Mission: Mission 121: The Mobius Loop
Location: The Mobius LVarious Locations - Starbase Six Eighteen
Timeline: 1300Hrs - February 4th, 2394

Torilla Yamaguchi watched the last of the ships return through the anomaly, as had everyone else in Ops. Now, was the really difficult part, waiting to see what would happen next. Several seconds passed, very very slowly. Finally, the anomaly seemed to flicker then a bright flash of light, and the anomaly seemed to collapse in on itself.

Torilla looked around Ops as everyone started checking their monitors. Someone reported that the flash was a chronometric expulsion, and someone else confirmed it. Torilla wasn't even sure who was talking, she was so fixed on the viewer which now was showing the star field that had been present before the anomaly ever appeared.

How would they even know if everyone returned to their time anyway? Q had told him no one returning to their correct timeline would ever remember the events that happened. A quick check of historical records seemed to confirm everyone from the past returned and went on the life the lives they were supposed to. It was impossible to verify anything for people returning to the future. A quick message to the USS Emmet TIll confirmed that Captain Dax had no memory of the anomaly or being at Starbase Six-Eighteen and her ship was the first to arrive and last to return.

After a few minutes, everyone seemed to relax as the tension left. A few people shook hands with their crewmates, and several pats on the back and 'well done' were passed out.

Torilla let a relaxing smile cross her lips as she turned to say something to her daughter who was standing nearby. When she noticed a non-descript crewmember turning and walking toward one of the turbolifts. She'd seen that crewmember before.

Torilla took a few steps toward him, and just as the lift opened Torilla quietly called to the crewmember. "Mister Crusher."

Turning around, the non-descript crewmember's features became clear, at least to Torilla and Wesley smiled. "I knew you saw me."

Torilla smiled at him. "So you made your decision then?" Torilla inferred.

Wesley nodded, "I did, Travelling is where my heart is, as they say."

Torilla nodded in understanding.

"Besides, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to watch these events take place. Never in the history of this cosmic voyage we're all on has something like this taken place, with so many people from the Federation's history, and future, in one place and time. I commend you and everyone else here for finding a solution and getting everyone back to their own times." Wesley explained. "I also hope Q brought you some peace, in his own way."

Torilla nodded again, "He did, and I'm eternally grateful. I don't know if this is the last time I'll see him, as he said, but if it is, it couldn't have been better."

Wesley nodded. "Well, I have places to go. Until we meet again, Captain." Wesley extended his hand. He and Torilla shook and nodded in respect. Both had served in Starfleet, and they both knew how this stuff worked itself out.

Wesley then turned, entered the turbolift, and flashed a smile as the doors closed. A moment later the door opened again, and the lift was empty. Torilla had not been suprised in the slightest.

Torilla let a smile cross her lips as she turned back toward the rest of Ops. "Rachael. I think it's time that you and I head back to the Grey Wolf. Let's go home." she commented to her daughter who was standing nearby. "We got places to go and things to do," she added.

Rachael nodded, she was in agreement with her mother. "Yeah," she answered softly. "I'm ready to go and sort things out with Ennis."

"Good. Go give him that sixth baby he was wanting." Torilla smiled while she turned to the Admiral who was commanding the base. "Admiral MacPherson." she addressed the human-looking man before her. "I thank you and your staff for your hospitality. The parts you requested have all been delivered. So with your approval. I will take my leave of you, sir." Torilla inquired formally.

"Thanks for all your help, Captain. We couldn't have done it without you." MacPherson answered with a wide smile on his face. "Of course. I won't detain you any further. I imagine the reports from this event will be highly educational to read." he added.

"Indeed. I got several of my own to write. As does my daughter as well."

"Safe journey, Captain. Take care of yourself out there." MacPherson answered, his smile didn't fade at all.

"Thanks." Torilla then went over to the turbolift, and Rachael followed in silence. The two gave their destination, and they were off to the transporter room. The Grey Wolf was waiting for both women to return. While both women could have used the Ops transporter pad. Neither wanted to be in a rush while they headed for their final destination.
