Mission 19: Taking out the Garbage
Location: Various Locations - USS Roanoke
Timeline: 1400Hrs - December 24th, 2390

Lt Commander Siaxx Dvald had paged the computer for Phoenix's location as a smile crossed her lips. "Rachael... you ready yet?"
"Just about," came Rachael's response as she finished moving a pottery wheel into position, suffice to say that the spare bedroom no longer existed was a polite statement.
"Lt Colonel Jillian 'Phoenix' Sullivan is in turbolift four, en route to deck Six, section five."
Rachael had helped Siaxx dismantle the spare bedroom and come up with an arts studio for Phoenix would be one of her last tasks before shipping out on this resupply mission which was suppose to be happening late that day.
"Okay.. there." Rachael looked around the room as she could see that everything that a budding artist could want was in here, including a replicator which one of the engineers had fitted for them as soon as Phoenix left to go deal with whatever it was she was dealing with.
Rachael joined Siaxx in the living area as a smile graced the teen's face. "You know she'll love it.."
"I hope so..." Siaxx commented. "She doesn't have the outlet from drinking anymore and...I'm worried."
"Fair enough..." Rachael commented as the doors opened and in came Phoenix.
"Hey Phoenix... we got a surprise for you." Siaxx smiled as she noted the look on Phoenix's face. "Whats wrong hon?"
"I feel like a declawed tigress," Phoenix sullenly as she walked in and plopped down on the couch. Depressed really, from her day. "Can' fuckin' get into a fight without worrin' if Tressa'll take my wings again."
Siaxx regarded Phoenix. "Don't worry about Tressa... worrying about things you can't control will drive you insane... and it'll undo the work you already did..."
Rachael made a mental note to go and see Tressa.
Siaxx rose to her feet as she gently tugged Phoenix to her feet. "Come on... we have a surprise for you."
"I wanna drink sooo bad," Phoenix complained. "I went ta tha Green Dragon. Ordered a Klingon eye blaster an' I looked at it an hour before puttin' it down a sink."
Rachael smiled. "Jill... seriously... we got a surprise for you." as she gently grasped Phoenix's hands. "Come on.." and she gently led the larger woman into the spare bedroom. "What do you think?"
When Phoenix looked around, a small smile crossed her face. She loved the pottery wheel especially. But as touched as she was, Phoenix was still miserable. No where near close to getting Tressa to think she's crazy. And that made tears flow out of her eyes.
Rachael could feel Phoenix's misery. "It'll be okay..." as she felt the sudden urge to go track down Tressa and rearrange her face.
Siaxx smiled. "Rachael, Elizabeth, and I did this for you. Now you have somewhere where you can paint or make pottery to your hearts content, we have a replicator for you as well."
"Thanks," Phoenix spoke quietly. She honestly did not want to paint or draw at that moment. What she wanted, was she sleep until she awake, and sleep some more to get over this funk.
"Tressa piss you off again?" Siaxx commented.
Phoenix shrugged and turned to head into their bedroom. "I aint got my wings still. So yeah."
Siaxx gently placed her hand on Phoenix's shoulder. "Don't worry about it.... " she smiled.
"I just wanna go to bed, Dear." Phoenix sighed and then added with a small hint of a smile. "I really do love the art room though."
Siaxx smiled. "That's all we ask.." she commented with a smile.
Phoenix gave a vague nod and groaned softly into the room, "I really wanna drink."
Siaxx sighed softly, she decided she needed to deal with Tressa again.
Phoenix grabbed a feeding bottle from a cooling unit and pulled her puppy Dora up into her lap. From that point, she laid with her dog and kept petting her as she tried to nap.
Siaxx watched as Shonax jumped into the bed as he curled up next to Phoenix and Dora, he seemed to like the Dog as he often curled up with her when she slept.
