Prisk finished his inspection of the medkit with disgust, then dropped it on the ground and yelled at Cheleya Dvald. "You call this organization, that medkit is a total mess, worst I have ever seen, do it again."
Petty Officer 3rd Class Cheleya Dvald blinked her large eyes, she had been taken completely by surprise by this outburst, her eyes glistened as she inhaled. She then hardened her resolve. "This is how I was taught to pack the medkits," she explained.
"Well those instructors at basic training don't know what they are talking about, my way is better, and you will do it my way," Godfrey demanded.
Cheleya Dvald shared a look with Ensign Suvek Duval who was standing here as well, he was a fair size larger than the Bolian before him. "Sir, what are you talking about.. the Instructors at basic do their thing the way they do, otherwise what is the point?" he then shrugged. "Your logic escapes me."
Dvald sighed softly. "None of the other doctors have had issues with my medkits. You're the first." she then shrugged her shoulders.
Godfrey sighed impatiently, "Well I guess the rumors are true then, Roanoke doctors must all be inbred idiots if they think that that mess is a good job. Well, I don't care what they think, while you are assigned to me, you will do things my way, is that clear."
Cheleya Dvald looked unimpressed. "Errr. You have not shown us, your way of doing things," she commented slowly.
Ensign Duval glared at the small Doctor before him but chose to not comment. "I take offense to your comment about Roanoke's medical staff. Doctor. Assuming you are qualified to hold that posting."
"I am far more qualified than you ever will be," Godfrey boasted, "That's why it took me only five years to go from ensign to lieutenant commander."
Duval simply shrugged. "That means nothing to me," he responded. "I honestly do not care, sir," he answered.
Godfrey growled," Do you pointy eared green blooded machines care about anything at all?"
Duval glared at the small man before him. "No. I do not care about anyone or anything, mister little man," he responded in a flat tone of voice. "Will that be all?." he responded in a condescending tone of voice.
Cheleya Dvald blinked as the world seemed to shift around her and she went from wearing medical teal to command red as she found herself back in the office where she as working as her aunt's aide, the young Bolian paused as she placed the PADD she had been holding down onto the desk. "What the hell was that?" she whispered aloud. "Computer, where was I, just now?"
"You have not left your office in over four hours." came the unexpected answer.
"Check again," Dvald answered.
"You have not left your office in four hours." came the half-expected response.
"That makes no sense. I was just in medical. Dealing with someone named Prisk."
"There is nobody aboard the roster with that name." came the response from the computer.
"Thank you," Dvald answered. "I got work to do." and with that, the young woman went back to her PADD and paperwork.
