Lieutenant Martin Shkreli smiled as he was seated in his office, the recording devices were off as he had work to do and did not wish to be eavesdropped on or monitored by the ship's computer. He smiled as he regarded the half dozen human men before him. "Alright gentlemen, its time to move to the next phase of the plan." as he produced several satchels of what looked to be a fine white powder before he handed one to each person before him. "I don't care where you place these, only that they are found during the investigation by the ships security department. You will know what to do..." as he looked at the men before him. "Ironhide and Warlock must be dealt with, it doesn't need to be for long, only until the plan is completed and the like." he paused. "Ironhide spends his off hours with his girlfriend and Warlock lives alone." he paused. "Do not hesitate. Show no mercy for they deserve none." Skherli explained. "Are there any questions before I dismiss you?"

There were none. So the Doctor nodded. "Dismissed. Go to it, men."

The six men rose to their feet and departed in silence, Skherli reached under his desk, he tapped the recording device he had secreted under there, just in case someone decided to betray him or the cause, it was so he could deal with them later.

Skherli slowly smiled as he knew that this situation was about to get interesting.

Meanwhile, Warlock was lying in bed as he found that he could not sleep, he had simply gone to bed three hours earlier than usual so he had woken up. Warlock growled ever so softly as he got out of bed, he began to quickly don his uniform, as he suspected he would never truly feel comfortable outside of the uniform, his house in the Klingon Empire was gone, exterminated by Wohovi the mad during the war of the Four Chancellors. Athaw was not known for keeping a mistress and he had no spouse or children of his own but he still had both parents, as well as his various siblings but they were all living on Korvat colony, having their refugee paperwork processed with the Federation Displaced Persons Agency.

Warlock finished dressing when he suddenly he heard something odd in the next room, he narrowed his eyes as he moved to stand beside his bedroom door before he moved through the door, surprising the three men who were getting set to ambush him while he slept. "What!" Warlock roared as he drove his fist into the first guy's face, causing a large wave of blood to split forth and the man dropped to the deck, while Warlock kicked the second man in the balls.

The first guy attacked Warlock with his fists but the attack was ineffectual as Warlock proceeded to snap the neck of the second man before he grabbed the third man by the throat, he plucked his combadge off of the man's chest. "Talk calmly and I will not kill you," he commented.

Warlock let him go before he lifted one of his attacker's phasers, he slipped it onto his belt, the third man broke free and tried to run away, except Warlock, in an exceptional display of hunting prowess, he threw the small sidearm, it hit the human in the back of his legs causing him to fall over just shy of the door, Warlock meanwhile turned tot he first man, and he grasped the man's head with both of his hands, he then snapped his neck, killing his second attacker.

The third man moaned softly as he tried to get away from Warlock to came over, he reached down as he picked up his third attacker by the scruff of the hair at the back of his neck. The man's eyes opened wide. "Arrgg... Arrgghhh..." he cried as Warlock quite literally pulled him backward, ripping out chunks of hair, before he switched his grip to the man's throat. "You still have questions you must answer." Warlock said in his ear.

Warlock dragged his attacker and threw him into a chair. "Now, I have already dispatched the other two men with you," he explained evenly. "You will answer my questions or I'll kill you." Warlock smiled. "Now, If you are a good boy, I won't kill you but I will sedate you so I can have a head start to uncover exactly what is going on, so I can explain all of this, who set me up and why they set me up." Warlock commented. "You will assist me in this... But I can already tell you will want to test my patience and skills." Warlock opened a small drawer in his coffee table and produced a rather evil-looking knife in a sheath. "Shall we take the slow approach to this or shall we leapfrog through all of the aggravation and bullshit and save ourselves some time.?" the Klingon asked.

"Fuck you." the human responded, clearly terrified out of his mind.

"I warned you." Warlock answered evenly as he slid the sheath onto his bandolier before he produced the blade. "Do I have your attention now?" Warlock inquired right before he hauled off and bitch-slapped his attacker across the face. "Either talk... Tell me what I wish to know... Or I will simply kill you and be done with it."

The man glared defiantly up at the Klingon. "Humans are better than everyone else, we are indomitable, we'll rise up, again and again... We can't be defeated." the man answered. "That's the power of humankind."

"I do not need to listen to propagandist bullshit." Warlock answered before he proceeded to smash his fist into the man's leg and then a second time into his screaming face. Blood sprouted forth as the man's nose shattered. "Why was I set up!" Warlock demanded. "Answer me... Or I will kill you!" he added as he drew his blade from the scabbard on his back. "Last chance!"

"Alright... Alright..." the man sighed before he sobbed quietly. "Alright... We were sent to implicate you in a drugs sting, we were sent to ambush you and Ironhide while you slept. We..." his resolve suddenly hardened. "Either way... I still win Klingon.. so kill me... and I'm a martyr to human supremacy forever."

"No. You'll just be a memory." and with that. Warlock backed off as he backed for the man to attack him, the human screamed at him while he went for Warlock, the Klingon sidestepped and he slashed his blade at the human as he passed, the human dropped to his knees as the blood flowed from a half dozen slash wounds, before Warlock wiped the blood off on his pant leg. He then slipped the blade away before he ended the human's suffering by snapping the man's neck, he then slipped out of his quarters via way of the Jeffress tube access behind the aft bulkhead.

Warlock knew he needed to find out what was happening aboard the USS Solemn Penance and why, someone wanted him removed and this someone was part of the human defense league. He had heard of the name before but he suspected that this organization had darker motives this time.
