Orthos blinked, this had been a surprise. "Nope. I've not bedded Talon in quite some time actually. Maybe I can call her to arrange it..." he paused.

"Aww..." T'Sara couldn't resist teasing her son. Her sense of humour was infectious and at times she did not even attempt to restrain her emotions as the average Vulcan was educated to do.

"Mom... Have you left Starbase Fifty Four at any time in the last week?" Orthos inquired bluntly of his mother. There was something in the look on his face as he said his question which T'Sara noticed almost instantly.

T'Sara's smile vanished almost instantly. "No," she answered in a quiet tone of voice. She had caught the note of deadly seriousness in his tone of voice. Something somewhere was hitting the fan hard. "Orthos. What's going on?" she asked him directly, rather than screw with the matter at hand, something was going badly wrong somewhere and she wanted to be sure of what was going on.

"Daisy and I have a visitor... You." Orthos explained evenly. "You dropped in unannounced a week ago but neither Daisy nor I knew of it. As you... Or rather she had been caught in a snowstorm... She very nearly got herself killed..."

"That's unexpected," T'Sara responded. "Orthos. I do inform you as to when I come to visit." she paused, she knew that was not always the case.

"Not all of the time mom," Orthos answered. "There are times when you have dropped in unannounced... She, however, made it rather obvious that she wasn't you." Orthos explained. "She didn't make a fuss over the kids, they are unhappy with events..." he slowly smiled. "When you come next time. Make sure you are prepared for babysitting duty... I want to have a week with just my wife to myself and I wish to have time to impregnate her... You will watch the kids while I handle getting Daisy pregnant with child number three..."

"Sounds good to me." T'Sara was only too happy to comply with her sons rather unusual demand of her. "So... This other T'Sara... Tell me about her?" she inquired as she wished to know a little more about whoever this doppelganger was and where her mind was located.

"She is you, from the same reality that Archos came from," Orthos explained in a quiet tone of voice. "Archos told me a few tall tales. I am not sure I believe how dark his reality of origin actually is..." Orthos added.

"So she's a dark reflection of me. Mentally unbalanced and unstable." T'Sara sighed. "Lovely... Orthos. Has anyone ever told you that you really know how to brighten my day..." she commented in a rather light tone of voice but then a sudden thought occurred to her. "Where are the grandkids?" she suddenly asked. She gave Orthos a look that spoke of much as she asked, it was as if she had asked a provocative question and now was demanding an answer.

"They are out at daycare... Daisy is in the kitchen, keeping an eye on her and you know how Daisy is when she gets concerned." Orthos answered his mother in the same tone of voice that she had used on him only seconds earlier. "I don't think I need to worry too much about matters at hand... But I do need to go and deal with her... Before she does something stupid to herself or to someone else." he added.

"Alright... You'd best go take care of matters honey." T'Sara answered. "Make sure she doesn't try to hurt you or Daisy but... Don't let her off herself either." T'Sara had no idea of why she was saying any of this. The look on her face indicated as much.

"You sound like you want me to take her alive..." Orthos answered. This was a surprise as his mother tended to take issues with her family very seriously.

"Do you want me to come and drop in for a visit?" T'Sara inquired of her son. "Frankly Orthos. I want to meet her... and I want to know her mind." T'Sara commented as she picked up a PADD. She began jotting down notes which she then handed off to an aide. "I'll be borrowing the USS Mountbatten for this assignment. I won't come in guns blazing or any of that sort of stupidity but I will be there very soon," she commented. "You'll know it's me as I'll be beaming into your front room armed," T'Sara explained. "I'll be on my way within ten minutes and I will be at your front door in roughly an hour or so."

Orthos nodded. "I can't talk you out of it." he inquired. It was more of a statement rather than a question. "Alright. I will inform Daisy that you're coming and then we can go get this matter addressed once... and for all."

T'Sara nodded. "Have fun, honey. I will be along... McKnight out." The screen went black as Orthos knew his mother was serious. He had decided not to fight with her on the matter at hand.
