Commander Torilla Yamaguchi was still in a state of shock, she was pregnant but not with a child from her husband but rather from a complete and total stranger.

She had no idea that this was even possible as everything she had been told about the psionic link that Halanans forged with their mates were usually extremely strong and they prevented all sorts of issues from cropping up like unwanted pregnancies.

Torilla paused as it hit her. 'Nalla did this to me...She somehow stripped me of my connection to my husband'. She thought to herself as she walked onto the hanger deck. "Anyone seen Fives?"

"Yeah Commander. He's right over there..." answered one of the deck gang.

"Thank you Jim." and with that Torilla walked over to Fives. "You and I need to talk Mister." she said quietly to him, a look that was a mixture of fright, fear and concern highlighted her face.

Fives raised an eyebrow. "Alright... Lets go into my office." he responded quietly as he doffed his helmet as he led her off of the hanger and into his office. "Okay... whats on your mind?"

Torilla regarded him as she paused, Fives seeing her almost for the first time as he noticed that she looked anything other then cool, calm and collected. "Torilla.. whats wrong?"

"Fives...Tom... I'm pregnant... and you're the father.."

Lasky regarded her. "That one time after that one fight..." he sighed.
"Shit... I'm Sorry Torilla.."

Torilla gently sat down in a chair. "I came here because... I wanted your perspective, as the father here... you have certain rights..."

"Torilla... Take a deep breath in, slowly... then breathe out... again... slowly.." Fives said quietly as he sat down on the desk before her. "Alright... so I got you pregnant... I remember what that was like for you last time... So... what do you want?"

"I came to ask you that..." Yamaguchi admitted.

"Wait... you're asking me if I want to be involved with this baby, what of your husband?"

Yamaguchi sighed. "Jake doesn't know yet...." she sighed. "I wanted to talk to you... before I talk to him.."

Fives sighed. "Alright..." he paused. "Well... uhh..." he sighed "Shit Torilla... I don't know what to say to you..." before he gently gathered her into his arms as he gently comforted her. "I'm sorry Torilla... I didn't mean for this to happen... "

"I know... but it did..." she sighed softly as she rose to her feet before she took her leave.

Elizabeth slung her kit over her shoulder as she walked past her mother, noticing the look on her mothers face. "Mom.. whats wrong?"

"Elizabeth," Torilla whispered as she regarded her eldest. "I just found out... I'm pregnant...Fives is the father."

"What.," Elizabeth whispered. "Come on...walk with me.."

"Yall look dour," Phoenix pointed as she had descended from the top deck.

Both Yamaguchi's turned to address Phoenix. "I'm pregnant," Torilla explained. "Again..." in her voice, one could hear the terror that was almost able to get out.

Elizabeth stood next to her mother. "It'll be okay Mom..."

"Tha last time we went through this, I told ya ta abort... an' I was wrong on 'at opinion," Phoenix spoke bravely, for she wanted to say those twins were a blessing to her. And it took the wind out of her to omit it.

Elizabeth gently rubbed her mother's shoulder before she moved off to give her mother and Phoenix a little space to chat. "Its strange how things sometimes work out.." Torilla paused as she looked down at her flat belly. "I know how much you love the twins... Would you mind being their godmother.... ?"

"Should Siaxx an' I be blessed with a child someday, I would honor you with such a blessing," Phoenix half-smiled. She was happier to hear the word. "Come to think of it, Aryssa is taken with you in a similar manner as the twins are ta me."

Torilla smiled at the other woman. "She's been a great help..." she responded. "She takes better care of me then Jake does most days..." she added.
