Mission: Mission 54: Where Snow Meets Sky
Location: Medical Station - Niven surface
Timeline: 1300Hrs - December 17th 2391

Lt Commander Autumn Yamaguchi was wearing a heavy jacket over her uniform as she carried a large package into the main medical building. "Well Doc, where do you want this consignment of thirty tricorders?" she inquired of Windspirt who was standing before her. Most would have issues carrying a case of that size but Autumn gently placed it on the bed like it weighed nothing. "Its freezing outside!" she added.

Meanwhile, Chief Petty Officer R'Merah came into the medical area, he licked his lips upon seeing Autumn Yamaguchi. "Well hello.."

"Oh fuck... What do you want?!"

Windspirit and Renhai both looked up from what they where doing with Renhai saying," R'Merah, how about you go make yourself useful and go outside and clear snow from the sidewalks."

"You are treating me unfairly." R'Merah responded a tad curtly. "I have done nothing wrong... and you are having me do shit details.."

Renhai crossed her arms and glared at him," Oh really, because last time I checked, clearing snow from the sidewalks is exactly what security has been doing for the past little while. Not only that but you are now bothering Autumn, and clearly she wants nothing to do with you, so leave her alone."

If the look on the small woman's face was any indication, she wanted him to die rather then just leave her be as she glared darkly at him.

"Alright... Fine.. Be that way." and with that he turned and stomped off, two security came on, one was chattering his teeth while clutching his hands together and the other was just helping him. "Hey guys... Sorry to be a pain but.. Petty Officer 3rd James Munro has been out there for six hours and... He overdid it."

Yamaguchi nodded. "Six hours... Wait... six straight?"

"Yep" Munro responded quietly. "I wasn't paying attention to the time."

The second guard shifted his attention to R'Merah's retreating figure. "Whats with him?"

Renahi sighed. "He is trying to get out of work. Bernadette informed me that he was skipping out about 10 minutes ago."

Munro sighed. "Imbecile." he shook his head. "How does a failure like that get to be a Chief?, this is ... bullshit.." he muttered.

Yamaguchi smiled softly. "Come on over here you two... and I will take care of you both."

Munro's teeth chattered softly as his partner helped him over to the bed where Yamaguchi gently draped a blanket over his shoulders. "Yep." she ran a quick scan with her tricorder to confirm her findings. "Frostbite." she smiled. "Not to worry, we can take care of this easily." as she produced some medication from her kit. "Okay, now you're going to feel a soft tingling sensation. It will pass in about five minutes.." she turned to the second security person. "Stay with him a moment, please. What will you be having to drink... it has to be warm.."

"Hot chocolate, two sugars and cream please?" Munro inquired

"You got it." Yamaguchi responded as she replicated the requested drink, then she brought it back and with a gentle grade that would impress even a child, she placed it into his hands. "Easy..."

Munro took a sip of the drink, before he left out a soft sigh. "Thank you..."

"Feeling better?"

"I think the medication is working. What does it do?"

"It forces the blood back to your extremities..." she explained. "I want you off your feet for a couple of hours... and before you ask... no, you are not going outside to shovel snow. I'll find you something to do in here with us... You can go back outside tomorrow."

"Alright." Munro paused as he sighed. "Sorry Doc... I was enjoying the work."

"Someone who actually enjoys shoveling.." she paused. "What planet are you from?"

"Estuary in the Delta Herculis system." Munro smiled at her. "I'm used to working outside."

"Well today you overdid it... but thats not a bad thing." Yamaguchi responded. "Enjoy your drink." she turned to the second guy. "You need anything?"

"No.. I was just dropping him off... and taking my break at the same time." he responded with a smile. "I'll be out of your way in five minutes... if thats alright?"

"Its fine... " Yamaguchi nodded before she turned and walked away.

Munro turned to his buddy as he watched her walk away. "I wonder if she's available."

"She's dating a Klingon or so I hear... Don't tangle with her.."

Meanwhile, R'Merah growled softly as he spotted the massive human being who had violated him recently. "I will have you." as he dropped the shovel before he dropped onto one of the small streetway nearby, he quickly flanked the target of his opposition, ultimately he popped up right in front of LaJosse before her smashed his fists into the man's chest.

He quickly spent all of his energy on the attack, not quite realizing it wasn't doing a thing to his opponent.

Rae, whom was currently high on Orion spice, barely even registered R'Merah's punch. With an empty stare he looked down at R'Merah, and a creepy smile came across his face. "Kitty, Kitty." Suddenly he grabbed ahold of R'Merah's arm.

R'Merah suddenly found himself almost frozen in place as he clawed and scratched at the massive being before him. "I will avenge myself upon you." he snarled.

A loud snap could be heard as R'Merah's arm broke. Rae then dragged the helpless Caitian into a nearby empty shack and rather brutally had his way with him for about 15 minutes. After having has his fill, Rae left R'Merah in the shack, beaten and broken, with very little of his clothing left intact, while he went off to the opposite side of the town to rejoin the snow clearing detail.

R'Merah groaned softly as he shook her head, as if to clear out the cement that had seemed to settle there, he shifted his weight to try and stand up when he screamed at the top of his lungs.

A passing security officer heard and rushed into the building to find the source, she found R'Merah before she called in the medics to her location. "Salazar to Medical... I've found a male Caitian... He's defiantly been assaulted..."

Renhai took the call. "Alright I'm on my way." She looked at the available medics, saying. "I need two to come with me.

Windspirit decided to volunteer herself. "Alright i'll come."

A Caitian female named Skyler J'Kat nodded her furry head. "I'll go too." as she gathered her gear that she felt she would need. "Lets see..."

Moments later the furry trio arrived at R'Merah's location, and Renhai sensed a rather familiar situation. R'Merah looked like a complete trainwreck, his jacked was torn in several places and his pants where gone altogether, and he had a very large number of injuries. Pulling out her tricorder she quickly assessed him. "Well, both arms broken, one leg broken, multiple rib fractures, several tailbone fractures, more bruises than I can count, and internal bleeding in the anus. Yeah he is going to need emergency surgery."

The Caitian female paused as she looked at him then she shifted her attention to Renhai. "Shouldn't we call security?"

Renhai nodded. "yes, but medical emergencies take priority." She tapped her combadge, saying. "Renhai to Spirit of Winter, I have a medical emergency and need myself, Windspirit, Skyler, and CPO R'Merah beamed directly to sickbay."

"Stand by for transport." came the response.

Meanwhile in Sickbay. Lieutenant Sokanon was organizing her teams as she looked around at the assembled people. "We have incoming wounded, lets prepare." as she and her medics went to work.

Renhai looked at one of the orderlies whom wasn't helping with treatment. "Contact Bernadette and the SCIS people, they have a crime to investigate."

Petty Officer 3rd Class Charis Barkerson nodded her head. "Willdo." and with that she tapped her combdge and did just that. "Yeah... We have a male sexual assault case here.." she said to the Chief of Security on the Spirit of Winter.

Bernadette showed up in sickbay moments later wit a sneaking suspicion of whom it was, and her suspicion was confirmed when she spotted R'Merah on one of the biobeds with a half dozen medics tending to him.

A moment later the door opened and in walked Warrick Brown. "I'm needed?" he sighed. "Oh... Him again.." he sighed. "Alright.. Lets get on with it."
