Mission: Mission 93: Home Grown Fear and Terror
Location: Various Locations - USS Argonne
Timeline: June 12 2392

Brigadier General Hyouran walked onto Argonne. However he was here for a purpose, so he didn't feel the need to stick around for inspection. He simply wanted to meet Brianna Hobb's and inform her of what would be happening for the next several months. So the big Deltan went straight for Hobb's office, hitting the door chime.

"Come!" Hobbs shouted. As she saw the General enter she stood to greet him. "Hello, how can I help you, General?"

Hyourian walked up to Hobb's desk, answering, "Well I am here for several reasons, but the first one, is a congratulation."

He held out a Padd, explaining, "Your units actions on Goronar did not go unnoticed, your unit has just been awarded a unit commendation. You have done a very good job turning this unit around ever since taking over from Colonel Nye."

"Thank you General but to be honest the people in the unit did most of the work. The majority of the unit's deficiencies were due to Colonel Nye's style of leadership. Once he was gone they performed well." She told him.

Hyourian nodded. "Well, of course, you have a good unit, that's why this is a unit award, but don't sell yourself too short, you're still doing a good job."

He then moved onto the next item, "Anyway, I also have your next assignment. Argonne and Lancaster need to go into the dockyards for about 4 weeks, they are going to be refitted to expand their ground vehicle carrying capacity. In the meantime, your unit is going to be assigned to act as additional security for the Borg deassimilation hospital here on B Kayor. Don't worry, you will get your ships back. But you're probably going to be running guard duty at the hospital for several months until the 1st independent battle group is finished organizing itself."

"That sounds easy enough. I'll organize some training so the troops don't go crazy." Hobbs informed him.

"Alright then," Hyourian finished, "Well, I have other matters to attend to, so I'll let you do your thing." The general then walked out of the office.

"Thanks for the heads up," Hobbs shouted as Hyourian left.

Major Tragg Highmountain seemed to congeal out of the shadows of the doorway, he snorted gently as he peered down at the human female who was shorter than he himself was. "Hello, Colonel. I assume that went well?" he inquired in a rather dry tone of voice.

"Yes, we have been complimented for our performance on Gornar," Hobbs replied. "We are also to be deployed to B Kayor for over a month while the ships get refitted. I want a command meeting in two days to schedule things."

Highmountain listened to her. "We are?" he inquired. "All we did was show up, deploy marines, lose a pile of guys so the shitheads upstairs could be safe." he snorted in amusement. "Two days at this time in briefing lounge one. So noted."

Brianna shook her head. "I don't understand either. Maybe that's why I'm not General material. Anyways, let the command staff know, please."

"Consider it done Colonel," Highmountain responded. "Don't sell yourself, short Colonel. Soon it will be General Hobbs. Your mate and children will be so proud of you."

Brianna laughed. "We'll see. Thanks, Major, your dismissed."

Highmountain snorted gently before he turned and departed, his massive antlers gave him a truly frightening visage at times but he wore a smile most of the time.
