The Pain of Agony - Part One

Mission: Mission 105: The Mirror, Shattered
Location: Various Locations - ISS Potemkin
Timeline: 1330Hrs - October 2nd, 2393

Captain April Yamaguchi and her various escorts arrived at the brig to watch an 'interrogation' in progress. Yamaguchi grinned as she came over to the brig officer, the younger woman turned and nodded to her new commanding officer. "Captain..." she greeted her new commanding officer.

Lt. Kelly Okoye joyfully conducted the 'questioning' of one of the Captain's enemies. In the recently upgraded Agony Booth, a man writhes in severe pain, the veins in his body seem to nearly rip through his sweaty, pale skin as his body contorts and his eyes roll up in his skull. Gabby Gutierrez stared with a horrified expression as she watches Lieutenant Kelly Okoye dole out torture and enjoys it. This woman conducting this session is evil personified. She is greatly enjoying herself as she's experiencing great pleasure in this poor wretch's suffering. She let out a soft moan as the prisoner writhed a little more than the average.

Yamaguchi smiled slightly with satisfaction as she watched this man suffer. He was one of the 'minor traitors' that Imperial Security left on board the Potemkin for 'Captain's Justice.' Lt. Kelly Okoye, the new head of ship's security, set to work by personally conducting these 'interrogations'. Captain Yamamguchi's justice has been swift, brutal, and unmerciful. So far two dozen have fallen into Kelly Okoye's hands for 'special treatment'. Captain Yamamguchi's eyes lighten up with delight at each twitch and moan that issues forth from the subject.

Gabby watched as Kelly happily explained each of the new upgrades to the booth and demonstrated their use while she narrated each painful reaction of the subject. Kelly allowed one of the Captain's bodyguards to take over the controls as she pointed out and explained it all to the Captain. Kelly's demeanor is like that of a good craftsman proudly explaining her handiwork to a master of the craft.

"These new upgrades really allow us to inflict the maximum amount of pain without doing too much permanent or accidental damage to the subject!" Kelly explains to the Captain, barely able to contain her sadistic excitement.

Yamaguchi nodded slightly, apparently, she was surprised and impressed by Kelly's explanations. She enjoyed the sight of this man's suffering, the thought of these members of HER crew plotting to murder her and her senior officers has filled Yamaguchi with a deep taste for revenge.

"Are you sure they won't die too soon?" Yamaguchi asked as her eyes narrowed at the agonizing man.

"Yes I am Captain," Kelly answered, sure of herself, skills and abilities. "The upgrades now have a medical monitoring subroutine that monitors the subject's vital signs and alerts the operator if the subject is close to death. This thing actually treats the damage enough so that the 'interrogation' can continue."

Yamaguchi smiled approvingly at Kelly's explanation. "Very good lieutenant! I'm glad that you've immersed yourself in your new duties. But I still need you at the helm as well".

Kelly nodded in understanding. "Yes Admiral, you know that I love driving this ship! I have taken the liberty and had a security monitor hooked up to my station at the helm. This way I can personally monitor the internal security status of the ship from there".

"Excellent! I like that!" The Admiral said as she turned to leave. "However, I expect you to do a better job at security than your predecessor in the booth did. He should have uncovered the plot against us, not Gabriella here". She spoke as she indicated the man who was being tortured and then Gabby with her left hand.

Gabby grins slightly at the Admiral's words as she falls in behind Yamaguchi.

"How long do you want him to remain in there, sir?" The female bodyguard operating the booth asked Yamaguchi.

"Keep him in there until he screams for death as a bride... then start over... I want him to suffer for what he has done... Or failed to do..." Yamaguchi answered over her shoulder as she turned to head for the bridge. Gabby, Kelly Okoye, and one bodyguard accompanying her in silence.
