The Alternates Alternate - Part Three

Mission: Mission 100: I'm Going to Ruin Somebody's Day
Location: Various Locations - Starbase Vanguard
Timeline: 1340Hrs - July 12th, 2393

The two Bolian females moving down the hallway, side by side were twins and it was easy to see the resemblance as their mother had given birth to both women more or less at about the same time with Siaxx being a minute older then Rhaenys but the two women were quite different in personality which was a major contrast to their looks.

The two women were also wearing civilian clothing with Siaxx wearing her green bodysuit and shorts but Rhaenys was wearing a pair of jeans with a light grey golf shirt. "Sounds good Siaxx. I'll look after things for you."

"Sounds good. I'm gonna head home as I need a shower. Then I'm going to finish getting the kids settled into the ship's school."

"Sounds good." and with that, the two parted company as Siaxx went into a turbolift and was gone moments later. A moment or so later, Zara Tane came around the corner. The Bolian female looked at her with no hint of recognition. "Hello." she addressed Tane politely.

Confusion entered her face. Zara could have sworn she had run into Siaxx already. "Hello.... Were you not just in sickbay?"

Rhaenys regarded Tane with a rather cool look. "No." she answered simply. "I was poked and prodded by Heris a week ago, I've not been near sickbay since then," she answered. "Why... is there a problem in sickbay that I should help with? Someone needs their legs broken perhaps?"

"...You are not Siaxx, I'm thinking," Zara guessed skeptically.

The Bolian female slowly smiled. "Hmmm. No." she answered with a rather malevolent smile. "She is my twin. My name is Rhaenys and please. Tell me, what the fuck did you do to her?" she inquired.

Zara sighed. "It's complicated..." she tried to evade the question but she suspected that the Bolian before her wasn't going to let her away with it.

"Whenever she and I talk or we're together. The subject comes up and the second someone mentions Roanoke or your name, she instantly goes crazy." the Bolian explained. "I'm afraid I must insist upon an explanation for this. What did you do to her?" before she gently pressed her hands together, an indication that she had said something provocative and demanded an instant response.

Zara regarded the woman who was Siaxx's double in every way that she could see. "She and I, we had several misunderstandings."

"I'll bet you two did," Rhaenys answered bluntly. "She fucking hates you... and you two are now back together again, I wouldn't be too surprised if she was plotting ways to off you in your sleep." as the Bolian female gave Zara a rather malevolent smile. "But then, I am not her and I wouldn't hesitate."

Zara blinked, as she recoiled a step. "Are you threatening me?"

"No," Rhaenys answered with a rather cruel smile. "I don't make threats... or mistakes. So allow me to speak in plain... If you fuck with Siaxx, I will fucking kill you. Is that clear enough for you.?"

"I'm going to have you reassigned," Zara answered bluntly. "I won't-" was as far as Zara got before Rhaenys ran her over. "I think you will find that you cannot have me reassigned over a familial dispute, which is what this is. What you have... is a conflict of interest, you wanted Siaxx back so you could try and sort things out with her but what you failed to appreciate or understand is that Siaxx has the best insurance that money can buy, she also has the most lethal killing machine ever devised." the small Bolian explained.

"You?" Zara almost laughed at Rhaenys. "You simply cannot be serious."

"We shall see..." Rhaenys replied as the harsh smile did not leave her lips. "Do not cross me Trill... I will make you suffer in ways you cannot imagine."

Zara snickered. "I am unconvinc-" was as far as Zara got before Rhaenys simply drove her fist into Zara's chest before she used her right foot to trip Zara up. The small Trill female landed on her back with a loud thud. "Uh.."

Rhaenys looked down at her. "Have I made myself clear to you now?" she inquired.

"Yeah..." Zara winced while Rhaenys started walking away in silence, she rounded the corner and was gone, like smoke in the wind as Zara struggled to her feet.
