb paused. "However that detail is irrelevant to the fact that you have had illegal actions taken against you and your service record. I am here to inform you that your demotion to Lieutenant Commander and the removal of your command from the USS America were without merit and were deemed illegal. Your service record has been expunged of said taint. Your demotion will no longer show up on your service record."

"I don't get it, why do you come to tell me this in person.?" Yamaguchi inquired.

"Because I felt you were owed an explanation Torilla. Your daughter is in the same boat. So are several crewmates you knew." Rabb explained with a smile on his face.

"Sokanon, the Tienn sisters?" Yamaguchi asked quietly.

"All being tended to, by me. You were the second. I have already seen Captain Siaxx Dvald-Vaxx."

"Ahh. I suspect that Siaxx might be trying to get ahold of me even now." Yamaguchi answered. "So what does this mean for my career?... I was told my chances of ever getting a flag rank were non-existent," she explained.

"Not so anymore," Rabb answered. "You are now eligible for a promotion to Commodore and have been for the last few months," Rabb explained. "However, if I may be so bold... May I recommend you wait for a time to let this sink in, to adjust to your new reality." Rabb explained. "Also you should discuss things with Jake. When you see him, give him my regards?" Rabb explained before a soft smile appeared on his face.

"I will." Yamaguchi smiled softly. "I never expected this Harm. That my career would be fully restored, I'd long given up on it, thinking that Captain would be as high as I'd ever go." Yamaguchi answered before she sighed. "Jake and I will talk this over. Do you have paperwork for me, as I think I'd forget most of this by the time I do get to tell him."

"I do." as he handed her a PADD, she accepted it and slid it into her pack. "I'll read this over lunch."

"Of course Torilla," Rabb answered with a smile. "I will keep you no longer. Enjoy your workout." as he nodded to her, a smile on his lips.

"Thanks." before she gently slid her arms around him and gave him a hug, she held him a moment before she let go. "I'm sorry. I.." Yamaguchi answered softly.

"It's okay. Unexpected but okay." Rabb answered. "I'm used to deal with the unusual. When Talon was reunited with Noel, she gave me a hug and I wasn't sure if she would let go. Then I heard that she tried to adopt me." Rabb explained.

"Talon Yeager has a special place in her heart for you. Talon once said to me and I quote: If more people were like Harm Rabb then this world would be a better place: Unquote." Yamaguchi gave him a smile before she turned to the two medics. "Okay, guys. I'm going to do another few lengths and give these young men another chance to admire my ass and tits," she commented.

The male medic shook his head. "Torilla. You are impossible," he commented, he chuckled while he said it.

Rabb chuckled softly. "Alright then. I'll get outta here and leave you to it, have fun being admired." and with that, he turned to the Bolian female. "Thank you Doctor." and with that, the two walked away, Captain Heris Dvald beside him.

There was the sound of a loud splash as Yamaguchi dove into the pool headfirst and was gone a moment later while Dvald and Rabb left the rec center.
