Recovery - Part One

Mission: Mission 17: The Drug-Dimmed Tide
Location: Various Locations - USS Roanoke
Timeline: 2000Hrs - December 12th, 2390

Teval woke up very groggy and with one hell of a headache. He looked to the side and Karryn Azzerin, one of the R&D techs, and one of only four Kurokuri on the whole ship, including himself. While Karryn stirred Teval said in a low voice," Wha.... What the hell happened."

Karryn sat up, and instantly her hand went to her forehead,"Oh hell, what the hell was that crap."

Teval rubbed his own forehead," Klingon cigars, courtesy of the captain."

"Great."

Unable to locate his combadge, or even his rank badge, Teval didn't have a clue where where the hell he was. After taking a moment to collect himself, he wandered out of the door, not even sure whose quarters they belonged to, he found a combadge on the ground. After checking the computer, he found it belonged to Zara. "What the fuck happened." Teval said out loud. So Teval went to the place he last remembered being coherent, which was the bridge.

Teval walked on the bridge, but found only two crewmebers on the bridge, a naked Moni Nasao, lying near the viewscreen, and Alyssa Mckinley lying on the tactical console snoring.

Moni Nasao blinked her large green eyes as she slowly woke up, she quickly she realized that she was nude on the bridge, she cringed as she quickly prang to her feet as she went to track her clothes down, then she quickly dressed.

She felt a great shame. "I will atone for this.." she whispered, before fleeing from the bridge.

Teval wasn't sure what to do, so he went to Alyssa and managed to wake her up.

"What the hell happened," She inquired.

"The captains cigars, somehow managed to get loose on the ship," Teval replied, annoyed.

"Potent shit," Alyssa replied, putting her hand on her head.

Teval went to the communications console, and contacted engineering," Hey Ra'Vak, whats going on."

Ra'Vak looked at Teval and replied," Well we found a burnt out box of klingon cigars in the ventilation system, big box too. Looks like its cleared up now though."

Teval hung his head in frustration," So whats the condition of the ship."

"We are in a nebula, our warp drive and communications are down."

"Great," Teval rolled his eyes. "Alright, get the ship functional again, I'll try and reorganize the crew."

Teval then used to computer to locate the captain, and finding that they where in sickbay. Unfortunately they wouldn't respond to his hails.

The turbolift doors opened as Commander Torilla Yamaguchi walked onto the bridge, wearing her normal uniform. "Teval.. talk to me goose?" she inquired with a smile.

Alyssa finally got off the tactical console, while Teval said," Yeah, apparently there was a box of klingon cigars in the ventilation system, and they caught fire."

"So...wait let me get this right.." Torilla tried not to laugh. "Everyone on the ship was stoned?" she inquired as she lifted a hand to her mouth to stop a laugh. "Well.. the emotional fallout was relaxing and I got a full nights sleep because of it..." she paused. "so.. where are we?" she inquired. "Hows the crew...?"

Teval nodded,"Yep, much of the crew in the saucer section was stoned, unfortunately including myself, the captain, and much of the senior staff. Currently the crew is recovering, and right now we are immobilized in a nebula at the moment, with no comms.

"Okay." Torilla commented. "If you want I will take command up here... and you go ahead and see to the ship... I'll take care of things here."

Alyssa groaned loudly and the sat at her workstation, and began checking over the ships system. Teval looked back at Torilla,"Well, I think you will have to track down all the bridge crew first."

Before Torilla could respond the communications console began beeping, and Teval answered it," This is the bridge."

Hakaya's voice came over the comm," Oh there you are, Teval, why is your combadge in the captain's possession."

Teval looked at the combadge he had, which was Zara's, thinking, 'What the hell happened'. Teval then said to his sister," Where is the captain."

"Um, drooling in a corner somewhere. I couldn't get a single coherent word out of her. And this was about five minutes ago. What the fuck happened."

Teval shook his head," Apparently a box of Zara's klingon cigars where left in a ventilation shaft somewhere, and they caught fire, resulting in much of the crew in the saucer section getting stoned, including myself and the captain."

Hakaya blinked in disbelief, and Anastasiya mentioned something to Hakaya, and she broke out laughing. After about a minute of laughter, she managed to say," Yeah I think I know what you did now."

Teval had an utterly puzzled look, as the comm channel closed.

Torilla raised an eyebrow. "Do i even wanna know?" she inquired.

Now unable to hold back his curiosity, he pulled up the security feeds for the area where he found the combadge. After about a minute of sifting through the recordings, He found what he was looking for, a video of himself chasing and pouncing on imaginary objects.

Torilla grinned as she watched. "Wow... now that's just impressive. I feel such an abundance of well being on the ship now... it feels... lovely."

Teval continued to watch the recording, and watching as Zara approached him, also in a stoned stupor, began to cuddle with him. The he watched as what happened next, his face becoming a look of utter horror and shock, all he could manage to say was, "I.... had sex with.... the captain."

Torilla ever so gently picked up the smaller being as she went to sit in the Captain's chair as she gently cuddled Teval. "Well.. its not quite so bad.." Torilla gently stroked his fur with her hands. "See... I slept with her too... I needed it... which is why I feel so much better now..." she then grinned at him. "Still... I had no idea you were such a stallion..."

Teval replied flatly," I had no idea either."

Torilla gently gave him a kiss on the tip of his nose. "Don't worry... I promise not to tell a soul okay?" and with that she gently set him down. "I'm gonna go find the skipper... you stay here okay??" and with that she rose to her feet as she walked off of the bridge.

"Computer. Locate Captain Tane?"

"Captain Tane is located in sickbay."

"Very well." Torilla commented as she ran her right hand gently over the 'bump' in her midsection where her twins were sleeping, developing and growing. "Sickbay" she said to the turbolift computer before the lift sped on its way.
