Posted on Fri Mar 6th, 2020 @ 3:39pm by Division Admiral Thomas Lasky & Lieutenant Fred Noonan & Colonel Hadar "Jem" J'Herim

Mission: Mission 63: Second Nature
Location: Various Locations - USS Roanoke
Timeline: 1500Hrs - February 13th, 2392

Master Warrant Officer Hadar J'herim walked into the security office spaces while she sought out her quarry aboard the USS Roanoke. "Hello. I am here to see the available Chief of Security.?"

Lieutenant Fred Noonan smiled down at her, as she was only five foot and four inches in height, Hadar herself was not an overly large woman but she was very pleasant on the eyes and she smiled easily and often. "You'll be looking for Master Chief Gunther Von Estling," Noonan said to her. "I'll page him for you." as he tapped his combadge. "Noonan to Estling. You have a visitor."

"Thank you El Tee." J'Herim commented as the door opened behind them and in walked Commander Tom Lasky. "Ahh... Hello Hadar. Just the lady I'm looking for."

"Hello Fives...err Commander." she corrected herself but it was far too late as she referred to Tom Lasky by his now-defunct callsign rather than his name.

Von Estling came out of his officer. "Yeah what is it."

J'Herim regarded Von Estling. "I need a second opinion on the regs.. Considering we have a Romulan pilot sitting aboard this ship... The defector who has been around for the last few months..." she handed Lasky the PADD in her hands.

Lasky read the PADD. "Impressive.." he commented. "How many fly-throughs did your candidate do?"

"One." J'Herim responded lightly.

"One?" Lasky blinked. "I can see why you wanted to write a recommendation." he handed the PADD over to Von Estling. "What's your take on this.... considering she's rotted aboard ship and we all... forgot about her." Lasky sighed.

Von Estling shrugged. "All I can tell you is that she doesn't appear to be a security risk. As for anything else, well, that's above my paygrade. If you want to determine if she is fit for starfleet or fighter corps service, then I am the wrong guy to talk to, should probably try Teval or Wukari.

Hadar nodded. "I will do that, once we finish here," she responded. "Do you see any concerns that security should address?" she inquired of him.

Von Estling double-checked the padd. "No."

The small Bajoran female smiled. "Thank you, Master Chief, for your time. I will take up no more of it." before she turned to Fives. "Commander?."

"I don't see any issues, just her education and that she's not a member of starfleet, get those fixed and she can fly off our flight deck."

Hadar nodded her head. "I'll pass along the note to Taffy." the small Bajoran explained. "Anything else?"

"Nope. Lasky responded evenly. "Alright... I'm going off watch after I collect Kurt from daycare." before he turned and departed.

Hadar sighed softly. "I miss my children," she muttered softly. "Okay... I'm going to go turn in my paperwork and then go off watch. Thanks, boys." and with that, the small Bajoran turned and departed.
