Captain Talon Hunt grinned as she looked over at the woman she thought of as blood even though Torilla was a different species to her. "So many interesting specimens of manhood Torilla, I'm spoilt for choice.."

"Yes, it is a target rich environment, I know." she chuckled as she was used to Talon talking like this, to her it was nothing new as she eye'd her sibling.
"You'd best not let Jerome hear you talking like that.." she smiled.

Talon chuckled softly at the response as she noticed someone walking across the promenade, it was the bases Chief Medical Officer and she looked less then
impressed. "Torilla, who's the lady?" Talon inquired.

"That is Lt Commander Tressa Brislan and... she's unhappy.... odd." she frowned as she waved at Tressa, hoping to catch her attention.

Tressa had just left Deela's office; it had helped to talk to her but she still struggled with her guilt. She barely looked around as she walked and nearly missed bumping into a young man with a cart. He gave the doctor an irritated look as he continued on his way and from the corner of her eye she saw Torilla.

"Hello," she said, smiling unconvincingly.

Torilla raised an eyebrow as she looked at the Doctor. "You look disgruntled." she commented evenly, Torilla herself was an even six foot tall, very tall for the average woman and she had the figure to go with it, Talon meanwhile had a much lighter skintone, she was also several inches shorter but she made up for it with her slender but muscular build. "Tressa, this is Talon. Talon... meet Tressa, the lady who looks after me better then anyone else.". Torilla smiled.

"Hello, I'm Talon Hunt." she introduced herself. "Jake Yamaguchi's older sibling and Torilla's mentor and sensai." she explained as she smiled at the Sicilian woman who looked downright angry. "Whats wrong?"

Torilla raised her hand and as if conjured from thin air, a waitress appeared. "Can I take your order Doctor?"

"It's very nice to meet you," Tressa said to Talon. "Just a capuccino please, with cocoa," she said to the server, who promptly disappeared. "Ladies, I have not had a good day."

Talon nodded as she smiled at the other woman. "Then we're going to help cheer you up, somehow." she commented as Torilla nodded. "What's upset you?" she inquired. "Can you talk about it?"

Tressa smiled weakly, "I probably need to make some time for counselling," she said with a shake of her head. The server reappeared with a steaming capuccino. The doctor began to sip it and the server disappeared again. "I'm going to take a leave of absence, until I can sort things out. I haven't had any r and r in a long time, need to recharge."

"What happened was not your fault" Torilla commented evenly. "In any event,. leave your two here with me and take the time off for yourself, I hear Casperia Prime is very nice this time of year... but avoid Risa, Its overdone."

Talon chuckled softly as a smile spread across the second woman's lips.
"Yeah.... Its predictable and dull.... unless you are going to meet new and interesting people."

Torilla looked at Talon. "That was how you ended up with Marie. At least you were with your husband that night."

Talon looked at Tressa. "Also stay away from Wriggly's Pleasure Planet, those guys are just insane, they'll want to do evil things to your body or they might try to land you in the medcenter."

Tressa smiled in spite of herself at the women's comments. "Ladies, it has been a long time since I indulged in... pleasure," she said with a chuckle. "I was thinking of taking the children with me but I don't want to pull them from their studies. Maybe I do need some time alone, or with a friend."

"Tressa, don't worry about the kids, I'll look after them." Torilla commented with a smile. "Besides.. they seem to look up to Rachael." she shrugged. "She can take them to Disneyland or something, they won't even know you're gone..."

Talon chuckled. "If you do end up on Casperia Prime, head for the Pan Pacific Hotel. I have friends there who own the hotel... If you let the manager know that Talon Hunt says hello, they will be able to get you better accommodations.." a smile appeared on the smaller woman's face. "Sometimes its great to have friends in high places."

"Thank you, I will keep that in mind," Tressa said, sipping her drink. "I do feel bad leaving the kids since I've only just got back on station."

"The kids will be fine. You go take care of whatever you need to deal with." Talon commented as she regarded Tressa.

Torilla nodded. "Rachael and I have it handled."

Tressa's hands were wrapped around the mug; she held it close, savoring it's warmth, and her empty stomach growled. Unbidden her mind wandered back to Phoenix and she wondered if she had eaten. James was on shift now, and Velara should still be there. They would take care of the Major.

"I appreciate that, Torilla. Casperia Prime, you say? I've never heard of it."

Talon smiled. "Casperia is almost a twin planet system as it has one massive moon, you can look up and the sight of that massive moon will take your breathe away."

Torilla chuckled softly as she regarded Tressa. "You'll have fun.... "

The doctor finished her drink and put the cup on a nearby table. "I appreciate the advice, and the company," she said with a smile. "If you'll excuse me I think I need to get back to my quarters."

"Rachael should be serving dinner right about now, if you call her... she will set you a place at the table..." Torilla commented.

The doctor nodded and turned towards Talon. "It was very nice to meet you, thank you for the advice."

"And you." Talon answered evenly. "Just remember... Enjoy your leave and don't worry about your little ones... others will handle them."

Torilla nodded. "Rachael speaks very highly of Kaylee and Xavier.... a shock mind you because Rachael almost never says anything nice about anyone.."

Tressa laughed in spite of herself as she walked away. "The boy must be on his best behavior, maybe he just needed a pretty babysitter," she said.
