Mission 63: Second Nature
Location: Various Locations - USS Dreamcrusher
Timeline: February 10th, 2392
Lieutenant JG Tienn Iteela twitched nervously as she regarded the operator. "Is everything ready?"
"Yep... we're good... go on and step up and I'll send you to the Dreamcrusher."
Tienn walked onto the pad as she nodded. "Whenever your set Chief."
"Energizing now." and wit that Tienn was beamed over to the Dreamcrusher as part of a crew reassignment detail. She looked around before she locked eyes with Gyce. "Gyce.." she said quietly.
"Iteela..." Gyce cried happy tears as she limped heavily to Tienn and hugged her. "I sent letters every day... I missed you dearly."
Tienn gently coiled her arms around the other woman's torso. "Mmm... I'm back... and I've missed you." as she smiled. "I got your letters.... Thabnk you for sending them..." before she kissed the other woman on the lips, openly in a rather potent show, the transporter operator indicated the door with his head as Tienn indicated 'no' with her hand as she kissed Gyce on the lips. "Mmm.... I've missed you."
"Mmmm..." Gyce liked this, but grew very self aware. "I missed this too, but maybe we should do this in private?"
"No." Tienn responded as she regarded the older woman as the other personnel around them present around them. "You up for lunch?"
"I don't care, so long as I'm with you," Gyce spoke with very watery, joyful brown eyes.
"Alright then." Tienn responded. "Hows your leg.?" she inquired as she gently took the older woman's hand and the two began to walk out the transporter room and walk down the hall slowly. Tienn was in no rush clearly. "I report in whenever the hell I feel like it which..... will be in an hour or so. Lieutenant Fordring will either understand... or she can kiss my ass!"
"Leg is..." Gyce drifted of as she sought to find the right words. "It's healing. Doctor Furban place a neural relay chip inside my head that does something sciencey to the receptor strips on my thigh... Supposed to be something of a more effective motor-assist band."
Tienn peered across at the other woman with a gentle look. "Does it help at all..?" she inquired.
"Nerves hurt something fierce... but yes. It appears effective," Gyce agreed, though she tapped her cane to remind Tienn of her mobility issue.
"Alright." Tienn responded. "So... Lets go eat a meal... then I need to sort things out for myself... after I check in."
"Wanna take a bath?" Gyce asked hopefully.
Tienn regarded the older woman. "Sure... I need to wash the sands of Vulcan off of my body." Tienn responded. "Then I will.... have my way with you."
"And I you," Gyce practically purred.
